Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내측에 수용되고 제1멀티탭을 갖는 제1전극 조립체; 상기 케이스의 내측에 상기 제1전극 조립체와 나란히 수용되고 제2멀티탭을 갖는 제2전극 조립체; 상기 케이스를 막되, 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 제1,2멀티탭과 전기적으로 접속되는 전극 단자를 갖는 캡 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 제1,2멀티탭은 상호간 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 상호간 경계 영역을 중심으로 대칭되는 형태로 형성되고, 상기 제1,2멀티탭의 표면에 절연층이 코팅된 이차 전지를 개시한다.

Claims (15)
- 케이스;
상기 케이스의 내측에 수용되고 제1멀티탭을 갖는 제1전극 조립체;
상기 케이스의 내측에 상기 제1전극 조립체와 나란히 수용되고 제2멀티탭을 갖는 제2전극 조립체;
상기 케이스를 막되, 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 제1,2멀티탭과 전기적으로 접속되는 전극 단자를 갖는 캡 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 상호간 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 상호간 경계 영역을 중심으로 대칭되는 형태로 형성되고,
상기 제1,2멀티탭의 표면에 절연층이 코팅되고, 상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 제1,2전극 조립체로부터 연장된 제1영역과, 상기 제1영역으로부터 연장되어 상기 케이스에 인접하는 제2영역과, 상기 제2영역으로부터 절곡되어 상기 전극 단자에 접속된 제3영역을 포함하며, 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 상단에 위치된 절연판을 포함하되, 상기 절연판의 측면 및 상면은 각각 상기 제1,2멀티탭의 제2영역 및 제3영역에 감싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 상호간 경계 영역보다 상기 케이스에 더 가까운 영역에만 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 상호간 경계 영역보다 상기 케이스에 더 가까운 영역으로부터 상기 전극 단자까지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1전극 조립체는 제1권취 중심부를 포함하고, 상기 제2전극 조립체는 제2권취 중심부를 포함하며, 상기 케이스는 상기 제1전극 조립체에 밀착되는 제1장변부와 상기 제2전극 조립체에 밀착되는 제2장변부를 포함하고,
상기 제1멀티탭은 상기 제1권취 중심부와 상기 제1장변부의 사이에 형성되고, 상기 제2멀티탭은 상기 제2권취 중심부와 상기 제2장변부의 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 케이스보다 상기 상호간 경계 영역에 더 가까운 영역에만 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 케이스보다 상기 상호간 경계 영역에 더 가까운 영역으로부터 상기 전극 단자까지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1전극 조립체는 제1권취 중심부를 포함하고, 상기 제2전극 조립체는 제2권취 중심부를 포함하며,
상기 제1멀티탭은 상기 제1권취 중심부와 상기 상호간 경계 영역의 사이에 형성되고, 상기 제2멀티탭은 상기 제2권취 중심부와 상기 상호간 경계 영역의 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭은 각각 상기 상호간 경계 영역보다 상기 케이스에 더 가까운 영역에 형성된 외측 멀티탭과, 각각 상기 케이스보다 상기 상호간 경계 영역에 더 가까운 영역에 형성된 내측 멀티탭을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 절연성 유기물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 절연성 무기물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 무기물 필러와 유기물 바인더를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2전극 조립체는 각각
제1집전판과, 상기 제1집전판에 코팅된 제1전기적 활물질층을 포함하는 제1전극판;
상기 제1전극판의 일측에 위치된 분리막; 및
상기 분리막의 일측에 위치된 제2집전판과, 상기 제2집전판에 코팅된 제2전기적 활물질층을 포함하는 제2전극판을 포함하고,
상기 제1멀티탭은 상기 제1전극 조립체의 제1전극판 중 제1전기적 활물질층의 외측으로 제1집전판이 연장되어 형성되고,
상기 제2멀티탭은 상기 제2전극 조립체의 제1전극판 중 제1전기적 활물질층의 외측으로 제1집전판이 연장되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제1,2멀티탭의 각각과 상기 제2전극판의 사이에 상기 절연층 및 분리막이 개재됨을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 제2전기적 활물질층에 형성된 안전 기능층을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1,2멀티탭의 각각과 상기 제2전극판의 사이에 상기 절연층, 분리막 및 안전 기능층이 개재됨을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
