Abstract

The present invention relates to a toilet disposal panty used by a patient, and to realize the same, the present invention comprises: a patient panty in which a front portion and a rear portion are connected to each other with a crotch portion therebetween to form a single body, and both sides of the front portion and both sides of the rear portion are detachable from each other through a detachable member, and a first incision corresponding to a position of the patient's genitals and a second incision corresponding to a position of the anus are respectively formed in the crotch portion; a silicone pad whose outer circumference is sewn on the inner surface of the crotch portion, such that a first hole corresponding to the first incision is formed on one side, and a second hole corresponding to the second incision is formed on the other side; a urine bag for storing urine excreted by the patient, which is drawn out and installed outside the patient panty through the first hole and the first incision, and a feces bag for storing feces excreted by the patient, which is drawn out and installed outside the patient panty through the second hole and the second incision.

Description

{Fecal disposal panties used for patients}

The present invention relates to a toilet disposal panty for use by a patient, which enables the toilet of an unconscious or immobile patient to be disposed of hygienically and simply without contaminating the patient's panties, clothing, or bed while lying down.

In general, in the case of patients admitted to the hospital, patients who are able to move around can defecate in the toilet without much inconvenience, but in the case of patients who are lying down unconscious or patients who are conscious but cannot move at all, there are cases where they defecate while lying down, and in such cases, a caregiver or guardian helps with the defecation or cleans up the excreted feces.

However, in the case of conscious patients, they can express their desire to defecate during the defecation process, so when the patient defecates, the caregiver or guardian can use a toilet or urinal to collect the feces and wipe them with a wet towel, but in the case of unconscious patients, they defecate frequently without realizing it, so the panties and gowns they are wearing, as well as the bed they are lying on, become contaminated with the excreted feces, and the caregiver or guardian has great difficulty cleaning them up.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a pair of excrement disposal panties for use by a patient, which enable the patient's excrement to be easily and hygienically disposed of by collecting it in a stool bag and a urine bag that are detachably installed in the patient's panties, and effectively prevent the patient's clothing or bed from being contaminated by the excrement.

The technical problems to be solved by the present invention need not be limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present invention belongs from the description below.

According to one embodiment of the present invention for implementing the purpose of the present invention as described above, a toilet treatment pant for use by a patient is provided.

A patient panty in which the front and rear parts are connected to each other with the crotch part in between to form a single body, both sides of the front part and both sides of the rear part are detachable from each other through a detachable member, and the crotch part is formed with a first incision corresponding to the patient's genital area and a second incision corresponding to the anus area,

A silicone pad having an outer circumference sewn onto the inner surface of the crotch portion, with a first hole formed on one side corresponding to the first incision portion and a second hole formed on the other side corresponding to the second incision portion;

A urine bag in which urine excreted by the patient is stored and is withdrawn and installed outside the patient panties through the first hole and the first incision, and

It comprises a stool bag that stores stool excreted by the patient and is installed by being withdrawn from the outside of the patient panties through the second hole and the second incision.

More preferably, the urine bag is configured as a pair that faces each other and is detachably installed in the first hole of the silicone pad, and the first guide ring and the second guide ring each have a first discharge hole and a second discharge hole formed in the center thereof that are coincident with each other so as to communicate with the first hole.

A space for storing urine is formed at the lower side, and a urine storage bag is installed by being inserted between the surface of the second guide ring and the back surface of the second guide ring, with an open upper edge inserted from below the second discharge hole of the second guide ring and joined to each other.

More preferably, the feces bag may be configured as a pair that are coupled to each other while facing each other and are detachably installed in the second hole of the silicone pad, and a third guide ring and a fourth guide ring each having a third discharge hole and a fourth discharge hole formed in the center thereof that are coincident with each other so as to communicate with the second hole, and a space for storing feces is formed at the lower side, and a feces storage bag may be configured to be inserted between the surface of the fourth guide ring and the back surface of the third guide ring so as to be coupled with each other by having an open upper edge inserted from below the fourth discharge hole of the fourth guide ring.

More preferably, the open upper inlet edge is positioned inside the urine storage bag, and is inserted and connected to each other from below the second discharge hole of the second guide ring together with the open upper edge of the urine storage bag, and is installed between the surface of the second guide ring and the back surface of the first guide ring, and the open lower outlet has a smaller size than the open upper inlet.

More preferably, the open upper inlet edge is positioned inside the stool storage bag, and is inserted and connected to each other from below the fourth discharge hole of the fourth guide ring together with the open upper edge of the stool storage bag, and is installed between the surface of the fourth guide ring and the back surface of the third guide ring, and the open lower outlet may further include a stool backflow prevention bag having a size smaller than the size of the open upper inlet.

More preferably, a third incision may be further formed between the first incision and the second incision in the crotch area of the patient panties, and a third hole corresponding to the third incision may be further formed in the silicone pad between the first hole and the second hole.

More preferably, the silicone pad may have first and second protrusions formed at the first hole entrance and the second hole entrance so as to protrude upward from the surface, and the height of the first protrusion of the first hole entrance may be formed so as to be inclined overall while one side facing the second hole protrudes higher than the other side in the opposite direction, and the height of the second protrusion of the second hole entrance may be formed so as to be inclined overall while one side facing the first hole protrudes higher than the other side in the opposite direction.

More preferably, the end of the first protrusion and the end of the second protrusion may be formed to spread outwardly in a curved manner.

The excrement treatment panties used for patients according to the present invention have the following effects.

That is, by making an incision in the patient's panties and detachably installing a stool bag and a urine bag that are pulled out of the panties through the incision, even if the patient defecates unconsciously, the excreted stool or urine is pulled out of the panties and collected in the installed stool bag or urine bag, thereby preventing the patient's clothing or bed from being contaminated with the excreted stool. In addition, the caregiver or guardian can easily separate the stool bag or urine bag containing the collected stool from the panties and dispose of it, thereby making patient care more hygienic and easier.

Meanwhile, since the effects of the present invention described in this manner are naturally exhibited by the composition of the described contents regardless of whether the inventor is aware of them, the above-described effects are only some of the effects according to the described contents, and should not be recognized as describing all the effects recognized or actually existing by the inventor.

In addition, the effects of the present invention should be additionally understood by the entire description of the specification, and even if it is not explicitly described in a sentence, if it is an effect that can be recognized as such by a person with ordinary skill in the technical field to which the described content belongs through this specification, it should be regarded as an effect described in this specification.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

This is intended to explain in detail so that a person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can easily practice the contents of the present invention, and does not mean that the technical idea and scope of the present invention are limited due to this.

First, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the excrement treatment panties for use on a patient can be broadly divided into patient panties that are configured with a front section, a leg section, and a back section for easy wearing, a silicone pad installed in the leg section of the patient panties, and a feces bag and a urine bag that are detachably connected to the silicone pad to collect the patient's feces and urine. Hereinafter, each component will be examined in more detail with reference to the drawings exemplified.

Here, the shape of the first incision (121) and the second incision (122) need not be determined to be either one, and may be formed to be larger than the size of the genitals or anus so that the genitals or anus are located inside and included, and may be cut through while having a shape such as a circle, an oval, or a polygon, and may be cut in a straight shape so that the cut area is normally closed and opens only when a stool bag (400) or a urine bag (300) is inserted.

Patient panties (100) (100a) may be composed of a material such as cotton that is comfortable when in contact with the human body, and the front part (110), the crotch part (120), and the back part (130) may be composed in a straight line shape, but for the convenience of wearing, the front part (110) and the back part (130) may be composed to have a wide width and the crotch part (120) to have a relatively narrow width.

And the detachable members provided on both sides of the front part (110) and both sides of the back part (130) are composed of strings, and the patient panties (100) (100a) can be worn by tying or untying the strings.

The silicone pad (200)(200a) is

The silicone pad (200)(200a) may be positioned inside the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100)(100a) and the outer edge may be sewn and fixed to the inner surface of the crotch area (120). In some cases, the surfaces of the silicone pad (200)(200a) and the crotch area (120) may be fused and fixed to each other.

Looking at the configuration of such a silicone pad (200)(200a), it can be configured with a thin thickness of approximately 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm, and a first hole (210) corresponding to a first incision (121) formed in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100)(100a) can be formed on one side, and a second hole (220) corresponding to a second incision (122) formed in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100)(100a) can be formed on the other side.

Here, the first hole (210) and the second hole (220) can be formed in a shape such as a circle, an oval, a triangle, or a diamond corresponding to the shape of the genitals or anus, and it is preferable that they be formed larger than the size of a typical genitals or anus.

Meanwhile, in the case of a silicone pad (200a) to be installed in patient panties (100a) to be worn by men, unlike the silicone pad (200) to be installed in patient panties (100) to be worn by women, a third hole (230) through which the testicles can escape may be further formed between the first hole (210) and the second hole (220), and a third incision (123) corresponding to the third hole (230) may be formed in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100a) to be worn by men, so that the testicles of a male patient may escape through the third hole (230) and the third incision (123).

In addition, in the case of the testis that falls out through the third incision (123), it can be left as is as it is exposed to the outside of the patient panties (100a), but it may be inconvenient in terms of hygiene or visual appearance, so a pocket-shaped net or additional fabric may be placed on the outer surface of the crotch area (120) in correspondence with the third incision (123), so that the testis that falls out through the third incision (123) can be accommodated inside the pocket-shaped net or additional fabric.

Meanwhile, the first guide ring (310) of a urine bag (300) and the third guide ring (410) of a feces bag (400), which will be described later, are positioned on the first hole (210) and the second hole (220) of the silicone pad (200) (200a), so that the first discharge hole (311) of the first guide ring (310) and the third discharge hole (411) of the third guide ring (410) are connected to the patient's genitals or anus, thereby accurately discharging urine and feces into the urine bag (300) or the feces bag (400). However, if the first guide ring (310) of the urine bag (300) and the third guide ring (410) of the feces bag (400) are not accurately fitted to the patient's genitals or anus, some of the feces may leak out through the gap, which may contaminate the patient's clothing or bed.

Accordingly, the present invention forms the first and second protrusions (211)(221) by extending the first hole (210) entrance and the second hole (220) entrance upwardly from the surface of the silicone pad (200)(200a), so that when the genitals or anus are in close contact with the first guide ring (310) of the urine bag (300) and the third guide ring (410) of the feces bag (400), the first and second protrusions (211)(221) are elastically pressed, so that the genitals or anus can be more firmly and elastically in close contact with the surface of the first guide ring (310) of the urine bag (300) and the surface of the third guide ring (410) of the feces bag (400).

Here, since the genital area is closer to the inside than the outside of the first hole (210) in response to the patient's scrotum body structure, it is preferable to configure the first protrusion (211) so that the protruding height is higher on the inside facing the second hole (220) than on the outside facing the second hole (220), thereby slanting the entire body.

And since the anal area is also closer to the inside than the outside of the second hole (220), it is also preferable to configure the second protrusion (221) so that the protrusion height is higher on the inside facing the first hole (210) than on the outside facing the first hole (210), thereby slanting the entire area.

In addition, a fourth hole (240) may be formed behind the second hole (220) in the silicone pad (200) (200a), and this fourth hole (240) may prevent the patient's coccyx from being uncomfortable due to the coccyx being in contact with the silicone pad (200) (200a) as the coccyx is positioned.

In addition, the fourth hole (240) can indicate directionality when installing the silicone pad (200) (200a) in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100) (100a), thereby preventing the mistake of installing the silicone pad (200) (200a) in the wrong direction when installing it in the crotch area (120).

Urine bag (300)

By allowing the patient's excreted urine to be moved to the outside of the patient's panties (100)(100a) and stored separately, the patient's clothing or bed is prevented from being contaminated by the excreted urine, and the excreted urine can be disposed of hygienically and easily.

Looking at the configuration of the urine bag (300), it can be configured with a first guide ring (310) that is overlapped and connected facing each other, and has a first discharge hole (311) formed in the center, a second guide ring (320) that has a second discharge hole (321) formed in the center, and a closed space in which urine excreted downward is temporarily stored, and an open upper edge is inserted downward into the second discharge hole (321) of the second guide ring (320) and connected to each other, and a urine storage bag (330) in the form of a bag that is sandwiched between the surface of the second guide ring (320) and the back surface of the first guide ring (310).

Here, the shapes of the first guide ring (310) and the second guide ring (320) can be configured in various shapes depending on the shape of the genitalia, and the shapes of the first guide ring (310) and the second guide ring (320) can be formed to be the same or different from each other, and can be configured in a shape corresponding to the shape of the first hole (210) of the silicone pad (200) (200a) described above.

These first guide rings (310) and second guide rings (320) can be composed of flexible synthetic resin or rubber, silicone, urethane, etc., and can be composed of fiber, sponge, paper (preferably coated with a film to have a waterproof function), etc. In the case of the first guide ring (310), it is preferable to be composed of a material that is soft, non-irritating, and does not affect the human body as it comes into direct contact with the patient's body.

The first guide ring (310) and the second guide ring (320) can be joined to each other with the upper edge of the urine storage bag (330) interposed between them, and can be joined by methods such as adhesion, fusion, or sewing depending on the material.

In addition, since the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) is in contact with the end of the first protrusion (211) formed in the first hole (210) of the silicone pad (200) (200a), an adhesive material is applied to the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) so that it can be attached to the end of the first protrusion (211), and thus, when the urine bag (300) filled with urine is removed from the patient panties (100) (100a), if the urine bag (300) is pulled with a constant external force, the second guide ring (320) can be separated from the first hole (210) together with the first guide ring (310), so that the urine bag (300) can be easily separated and removed from the patient panties (100) (100a).

Here, the first protrusion (211) may be bent so that a portion of the end is perpendicular to the outside, and the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) may be attached to the flattened upper surface by using an adhesive material. However, in this case, when the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) and the flattened upper surface of the end of the first protrusion (211) come into surface contact, urine may leak out as they are not evenly adhered to the entire surface.

Accordingly, by configuring the end of the first protrusion (211) to be bent outward and spread out in a curved manner, the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) and the highest point of the bent end of the first protrusion (211) make line contact rather than surface contact, thereby preventing urine leakage while ensuring uniform contact throughout.

The urine storage bag (330) constituting the urine bag (300) may be made of transparent, opaque or semi-transparent vinyl or paper with an inner surface coating if it is manufactured as a disposable bag, and may be made of rubber, silicone or a thin resin material that is free from shape deformation so that the inside can be cleaned.

When such a urine bag (300) is installed in the patient panties (100) (100a), the urine storage bag (330) is first folded and then continuously passed through the first hole (210) of the silicone pad (200) (200a) installed in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100) (100a) and the first incision (121) of the crotch area (120) so that the urine storage bag (330) is pulled out of the patient panties (100) (100a), and the installation can be completed by attaching the bottom surface of the second guide ring (320) to the end of the first protrusion (211) of the first hole (210).

Accordingly, when the patient excretes urine, the urine flows out through the first discharge hole (311) of the first guide ring (310) and is stored in the urine storage bag (330) of the urine bag (300) located outside the patient panties (100) (100a).

In this state, when disposing of urine, the urine storage bag (330) is carefully pulled so that the urine storage bag (330) and the first guide ring (310) and the second guide ring (320) connected thereto come out through the first hole (210) of the silicone pad (200) (200a) and the first incision (121) formed in the crotch area (120) of the patient panties (100) (100a), and can be removed. Afterwards, a new urine bag (300) is prepared and reinstalled on the patient panties (100) (100a).

Meanwhile, since urine moved to the urine storage bag (330) may flow back depending on the patient's movement, it is necessary to prevent such backflow, and as a means of preventing backflow, a urine backflow prevention bag (340) can be installed inside the urine storage bag (330) to prevent backflow of urine.

The urine reflux prevention bag (340) is configured to form an approximately inverted triangle in the form of a bag with the upper and lower sides open, with the size of the open upper inlet (341) being smaller than that of the open lower outlet (342), and is positioned inside the urine storage bag (330), and the edge of the open upper inlet (341) is fitted between the surface of the second guide ring (320) and the back surface of the first guide ring (310) so that they are joined to each other by fitting together with the open upper edge of the urine storage bag (330) at the bottom of the second discharge hole (321) of the second guide ring (320).

Accordingly, when a patient urinates, the urine passes through the first discharge hole (311) of the first guide ring (310) and flows out through the upper inlet (341) of the urine reflux prevention bag (340) to the lower outlet (342), whereby the urine is stored in the urine storage bag (330). Even if urine flows back due to the patient's posture, it is difficult for urine that has moved to the urine storage bag (330) to flow into the lower outlet (342) of the urine reflux prevention bag (340) which has a small size, so that reflux of urine can be effectively prevented.

Meanwhile, when a urine storage bag (330) is equipped with a moisture detection sensor, the control unit connected to the moisture detection sensor is configured to receive a signal from the moisture detection sensor, so that when the patient discharges urine, the control unit that receives the signal from the moisture detection sensor can be configured to notify a guardian or caregiver of the discharge of urine using a wireless terminal such as a cell phone.

In addition, by configuring the interior of the urine storage bag (330) to contain an absorbent material capable of absorbing moisture, it is possible to process a large amount of urine in unavoidable situations and prevent backflow.

The stool bag (400) is

By allowing the patient's excreted stool to be moved to the outside of the patient's panties (100)(100a) and stored separately, the patient's clothing or bed is prevented from being contaminated by the excreted stool, and the excreted stool can be disposed of hygienically and easily.

Looking at the configuration of the fecal bag (400), it can be configured with a third guide ring (410) that is overlapped and connected facing each other, and has a third discharge hole (411) formed in the center, a fourth guide ring (420) that has a fourth discharge hole (421) formed in the center, and a closed space where feces excreted downward are temporarily stored, and an open upper edge is inserted downward into the fourth discharge hole (421) of the fourth guide ring (420) and connected to each other, and a fecal storage bag (430) in the form of a bag that is sandwiched between the surface of the fourth guide ring (420) and the back surface of the third guide ring (410).

Here, the shapes of the third guide ring (410) and the fourth guide ring (420) can be configured in various shapes corresponding to the anus, and the shapes of the third guide ring (410) and the fourth guide ring (420) can be formed to be the same or different from each other, and can be configured in a shape corresponding to the shape of the second hole (220) of the silicone pad (200) (200a) described above.

These third guide rings (410) and fourth guide rings (420) can be composed of flexible synthetic resin or rubber, silicone, urethane, etc., and can be composed of fiber, sponge, paper (preferably coated with a film to have a waterproof function), etc. In the case of the third guide ring (410), it is preferable to be composed of a material that is soft, non-irritating, and does not affect the human body as it comes into direct contact with the patient's body.

The third guide ring (410) and the fourth guide ring (420) can be joined to each other with the upper edge of the stool storage bag (430) between them by methods such as adhesion, fusion, or sewing depending on the material.

In addition, since the bottom surface of the fourth guide ring (420) is in contact with the end of the second protrusion (221) formed in the second hole (220) of the silicone pad (200) (200a), an adhesive material is applied to the bottom surface of the fourth guide ring (420) so that it can be attached to the end of the second protrusion (221), and thus, when the stool bag (400) filled with stool is removed from the patient panties (100) (100a), if the stool bag (400) is pulled with a constant external force, the fourth guide ring (420) can be separated from the second hole (220) together with the third guide ring (410), so that the stool bag (400) can be easily separated and removed from the patient panties (100) (100a).

Here, the bottom surface of the fourth guide ring (420) may be attached to the flat upper surface by bending a portion of the end of the second protrusion (221) outwardly at a right angle, but in this case, when the bottom surface of the fourth guide ring (420) and the flat upper surface bent at the end of the second protrusion (221) make surface contact, the seal may not be uniformly adhered overall, and the stool may leak.

Accordingly, by configuring the end of the second protrusion (221) to be bent outward and spread out in a curved manner, the bottom surface of the fourth guide ring (420) and the highest point of the bent end of the second protrusion (221) make line contact rather than surface contact, thereby preventing leakage of feces while ensuring uniform contact throughout.

The feces storage bag (430) constituting the feces bag (400) may also be made of transparent, opaque, or semitransparent vinyl or paper with an inner surface coating if it is made for a single use, and may be made of rubber, silicone, or a thin resin material that is free from shape deformation so that the inside can be cleaned.
