Abstract

The present invention relates to a packaging box having a display function, and is characterized by including: a base box (10) wrapped with sheet paper; an inner box (20) wrapped with sheet paper and built so as to be obliquely extendable from the base box (10) and to store goods (not shown); a rotation box (30) connected to the front side of the base box (10) with sheet paper so as to be inserted into the inner box (20) when rotated and covered by the base box (10); and an operating unit (40) installed on the front side of the base box (10) and the inner box (20) so as to obliquely raise the inner box (20) and erect the rotation box (30) when the rotation box (30) is rotated in the direction in which it opens.

Description

Packaging box with display function {display packaging box}

The present invention relates to a packaging box for storing goods, and more specifically, to a packaging box having a display function that not only enables goods to be distributed in a stored state, but also enables goods to be displayed in a stored state.

High-priced items that are generally sold are distributed in sturdy packaging boxes to prevent damage from external impact during transportation or storage and to increase the value of the packaged items. Packaging boxes are made in the form of a wrapper that wraps hardboard with sheet paper to increase the value of the packaged items.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a conventional packaging box.

A conventional packaging box is composed of a base box (1) wrapped with sheet paper, an inner box (2) that is wrapped with sheet paper and is built into the base box (1) and protrudes upward to accommodate goods, and a rotating box (3) that is wrapped with sheet paper and is connected to the base box (1) at one end by sheet paper and is inserted into the inner box (2) and covered by the base box (1).

By this structure, as the rotation box (3) is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the rotation box (3) is separated from or inserted into the inner box (2), thereby opening and closing the inner box (2).

However, since the above packaging box only had the function of storing the goods, there was a problem in that it was not easy for the consumer to check the goods.

The present invention was created to solve the above problems, and aims to provide a box having a display function that can not only distribute goods in a stored state, but also display stored goods as needed.

In order to achieve the above object, a packaging box having a display function according to the present invention is characterized by including: a base box (10) wrapped with sheet paper; an inner box (20) wrapped with sheet paper and built so as to be obliquely extendable from the base box (10) to store goods (not shown); a rotation box (30) connected to the front side of the base box (10) by sheet paper so as to be inserted into the inner box (20) when rotated and covered by the base box (10); and an operating unit (40) installed on the front side of the base box (10) and the inner box (20) to obliquely raise the inner box (20) and erect the rotation box (30) when the rotation box (30) is rotated in the direction in which it opens.

In the present invention, the operating part (40) includes a rotation space (41) formed between the front side walls (10a) (30a) of the base box (10) and the rotation box (30) and the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), and an operating board (42) connected between the front side wall (30a) of the rotation box and the front side wall (20a) of the inner box inside the rotation space (41) to obliquely raise the inner box (20) by the rotational motion of the rotation box (30).

In the present invention, the operating board (42) includes a first adhesive board (42a) adhered to the lower side of the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), a second adhesive board (42b) adhered to the front wall (30a) of the rotation box (30), and a connecting board (42e) connected to the first adhesive board (42a) by the first bending end (42c) and connected to the second adhesive board (42b) by the second bending end (42d).

In the present invention, the operating board (42) further includes a hook groove (42f) formed long in a horizontal direction on the lower side of the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), and a lifting projection (42g) that extends from an end of the connecting board (42e) corresponding to the first bending section (42c) and is fitted into the hook groove (42f).

In the present invention, a hinge sheet (50) is further included that is attached to the bottom surface of each of the rear sides of the base box (10) and the inner box (20) to connect the inner box (20) so that it can rotate on a hinge in the base box (10).

In the present invention, a rotation limiting sheet (60) is further included, which is attached to the bottom surface of each of the front sides of the base box (10) and the inner box (20) and is mutually covered or spread out to limit the rotation angle of the inner box (20).

According to the present invention, an inner box (20) that is built so as to be obliquely extendable from a base box (10) and stores an article (not shown), a rotating box (30) that is inserted into the inner box (20) and covered by the base box (10) when rotating, and an operating unit (40) that raises the inner box (20) obliquely and raises the rotating box (30) when the rotating box (30) is rotated in the direction in which it opens, thereby enabling not only packaging and storing an article, but also displaying the article in an exposed state as needed.

Hereinafter, a packaging box having a display function according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

A packaging box having storage and display functions according to the present invention has a structure in which a rotating box (30) is covered or opened on a base box (10), and when the rotating box (30) is covered on the base box (10), it forms an overall hexahedral shape. The outer surface of the above base box (10), inner box (20), and rotary box (30) is wrapped with sheet paper, so that the packaging box of the present invention can look luxurious.

The operating unit (40), as shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, includes a rotation space (41) formed between the front side walls (10a) (30a) of the base box (10) and the rotation box (30) and the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), and an operating board (42) connected between the front side wall (30a) of the rotation box and the front side wall (20a) of the inner box inside the rotation space (41) to obliquely raise the inner box (20) by the rotational motion of the rotation box (30).

The operating board (42) includes a first adhesive board (42a) adhered to the lower side of the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), a second adhesive board (42b) adhered to the front wall (30a) of the rotation box (30), a connection board (42e) connected to the first adhesive board (42a) by the first bending end (42c) and connected to the second adhesive board (42b) by the second bending end (42d), a catch groove (42f) formed long in a horizontal direction on the lower side of the front side wall (20a) of the inner box (20), and a lifting projection (42g) extended from an end of the connection board (42e) corresponding to the first bending end (42c) and fitted into the catch groove (42f).

The connecting board (42e) is connected to the first and second adhesive boards (42a) (42b) by the first and second bending sections (42c) (42d), so that when the rotating box (30) is closed to the base box (10), it can maintain the shape as shown in FIG. 6, and when the rotating box (30) is opened from the base box (10), it can maintain the shape as shown in FIG. 10.

A catch groove (42f) is formed on the lower side of the front side wall (20a) of the inner box, and the usual lifting projection (42g) is partially inserted into it.

The lifting projection (42g) is implemented by cutting off a portion of the adhesive board (42a) as it extends from the connecting board (42e), as shown in Fig. 7. Accordingly, when the adhesive board (42a) is bent based on the first bending point (42c), the lifting projection (42g) can be maintained in a horizontal state on the connecting board (42e).

The hinge sheet (50) is composed of a first hinge sheet (51) attached to the rear bottom surface of the base box (10), as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 11, and a second hinge sheet (52) attached to the rear bottom surface of the inner box (20) and covered by the first hinge sheet (51). With this structure, when the inner box (20) rotates in the base box (10), the rear side of the inner box (20) can be hingedly rotated to the rear side of the base box (10).

The rotation restriction sheet (60) is composed of a first rotation restriction sheet (61) attached to the front bottom surface of the base box (10), as illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 9, and a second rotation restriction sheet (62) attached to the front bottom surface of the inner box (20) and covered or unfolded by the first rotation restriction sheet (61). With this structure, when the inner box (20) rises obliquely, the first and second rotation restriction sheets (61) (62) that were covered unfold, and at a position where the first and second rotation restriction sheets (61) (62) no longer unfold, the inner box (20) no longer rotates. In other words, the rotation restriction sheet (60) limits the rotation angle of the inner box (20).

Next, the operation of a packaging box having a display function according to the present invention is described.

When the rotation box (30) is closed on the base box (10), as shown in Fig. 6, the lifting projection (42f) is maintained in a state of being partially engaged with the catch groove (42f). In this state, the first and second hinge sheets (51) (52) are maintained in a covered state, and the first and second rotation restriction sheets (61) (62) are also maintained in a covered state.

When the rotation box (30) is opened by rotating in the base box (10) as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the lifting projection (42g) connected horizontally to the connection board (42e) lifts the catch groove (42f) formed in the front side wall (20a) of the inner box, and accordingly, the inner box (20) is raised obliquely from the base box (10). In this state, the first and second hinge sheets (51) (52) are spread apart, the first and second rotation restriction sheets (61) (62) are unfolded, and when the first and second rotation restriction sheets (61) (62) are fully unfolded, the inner box (20) can no longer be lifted.

Since the rotation box (30) is connected to the inner box (20) by the connection board (42e), the rotation box (30) can be erected vertically in a fully open state.

In this way, according to the present invention, an inner box (20) that is built so as to be obliquely retractable from a base box (10) and stores an article (not shown), a rotating box (30) that is inserted into the inner box (20) and covered by the base box (10) when rotated, and an operating unit (40) that raises the inner box (20) obliquely and raises the rotating box (30) when the rotating box (30) is rotated in the direction in which it opens, thereby enabling not only packaging and storing an article, but also displaying the article in an exposed state as needed.
