Abstract
Description
Claims (62)
- 2차 원료(secondary raw material)로부터 구리를 회수하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은, 적어도 하나의 공급물 배치(feed batch)에서, 농축된 구리 중간체(3)의 로(furnace)에서부터의 회수를 위한 로에서 원료를 포함하는 공급원료(1, 2)를 제련(smelting, 100)하는 단계로서,
원료의 상기 공급원료는 로 내로 점진적으로 도입되는데, 상기 공급원료는 구리, 및 선택적으로 로 작동 조건 하에서 적어도 부분적으로 산화물로서 주석보다 더 귀한 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하고,
상기 공급원료는 철, 및 선택적으로 로 조건하에서 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 적어도 하나의 금속 또는 화합물을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 철과, 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속은 적어도 부분적으로 이들의 원소 형태로 존재하고,
원소 철과, 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 또는 화합물을 산화물로 전환하고, 구리 및 주석보다 귀한 금속의 산화물을 원소 금속으로 전환하는 산화환원 반응에 의해 열이 로 내부에서 생성되며,
상기 원소 금속은 용융된 액체 금속 상에서 적어도 부분적으로 수집되고, 산화물은 상청액 액체 슬래그 상에서 적어도 부분적으로 수집되고,
액체 상은 분리될 수 있고, 제련 단계의 끝에, 액체 상 중 적어도 하나는 제련 슬래그(5) 및 농축된 구리 중간체(3) 중 하나 이상으로서 로에서부터 적어도 부분적으로 제거되는 것인, 단계를 포함하고,
제련 단계 동안, 산화환원 반응을 완료하는데 필요한 양에 비해, 과량의 원소 형태의 철과, 로의 조건 하에서 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 또는 화합물이 로에서 유지되고,
로에 추가 열 입력은, 과량의 철과, 로에 존재하는 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 또는 화합물의 산화를 위한, 그리고 선택적으로, 로에 추가로 도입될 수 있는 탄소 및 수소 중 한 종 이상의 가연성 공급원의 연소를 위한 산소 함유 가스의 주입에 의해 제련 단계 동안 제공되는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급원료는 니켈, 주석 및 납으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 제2 금속을 더 포함하는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
농축된 구리 중간체(3)는 적어도 하나의 제2 금속을 더 포함하는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급원료(1, 2)는 적어도 부분적으로 고체이고, 고체 공급원료는 점진적으로 로에 공급되는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급원료(1, 2)의 적어도 일부는 미분된 부분(finely divided portion, 2)의 형태이고, 미분된 공급원료 부분(2)은 10 mm 이하의 평균 입자를 갖는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
로 내부의 용융된 금속에 용해된 철과, 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 또는 화합물의 수준은 적어도 1.0 중량%로 유지되고, 상기 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 및 화합물의 농도는 등가 철 농도로 변환되고, 상기 등가 철 농도는 로 조건 하에서 산소와 반응할 때 철 또는 아연만큼 귀한 금속 또는 화합물과 동일한 양의 반응열에 기여할 수 있는 철 농도인 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 가스의 적어도 일부는 팁이 액체 슬래그 상으로 침전된 적어도 하나의 금속 랜스(lance)에 의해 도입되는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 가스의 적어도 일부는 적어도 하나의 송풍구를 통해 로의 바닥에 도입되는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제련 단계(100)로부터의 주요 생성물로서 농축된 구리 중간체(3)의 조성은 하기 조건들 중 적어도 하나를 따르는 것인, 구리의 회수 방법:
- 적어도 50.0 중량%의 구리(Cu)를 포함함,
- 적어도 0.01 중량%의 니켈(Ni)을 포함함,
- 적어도 0.10 중량%의 납(Pb)을 포함함,
- 적어도 1.00 중량%의 주석(Sn)을 포함함,
- 적어도 0.05 중량%의 철(Fe)을 포함함,
- 적어도 0.10 중량%의 아연(Zn)을 포함함, 및
- 5 중량% 이하의 황(S)을 포함함.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제련 단계(100)에서 형성된 슬래그 상을 발연(400)하여 발연된 슬래그(13)를 수득하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
건설 산업을 위한 개체의 생산 중에 골재(aggregate) 및 바인더 중 하나 이상으로서 생성된 슬래그(5, 13)를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 농축된 구리 중간체(3)를 정련(200)하여, 적어도 하나의 구리 정련 슬래그(6)와 함께 정련된 구리 생성물(8)을 수득하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 농축된 구리 중간체(3)는 주석 및 납을 더 포함하고, 상기 방법은 농축된 구리 중간체(3)로부터 조 땜납 금속 조성물(7)을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 구리의 회수 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
정제된 연납 생성물(purified soft lead product, 10), 정제된 경납 생성물(purified hard lead product, 11) 및 정제된 주석 생성물(12) 중 적어도 하나를 조 땜납 금속 조성물(7)로부터 회수하는 단계(500)를 더 포함하는, 구리의 회수 방법.
