본 발명은 반려동물의 배설물을 위생적으로 처리할 수 있도록 하는 친환경 배변 패드지와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방수 처리된 하부지의 상부에 흡수력이 우수하도록 습강 처리된 상부지를 다수 개 적층시키도록 형성함으로써, 배설물의 흡수력을 향상시키고 위생적으로 처리할 수 있도록 하고, 친환경의 종이 소재를 이용하여 배변 패드지를 제작하기 때문에, 배변 처리가 편리하고, 사용 후의 배면 패드지를 퇴비 등으로 재활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상부지에 별도의 숯 코팅층을 구비함으로써, 배변 패드지를 위생적으로 청결하게 관리할 수 있으며, 상부지의 주름지의 이격 공간에 항균탈취캡슐을 구비하여, 패드지의 향균 및 탈취 효과를 보다 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an eco-friendly stool pad that enables hygienic disposal of pet excrement and a manufacturing method thereof. 성형된 하부지(100)의 하면으로 친환경의 액상 소재의 방수액을 분사 또는 도포시키도록 하여 방수층(110)을 코팅 처리하도록 하는 하부지 성형단계(S1)와;
펄프원료를 하드펄프 30 중량%, 소프트펄프 50 중량%에 종이의 결집도를 위해 목화펄프를 20 중량%를 혼합하여, 평면지의 초지를 1제곱미터의 면적당 10 ~ 25g의 0.05 ~ 0.4mm의 두께로 성형하도록 한 후,
