Abstract
본 발명은 물, 염기성 물질 및 알코올계 화합물을 혼합하여 증해용 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 증해용 용액에 펄프원료를 투입하고 증해하는 단계; 및 상기 증해가 완료된 펄프원료를 표백하는 단계를 포함하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 물, 염기성 물질 및 알코올계 화합물을 혼합하여 증해용 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 증해용 용액에 펄프원료를 투입하고 증해하는 단계; 및
상기 증해가 완료된 펄프원료를 표백하는 단계;
를 포함하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 표백하는 단계는;
상기 증해가 완료된 펄프를 알칼리용액에 침지하여 잔존 헤미셀룰로오스를 추출하는 알칼리 추출단계
이산화염소를 포함하는 제1 표백용액으로 상기 증해가 완료된 펄프를 표백하는 제1 표백단계;
수산화나트륨을 포함하는 제2 표백용액으로 상기 제1표백단계를 통과한 펄프를 표백하는 제2 표백단계;
이산화염소를 포함하는 제3 표백용액으로 상기 제2 표백단계를 통과한 펄프를 표백하는 제3 표백단계; 및
과산화수소를 포함하는 제3 표백용액으로 상기 제3 표백단계를 통과한 펄프를 표백하는 제4 표백단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 알칼리 추출단계는 헤미셀룰로오스 제거율이 60%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올계 화합물은 C1~C5의 알코올, 글리콜, 트리올 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알코올계 화합물은 메탄올, 에탄올 또는 프로판올에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증해용 용액은 물 100중량부 대비 염기성 물질 10~50중량부 및 알코올계 화합물 1~60중량부를 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증해하는 단계는 상기 증해용 용액 100중량부 대비 펄프원료 10~20중량부를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 물질은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화알루미늄 및 수산화리튬의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증해하는 단계는 리그닌 제거율이 80%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증해용 용액은 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 산화나트륨(Na2O), 황화나트륨(Na2S) 또는 안트라퀴논을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증해 펄프의 제조방법.
