Claims (22)
- 화상을 표시하는 액정패널;
상기 액정패널에 광을 공급하는 광원부;
상기 액정패널의 하부에 배치되는 하부 편광판;
상기 액정패널 상부에 배치되는 상부 편광판;
상기 상부 편광판의 상부에 배치되는 흡광필터; 및
상기 흡광필터의 상부에 배치되는 형광필터를 포함하고,
상기 형광필터는 외부로부터의 감응 파장 대의 광을 흡수하여 상기 감응 파장 대보다 큰 파장 대의 광으로 발광시키고,
상기 흡광필터는 상기 액정 패널의 하부에 배치된 상기 광원부로부터 상기 액정 패널에 입사되는 광으로부터 상기 형광필터의 감응 파장 대와 동일한 파장 대의 광을 흡수하는, 액정표시장치. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광필터는 제1 파장 대의 광을 흡수하고, 상기 제1 파장 대의 광을 상기 제1 파장 대보다 큰 제2 파장 대의 광으로 발광시키는 액정표시장치.

상기 제1 파장 대의 광은 380±50nm (Deep Blue), 490±50nm (Cyan), 590±50nm (Yellow) 및 700±50nm (Deep Red) 중 적어도 하나의 파장 대의 광이며,
상기 제2 파장 대의 광은 650±50nm (Red), 550±50nm (Green), 450±50nm (Blue) 중 적어도 하나의 파장대의 광 또는 380 내지 780nm 파장 대의 광인, 액정표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광필터의 재료로는 Bodipy TR, PYronine B, Texas Red, X-Rhodamine, Acridine Yellow, Acridine Red, Acriflavin, Astrazon Orange R 중에서 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Bodipy TR, PYronine B, Texas Red, X-Rhodamine의 형광 재료들은 590±50nm Yellow계 흡수 파장 대의 광을 600±50nm 적색(Red) 발광 파장 대의 광으로 발광시키는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 Acridine Yellow, Acridine Red, Acriflavin, Astrazon Orange R의 형광재료들은 490±50nm Cyan계 흡수 파장 대의 광을 550±50nm 녹색(Green) 발광 파장 대의 광으로 발광시키는 액정표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡광필터의 재료로는 Tetra-azaporphyrin을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
