Abstract

The present invention relates to a diaper for excrement of a tailed pet, and more specifically, to a diaper for excrement of a companion animal, wherein a through hole for inserting the tail is extended to form a separate portion, thereby preventing the tail from touching the anus or the surrounding area, thereby preventing body contamination and secondary infection that may be caused by excrement, particularly diarrhea (including urine), and thereby enabling hygienic use, and providing a more comfortable environment to the owner (guardian).

As of 2020, it is reported that approximately 1 in 4 people live with a pet, of which more than 60% are dogs, and there are more pets living with humans than we think.

Just like humans, animals often go to the bathroom when they get sick or have diarrhea, and in the case of old dogs or dogs with illnesses, they may have no energy or their judgment may be clouded, so they may urinate or defecate anywhere.

When pets get sick or get old, they can cause severe discomfort to their owners, especially when they have bowel problems such as diarrhea, which can contaminate various parts of the house, leading to additional stress.

As the number of people raising companion animals such as dogs, cats, monkeys, etc. is increasing, hygiene products such as those described in (Patent Document 1) to (Patent Document 3) below are being used to address the physiological phenomena of companion animals.

In the structure of the sanitary pad for dogs, the urination section is located in the genital area of the dog, and the urination section has a menstrual blood absorption layer of an appropriate thickness, a menstrual blood blocking waterproof membrane on the outside, and a urination hole in the menstrual blood absorption layer and the menstrual blood blocking waterproof membrane. The menstrual blood absorption layer has a structure connected to a menstrual blood absorbent. A diaper for a pet for notifying a guardian in real time when the pet urinates or defecates, comprises: a main sheet part worn by the pet; a pad part formed at the center of the inner surface of the main sheet part for receiving the pet's urine or feces; a temperature and humidity detection part formed on the pad part for detecting the temperature and humidity of the pad part; a memory part for setting and storing a reference temperature and humidity for determining that the pet has urinated or defecated; a control part for generating a notification signal when the temperature and humidity detected by the temperature and humidity detection part is higher than the reference temperature and humidity stored in the memory part; and a notification part for receiving a notification signal from the control part and notifying the guardian.

However, these existing diaper-like pet hygiene products have the following problems:

(1) Normally, when making hygiene products such as diapers for pets with tails, such as cats or dogs, a through hole is formed so that the tail can come out of the hygiene product, allowing the pet to conveniently wear and use the hygiene product.

(2) However, a tail that is pulled out of a sanitary product like this can cause hygiene problems if it touches the anus or the surrounding area due to the pet’s movements.

(3) In particular, when a pet has a problem with urine or feces, such as diarrhea, or menstrual blood, the tail touches the anus or the surrounding area, causing urine, feces, or menstrual blood to get on the tail, contaminating not only the pet but also the surrounding area, which can cause secondary infections.

(4) Accordingly, not only are the sanitary products worn by pets easily contaminated, but the contaminated sanitary products also contaminate the pet and the areas where the pet moves around.

(5) This problem can occur frequently when a pet is old or has difficulty controlling its bowel movements due to illness or when the pet cannot move its tail as desired.

As the number of people raising pets has increased, various types of hygiene products have been proposed to address the physiological phenomena of pets.

However, if we look at it in a little more detail to help you understand, as you can see in [Photo 1] below, in the case of companion dogs, the anus is located right below the tail due to the body structure.

As seen in [Photo 2], the existing perforated sanitary pads for women expose the anus, causing feces (especially diarrhea) to spill out. It can be seen that they are products for menstrual blood, not feces.

Therefore, there were no diapers for excrement (including urine) of male and female pets.

The present invention has taken these points into consideration, and taking into account the principle that the tail, which is the second language that animals use to express their emotions, such as straining to urinate or defecate or moving left and right to express other things, must be able to move freely, and thus, by extending the edge of the through hole formed so that the pet's tail can be inserted into the sanitary product and forming a separate part,

The purpose is to provide a diaper for poop for tailed pets that prevents the tail from always touching the anus or the surrounding area, thereby preventing secondary contamination and infection caused by the tail, reducing the effort and stress of guardians due to hygiene of tailed animals and cleaning up after them, and creating a pleasant surrounding environment.

In particular, the present invention has another purpose of providing a diaper for excrement of a tailed pet, which can be configured to be used by inserting an induction tube into such a through hole and a separation portion, thereby preventing the tail from touching the anus and its surroundings even if the tail is large or weak and easily hangs down, thereby further enhancing the effect of preventing contamination and creating a pleasant environment.

In addition, since the present invention can be applied to sanitary products manufactured in the form of panties or bands, or sanitary products manufactured for disposable or reusable use, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a diaper for excrement of a pet with a tail that can be applied to any sanitary product that is used by inserting the tail.

In order to achieve these purposes, the diaper for a feces of a tailed pet according to the present invention comprises a main body (100) configured to wrap around the waist and genital area of the pet, a moisture absorbing pad (110) attached to one side, a through hole (120) formed in the middle portion to allow a tail (T) to be inserted through and removed, and a Velcro tape (130) configured at the edge to allow connection and separation.

The above main body (100) is characterized by having a separation portion (140) formed to extend to the edge of the through hole (120) so that the tail (T) does not touch the anus of the pet and the anus is not exposed to the outside.

In particular, the separation part (140) is characterized by using an induction pipe (150) formed in a cylindrical shape with a flange (151) formed on one side.

In addition, the above-mentioned pet hygiene product is characterized by being in the form of panties or bands.

And the above-mentioned pet hygiene products are characterized by being used for disposable or reusable purposes.

A hygiene product for a pet with a tail according to the present invention has the following effects.

(1) By extending the edge of the through hole formed in the main body to form a detachable portion so that the pet's tail can be inserted and moved conveniently, the tail can be detached without touching the anus or the surrounding area.

(2) This prevents secondary contamination that may occur when the tail touches the anus, etc., or when foreign substances, feces, or menstrual blood get on the tail and contaminate the surrounding area by shaking or moving the tail.

(3) In particular, when a pet is sick or has diarrhea and has soft stools, this contamination problem becomes more severe, but this problem can be prevented in advance through the separation part according to the present invention.

(4) In addition, by inserting a cylinder-shaped guide tube with a flange formed in the separation section to support and assist the tail, the tail can be separated reliably without touching the anus or its surroundings, thereby reliably solving this contamination problem.

(5) Meanwhile, the sanitary product according to the present invention is manufactured in the form of panties or bands, so that it is easy to select a convenient sanitary product by considering the pet's activity level or the space where it is mainly active, and the pet can easily wear it and use it conveniently and safely.

In addition, these hygiene products are manufactured as disposable or reusable products, so you can conveniently choose and use the hygiene products that are convenient for the purpose of your activities with your pet, such as when traveling and when it is difficult to use reusable products.

In particular, it is clear that this is a very beneficial invention that can achieve both a very hygienic and convenient effect by preventing diarrhea and other stool problems that were impossible with existing products, and secondary infections and contamination caused by them, as the tail part can move freely when urinating or defecating or for other purposes.

Therefore, it should be understood that there may be various equivalents and modifications that can replace them at the time of filing this application.

[Composition of hygiene products for pets]

A hygiene product for a pet with a tail according to the present invention includes a main body (100) having a sanitary pad (110), a through hole (120), and a Velcro tape (130), as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 5].

In particular, the through hole (120) is configured to form a separation portion (140) extending outward from its edge so that a tail (T) can be inserted, thereby preventing the tail (T) from touching the anus or its surroundings, thereby preventing secondary contamination and resulting infection of the pet or its surroundings caused by feces, urine, feces, or menstrual blood on the tail.

In addition, when a situation such as a disease occurs, an induction tube (150) formed in a cylindrical shape and having a flange (151) formed on one end is inserted into the separation section (140) to be selectively used, thereby restricting or preventing the pet from lowering its tail (T) to a certain extent, thereby further enhancing the contamination prevention effect.

In addition, the above main body (100) is manufactured in a panty or band shape, and is configured to be used as a disposable or reusable product, so that the pet can wear it conveniently and comfortably and use it safely without contamination, taking into account the pet's activity level and range of activity.

Here, the band shape refers to a body (100) manufactured long as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3] and manufactured to be worn by wrapping around the waist, anus, and stomach of the companion animal in that order, and the panty shape refers to a body manufactured to be worn by inserting each of the companion animal's hind legs through it as if wearing panties. At this time, when manufacturing the main body (100) in a panty shape, an insertion hole is formed through the middle of the length so that the legs can be inserted.

In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main body (100) is preferably manufactured as a disposable body that can be used multiple times after being discarded, or manufactured as a reusable body that can be used multiple times. In this case, since a disposable body is disposed of after being used once, a body manufactured from a material used in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can be used, and when manufactured as a reusable body, it is preferable to manufacture it from a material that can be washed after being used once, such as cotton or fabric.

The main body (100) formed in this manner includes a menstrual pad (110), a through hole (120), and a Velcro tape (130), as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3]. At this time, a separation portion (140) is additionally formed by extending an edge of the through hole (120), and an induction tube (150) can be inserted into and used in this separation portion (140).

1. Absorbent pad

The absorbent pad (110) is a pad that receives the discharge of the pet during physiological activity and absorbs the moisture contained therein, as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3], when the main body (100) is worn. Here, physiological activity may include, for example, the pet's feces, urine, and menstruation (blood).

Accordingly, it is preferable that the absorbent pad (110) be manufactured using a material capable of absorbing urine, feces, menstrual blood, etc. In addition, it is preferable that the absorbent pad (110) be configured to have wings (111) formed protrudingly at its edge, as shown in [Fig. 1] and [Fig. 2], so as to prevent urine, feces, or menstrual blood from leaking to the side.

2. Through hole

The through hole (120) is a hole formed in the middle of the main body (100) as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3] to enable the pet's tail (T) to be pulled out of the main body (100).

At this time, the through hole (120) may be formed in advance through the main body (100), or may be configured to be torn and used so that the through hole (120) can be created along the cut line before wearing the sanitary product using a cut line or the like.

At the edge of the through hole (120) formed in this manner, a separation portion (140) to be described later is formed by extending as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3].

3. Velcro Tape

The Velcro tape (130) is a tape that allows both edges to be attached when the main body (100) is folded, as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3]. At this time, the Velcro tape (130) can be adjusted to fit the pet's body shape so that it can be worn in an appropriate and convenient position. It is preferable to use a Velcro tape (130) that has an adhesive strength that does not easily come off or detach even when the pet moves.

4. Separation part

The separation part (140) is configured to extend integrally from the edge of the above-described through hole (120), as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 3]. At this time, the separation part (140) is configured to protrude out of the main body (100) by inserting the pet's tail (T) through the through hole (120), thereby allowing the tail (T) to be separated without touching the anus or the surrounding area.

This is to prevent contamination in advance, as the tail (T) may come into contact with the anus or the surrounding area, causing contents such as diarrhea, feces, or menstrual blood to get on the tail, and these contents may contaminate the surrounding area when the pet wags or moves the tail (T).

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the separation portion (140) is preferably configured to prevent contamination problems that may occur due to the tail in advance by configuring the tail (T) to be lifted upwards, as shown in [FIGS. 3] to [FIGS. 5], so that the tail cannot easily be lowered.

In the above separation part (140) formed in this manner, as shown in [Fig. 6], an induction tube (150) is installed to prevent the pet from easily lowering its tail (T).

5. Induction tube

The guide tube (150) is configured to have a cylinder shape, as shown in [Fig. 6], and to be inserted into the above-described separation portion (140) so that the tail (T) can be inserted into the cylinder shape. The tail (T) inserted in this way is restricted by the guide tube (150) when the tail is shaken or lowered, thereby minimizing contact with the anus, thereby further enhancing the effect of preventing contamination and infection.

At this time, the induction tube (150) forms a flange (151) on one side as shown in [Fig. 6], and by inserting the induction tube (150) into the separation portion (140) so that the flange (151) can touch the pet's body, the effect of preventing the tail (T) from getting dirty with feces or menstrual blood by further moving it further away from the pet's body even when the tail is lowered or shaken can be further enhanced. The flange can be manufactured in a pipe shape or cone shape.

Meanwhile, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the induction tube (150) is described as being used by being inserted into the above-described separation part (140), but it is not limited thereto, and anyone skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily understand that even if it is used by being directly inserted into a through hole (120) without a separation part (140), the tail separation effect can be obtained.

At this time, it is preferable to attach a double-sided tape (not shown) to the flange (151) portion of the induction pipe (150) and insert and fix it so that it is exposed from the inside to the outside of the through hole (120) as in [Fig. 5].

The material of the above-mentioned induction tube (150) is not particularly limited, but can be manufactured from a flexible synthetic resin or rubber material, and can also be manufactured from a paper material such as paper, pulp, or vinyl, which is a general disposable diaper material. The attaching/detaching means can also be configured with a Velcro fastener, and this is not limited either.

As described above, the present invention forms a separation portion by extending the edge of the through hole for inserting the tail, thereby preventing the tail from touching the anus or its surroundings even when the tail is lowered or shaken, thereby preventing secondary contamination and creating a pleasant surrounding environment while allowing the pet to remain clean. In addition, by inserting an induction tube into the separation portion or through hole and using it, the tail is restricted or prevented from coming into contact with the anus when lowered, thereby preventing contamination and infection problems caused thereby in advance.

In addition, the above-mentioned induction tube can also be used by inserting it into the penetration hole of an already-used sanitary product in which a separation portion has not been formed.
