Abstract

The present invention relates to an egg packaging container capable of safely protecting eggs from external impact, and comprises a main body having an egg receiving portion for storing eggs, a cover portion that is rotatably provided on one side of the main body and covers an open upper portion of the main body, and a fastening portion that is rotatably provided on the other side of the main body and fastened to the cover portion in a state where the cover portion covers the main body. With this configuration, the container can be manufactured to have a structure that does not collapse even when an external force is applied, and thus can prevent eggs from being damaged.

Description

EGG PACKAGING CONTAINER

The present invention relates to an egg packaging container, and more specifically, to an egg packaging container capable of safely protecting eggs from external impact.

Egg cartons that are commonly used are used in a state where multiple egg cartons are stacked with the eggs placed in a groove formed to store the eggs.

These egg cartons are stacked with another storage plate in contact with the top of the stored eggs, so there is a problem that the impact is directly transmitted to the eggs, which can easily cause the eggs to break.

Accordingly, the use of box-shaped egg packaging containers that wrap the entire egg has been increasing in recent years.

These box-shaped egg packaging containers are designed to completely wrap around the outer surface of a large number of eggs, so they not only provide an excellent packaging appearance, but also have an excellent effect in preventing damage to the eggs.

However, these box-shaped egg packaging containers also have the problem that the eggs may be damaged when part of the egg packaging container collapses due to external impact when transporting eggs through a courier system.

In addition, the egg packaging container is fitted with a cover that displays information such as the producer of the egg, the company name, etc. That is, after storing eggs in the egg packaging container, the cover is fitted onto the egg packaging container. Here, the work of fitting the cover is done manually, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of work time to fit the cover unless you are a skilled worker.

The present invention has been created to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to provide an egg packaging container that is manufactured with a structure that does not collapse even when an external force is applied, thereby preventing eggs from being broken.

And, according to the present invention, the purpose is to provide an egg packaging container which is manufactured with a structure in which a cover fitted to the egg packaging container can be more easily fitted, thereby improving packaging work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, an egg packaging container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body having an egg receiving portion for storing eggs; a cover portion that is rotatably provided on one side of the main body portion and covers an open upper portion of the main body portion; and a fastening portion that is rotatably provided on the other side of the main body portion and is fastened to the cover portion in a state where the cover portion covers the main body portion.

More specifically, the main body may include: a main body having a plurality of egg receiving portions formed therein; a movement preventing portion protruding between the plurality of egg receiving portions to prevent movement of eggs, and having an end supporting an inner surface of the cover portion; and a support portion protruding between the egg receiving portions along the circumference of the main body and having an end supporting the cover portion and the fastening portion.

And, the support part may include a cover part support part formed on one side of the main body part where the cover part is provided and supporting the inner surface of the cover part; a fastening part support part formed on the other side of the main body part where the fastening part is provided and supporting the inner surface of the fastening part; and a sunken support part formed on both sides of the main body part and having a portion inserted into a receiving groove formed inwardly on both sides of the cover part to support the receiving groove.

Here, the sunken support member may be formed such that a pair of the sunken support members are arranged on both sides of the receiving groove, and the side surface of the receiving groove is supported by a step formed by sinking inward from the side surface, and the inner surface of the receiving groove is supported by an end surface.

And, the main body part may be formed to include an inclined surface formed to face inward along the perimeter of the bottom surface; and a lower chamfered portion formed to be inclined at a corner portion of the bottom surface and guiding the movement of a cover fitted to the outside to surround the main body part and the cover part.

The above fastening part may include: a fastening part body that is rotatably provided on the main body part; a fastening projection that protrudes outwardly from the fastening part body and is inserted and fastened into a fastening hole formed in the cover part; and a stopper that protrudes inwardly from the fastening part body and is supported at an end of the fastening part support part.

Here, the fastening projection may be formed with an upper surface inclined downward to guide movement of the cover portion, and may be formed at a right angle so as to support the inserted fastening hole.

In addition, the fastening projection may be formed with an outer surface inclined toward the inside to guide the movement of a cover fitted externally to surround the main body and the cover.

The above main body part and the cover part may be formed to include an upper chamfer part formed to be inclined at a corner portion and guide the movement of a cover fitted externally to surround the main body part and the cover part.

According to the egg packaging container of the present invention, it is possible to obtain the effect of preventing eggs from being broken by manufacturing a structure that does not collapse even when an external force is applied.

In addition, according to the present invention, a cover fitted to an egg packaging container can be manufactured with a structure that makes it easier to fit, thereby achieving the effect of improving packaging work efficiency.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, an egg packaging container (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body (200) in which an egg receiving portion (211) for storing eggs is formed, a cover portion (300) that is rotatably provided on one side of the main body (200) and covers an open upper portion of the main body (200), and a fastening portion (400) that is rotatably provided on the other side of the main body (200) and is fastened to the cover portion (300) in a state where the cover portion (300) covers the main body (200).

In general, egg packaging containers are provided to accommodate 10, 15, or 30 eggs, and egg receiving portions (211) are formed in the main body (200) corresponding to the number of eggs to be accommodated. In the drawing, an egg packaging container (100) having 15 egg receiving portions (211) formed in the main body (200) so as to accommodate 15 eggs is shown as an example. That is, the egg packaging container (100) of the present invention is not limited to a form that can accommodate 15 eggs, and can be equally applied to egg packaging containers that can accommodate various numbers of eggs, such as 2, 4, 5, 10, 12, 18, or 20 eggs.

More specifically, the main body (200) is formed in a rectangular box shape and includes a main body (210) having a plurality of egg receiving portions (211) formed inside, a movement prevention portion (220) that protrudes between the plurality of egg receiving portions (211) to prevent movement of eggs and has an end that supports the inner surface of the cover portion (300), and a support portion that protrudes between the egg receiving portions (211) along the perimeter of the main body (210) and has an end that supports the cover portion (300) and the fastening portion (400).

The above movement prevention part (220) is formed to protrude from the central region of the main body (210) and prevents eggs stored in the egg receiving part (211) from moving forward, backward, left, or right. The above movement prevention part (220) can be formed to protrude from the center of four neighboring egg receiving parts (211).

In addition, the movement prevention member (220) is formed to protrude higher than the main body (210) to support the inner surface of the upper side of the cover member (300) so that the central area of the cover member (300) does not sink inward when the cover member (300) covers the main body (200).

The above support member protrudes between the egg receiving portion (211) along the perimeter of the main body (210), and the end portion supports the cover portion (300) and the fastening portion (400).

The above support member may include a cover member support member (230) that supports the cover member (300), a sunken support member (250), and a fastening member support member (240) that supports the fastening member (400).

The above cover support member (230) is formed on one side of the main body (210) where the cover member (300) is provided, and supports the inner surface of the cover member (300), that is, the inner surface of one side that is rotatably connected to one side of the main body (210).

With this configuration, the cover support member (230) supports the cover member (300) so that one side area of the cover member (300) does not sink inward when the cover member (300) covers the main body member (200).

The above-mentioned fastening support member (240) is formed on the other side of the main body (210) where the fastening member (400) is provided, and supports the inner surface of the fastening member (400).

That is, the fastening support member (240) restricts rotation so that when the fastening member (400) is rotated inwardly of the main body (210), the fastening member (400) can only rotate to a position where it is located on the inside of the cover member (300).

With this configuration, when the cover part (300) covers the main body part (200) while the fastening part (400) is supported by the fastening part support part (240), the cover part (300) is fastened to the fastening part (400). In addition, the fastening part support part (240) supports the other side area of the cover part (300) so that it does not sink inward.

The above-mentioned sunken support portion (250) is formed on both sides of the main body (210), and a portion thereof is inserted into a receiving groove (310) formed inwardly on both sides of the cover portion (300) to support the receiving groove (310).

More specifically, the above-mentioned sunken support member (250) is arranged in pairs on both sides of the receiving groove (310), and the receiving groove side (312) of the receiving groove (310) is supported by a step (252) formed by sinking inward from the support side (251), and the receiving groove inner surface (311) of the receiving groove (310) is supported by the upper end (253).

That is, when the cover part (300) is covered with the main body (210), the two receiving groove sides (312) of the receiving groove (310) are supported by the step (252) of the sunken support part (250), and the receiving groove inner surface (311) of the receiving groove (310) is supported by the upper end (253) of the sunken support part (250). In addition, the sunken surface (254) formed inwardly to form the step (252) of the sunken support part (250) supports the inner surface of the cover part (300).

With this configuration, the cover part (300) can be prevented from sinking in the upper direction by the sinking support part (250) while being prevented from sinking in the direction in which it is pressed from both sides.

The above fastening part (400) is provided to rotate on the other side of the main body part (200), and is configured to be fastened to the cover part (300) while the cover part (300) covers the main body part (200).

More specifically, the fastening part (400) may include a fastening part body (410) that is rotatably provided on the main body (200), a fastening projection (420) that protrudes outwardly from the fastening part body (410) and is inserted and fastened into a fastening hole (330) formed in the cover part (300), and a stopper (430) that protrudes inwardly from the fastening part body (410) and is supported on an end of the fastening part support part (240).

And, the upper surface (421) of the fastening projection (420) is formed to be inclined downward to guide the movement of the cover part (300), and the side (422) is formed at a right angle to support the inserted fastening hole (330).

That is, when the cover part (300) is covered, the upper surface (421) of the fastening protrusion (420) is formed to be inclined downward, so that the inner surface of the cover part (300) can move downward more easily along the inclined surface and the curved surface of the upper surface (421) of the fastening protrusion (420). In addition, when the fastening protrusion (420) is inserted into the fastening hole (330), the lower surface (422) of the fastening protrusion (420) is formed at a right angle, so that the fastening hole (330) portion can be better hung and supported.

With this configuration, when covering the cover part (300) in an open state, when the fastening body (410) is rotated in the inward direction of the main body (200), the stopper (430) is supported by the fastening support part (240) and rotation is restricted, and when covering the cover part (300) in this state, the fastening projection (420) is inserted into the fastening hole (330) formed in the cover part (300), thereby fastening the cover part (300) to the fastening part (400).

And, as shown in Fig. 11, the egg packaging container (100) according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured in a form in which a cover (10) indicating information such as the producer of the eggs, the company name, etc. can be more easily fitted to the outside.

To this end, the main body (200) and the cover (300) may be formed to be inclined at the corner portion and may include an upper chamfer portion (214, 320) that guides the movement of the cover (10) fitted to the outside to surround the main body (200) and the cover (300).

That is, the main body (200) has the upper chamfer portion (214) formed at the four corners of the main body (210). In addition, the cover portion (300) also has the upper chamfer portion (320) formed at the four corners in the same manner.

With this configuration, when the cover (10) is fitted while the cover part (300) is covered over the main body (210), the cover (10) is not caught by the upper chamfer part (214, 320) and can be easily inserted while being guided along the upper chamfer part (214, 320).

In addition, the main body (210) may include an inclined surface (213) formed to face inward along the perimeter of the bottom surface (212), and a lower chamfered portion (215) formed to be inclined at a corner of the bottom surface (212) to guide movement of the cover (10).

That is, if the periphery of the bottom surface (212) of the main body (210) is formed in a right angle shape, it is not easy to insert the cover (10). Accordingly, in the present invention, the corner portion of the periphery of the bottom surface (212) of the main body (210) is formed as an inclined surface (213) so as to be inclined toward the inside, thereby facilitating the insertion of the cover (10).

In addition, the lower chamfer portion (215) is formed to be inclined toward the inside at the four corners of the bottom surface (212) of the main body (210), so that when the cover (10) is fitted, the cover (10) is not caught by the lower chamfer portion (215) and can be easily inserted while being guided along the lower chamfer portion (215).

The outer surface (423) of the fastening projection (420) formed on the fastening portion (400) is formed to be inclined toward the inside. That is, when the cover (10) is fitted from the outside, the corner of the cover (10) may be caught by the fastening projection (420), making insertion difficult. Accordingly, in the present invention, the outer surface (423) of the fastening projection (420) is formed to be inclined toward the inside, so that the cover (10) can be guided to move easily in the direction in which it is fitted.

With this configuration, the egg packaging container (100) according to the embodiment of the present invention can protect eggs by being supported with a stronger supporting force against external force and not easily collapsing, and the cover (10) can be more easily attached to the outside, thereby improving packaging work efficiency.

Although the present invention has been described in detail through specific examples, this is only for the purpose of specifically explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is obvious that the present invention can be modified or improved by a person having ordinary knowledge in the relevant field within the technical spirit of the present invention.
