Description
도 1은 2-행정 피스톤 엔진 및 엔진의 연료 분사 시스템을 개략적으로 도시한다.

도 4a 내지 도 4c는 도 1의 엔진의 하나의 실린더를 상이한 크랭크 각도에서 개략적으로 도시한다.
Claims (16)
- 대형 2-행정 피스톤 엔진(1)을 개조(retrofitting)하는 방법으로서,
상기 대형 2-행정 피스톤 엔진은 적어도 260 mm 의 실린더 내경, 50 내지 220 rpm 의 최대 회전 속도 및 1 내지 100 MW 의 정격 출력 범위를 갖고, 각각의 실린더(2)의 벽에는 상기 실린더(2) 안으로 기상 연료를 도입하기 위한 적어도 하나의 구멍(28)이 제공되고, 상기 방법은
- 상기 기상 연료의 이용으로부터 액상 연료의 이용으로 전환하기 위해 상기 액상 연료를 위한 연료 분사 노즐(23)로서 기능하도록 구성되는 플러그(29)를 상기 구멍(28)에 배치하는 단계로서, 상기 플러그(29)에는 상기 구멍(28)보다 작은 직경을 가지는 복수의 다른 구멍(30)이 제공되는, 상기 플러그(29)를 상기 구멍(28)에 배치하는 단계,
- 상기 액상 연료로서의 액화 가스 연료를 상기 대형 2-행정 피스톤 엔진(1)의 각각의 실린더(2)에 공급하고, 10 내지 50 bar의 압력에서 분사하고, 연료 분사 지속기간이 크랭크 각도 환산으로 5 내지 20도의 길이이며, 상기 액화 가스 연료는 상기 연료 분사 노즐(23)에 배치된 상기 플러그 (29)의 상기 다른 구멍(30)을 통해 액상으로 각각의 실린더(2) 안으로 분사하도록 상기 대형 2-행정 피스톤 엔진이 작동하도록 구성하는 단계로서, 상기 다른 구멍(30)은 서로 상이한 각도로 배치되는, 상기 대형 2-행정 피스톤 엔진이 작동하도록 구성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압력은 20 내지 40 bar인, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연료 분사 지속기간은 크랭크 각도 환산으로 7 내지 13도의 길이인, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 액상 연료는 분사 압력에서 상기 액상 연료의 비점보다 최대 50℃ 낮은 온도에서 연료 분사 노즐들(23)에 공급되는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액상 연료는 상기 실린더(2)의 상단부를 향해 수평 방향으로부터 경사진 각도로 상기 실린더(2) 안으로 분사되는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
