Claims (5)
- 외부층(10)과 내부층(20)이 적층되고, 상기 외부층(10)과 내부층(20) 사이에 다수의 스판덱스사(30)가 개재되어 이루어지는 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트에 있어서,
상기 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트는 외부층(10)과 내부층(20)을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌 스펀본드(PP Spunbond) 부직포 시트 60 ~ 75중량%; 스판덱스사(30) 15 ~ 25중량%; 핫멜트 10 ~ 15중량%;의 비율로 구성되며,
상기 스판덱스사(Spandex filament)(30)는 100 ~ 200데니어(denier)의 폴리우레탄으로 구성되는 멀티 또는 모노 필라멘트사의 표면에 천연고무 핫멜트로 코팅되어 신도 500% 이상으로 형성되고, 상기 외부층(10)과 내부층(20) 사이에 세로방향으로 1 ~ 3㎜ 이내의 간격(L)에 맞춰 평행하게 연속 개재되며;
이에 따라 상기 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트는 세로방향 신장률(MD elongation) 200 ~ 300% 및 가로방향 신장률(CD elongation) 90 ~ 120% 범위의 신축성을 부여하되;
상기 외부층(10), 스판덱스사(30), 내부층(20)이 적층된 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트는 130 ~ 180℃의 온도에서 압착하여 일체로 접합되는 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트는 평량 60 ~ 80g/㎡ 및 두께 1.5 ~ 3.0㎜ 범위로 형성되는 복층의 섬유구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성을 갖는 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트. - 삭제

상기 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트는 신장률 250%에 의한 탄성회복률 93 ~ 99%(ASTM D5035)인 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성을 갖는 복합 스펀본드 부직포 시트.
