Claims (17)
- 내시경 시술을 위한 파지 시스템의 엔드 이펙터이며,
근위 단부를 따라 함께 연결되고, 개방 위치와 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 제1 아암 및 제2 아암과,
가요성 외피를 포함하고,
제1 아암 및 제2 아암은,
원호 형상이고, 원호 형상의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암이 폐쇄 위치로 함께 이동하도록 작동될 때 원호 형상의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암의 원위 선단부가 먼저 함께 폐쇄되게 구성되도록 서로에 대해 상대적으로 배치되고,
조직이 비외상적으로 파지되어 근위 방향으로 당겨질 수 있게 원호 형상의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암 사이에 조직을 둘러싸도록, 원호 형상의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암의 원위 선단부가 서로 접촉한 상태에서, 조직을 꼬집지 않으면서 원호 형상의 제1 아암과 제2 아암의 사이에 조직을 비외상적으로 둘러싸기 위해, 폐쇄 위치에서 원호 형상의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암의 원위 선단부만 서로 접촉하도록 구성되고,
제1 아암 및 제2 아암은 가요성 외피의 내부로 및 외부로 이동할 수 있는,
엔드 이펙터. - 제1항에 있어서,

제1 아암 및 제2 아암은, 일체형 근위 단부로부터의 제1 아암 및 제2 아암의 단일 연결부를 포함하는 공통 근위 조인트로부터 연장되는,
엔드 이펙터. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 아암 및 제2 아암은 개방 구조로 제1 아암 및 제2 아암을 편향하는 스프링력을 갖는 자가-팽창 재료로 형성되고,
제1 아암 및 제2 아암이 외피의 외부로 연장되는 엔드 이펙터에 응답하는 비구속 개방 위치와 외피 내에서 후퇴되는 엔드 이펙터에 응답하는 구속된 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 작동되도록, 엔드 이펙터는 외피에 대해서 작동될 수 있는,
