Claims (12)
- 적어도 화학식 I의 구조를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 티오인산 생성물로서,

(상기 식에서,
R1은 황 또는 산소이고;
R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 -OR4 또는 -OH 중 하나이고, 포함된다면 각각의 R4는 독립적으로 C3 내지 C18 선형 또는 분지형 알킬 기, C5 또는 C6 사이클로알킬 기, 페닐 기, 또는 C6 내지 C18 알킬페놀 기임)
상기 티오인산 생성물은 트라이페닐 포스핀을 사용한 적정을 통해 측정될 때 0.1 mmol/g 이하의 활성 황을 갖는, 티오인산 생성물. - 제1항에 있어서, R1은 황이고, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 -OR4 기(여기서, 각각의 R4는 독립적으로 C3 내지 C18 선형 또는 분지형 알킬 기임)이고/이거나; 상기 티오인산 생성물은 0.1 중량% 이하의 폴리황화인 화합물을 포함하는, 티오인산 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1은 황이고, R2 및 R3은 독립적으로 -OR4 기(여기서, 각각의 R4는 독립적으로 C3 내지 C18 선형 또는 분지형 알킬 기임)이고/이거나; 상기 티오인산 생성물은 폴리황화인 화합물을 포함하지만, 1 중량% 이하의 상기 폴리황화인 화합물을 포함하는, 티오인산 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물은 유기 하이드록시 화합물과 오황화인의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 티오인산 생성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기 하이드록시 화합물은 상기 오황화인에 대한 몰비로서 4:1 내지 10:1로 제공되고/되거나; 상기 유기 하이드록시 화합물은 메틸 알코올, 에틸 알코올, 프로필 알코올, 아이소프로필 알코올, 부틸 알코올, 아이소부틸 알코올, tert-부틸 알코올, sec-부틸 알코올, 페놀, 나프톨, 아밀 알코올, 헥실 알코올, 아이소-헥실 알코올, 옥틸 알코올, 데실 알코올, 도데실 알코올, 옥타데실 알코올, 2-에틸헥실 알코올, 4-메틸-2-펜틸 알코올, 페닐 알코올, 부틸페닐 알코올, 사이클로헥실 알코올, 메틸사이클로펜틸 알코올, 프로페닐 알코올, 부테닐 알코올, 또는 이들의 조합 중 하나 이상인, 티오인산 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티오인산 생성물은 증류되고 상기 증류의 응축물로서 회수되고/되거나; 상기 증류는 적어도 80℃의 온도 및/또는 적어도 0.4 torr의 압력에서 일어나고/나거나; 상기 응축물은 10℃ 이하의 온도에서 회수되고/되거나; 상기 증류는 강하 경막 증발기(falling-film evaporator), 와이핑된 필름 증발기(wiped-film evaporator), 박막 증발기(thin-film evaporator), 단경로 증발기(short-path evaporator), 또는 이들의 조합에서 일어나는, 티오인산 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물은 다이프로필 다이티오인산, 다이아이소프로필 다이티오인산, 다이부틸 다이티오인산, 다이아이소부틸 다이티오인산, 다이-에틸헥실 다이티오인산, 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 티오인산 생성물.
- 윤활 조성물을 위한 마모방지 첨가제로서,
제1항의 티오인산 생성물과, (i) 불포화 카르복실산, (ii) 금속 산화물, 금속 수산화물, 또는 금속 탄산염 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 염기성 또는 중성 금속 화합물; 또는 (iii) 카르복실산의 불포화 에스테르로부터 선택되는 반응물질(reactant)의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 마모방지 첨가제. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응물질은 (iii) 상기 카르복실산의 불포화 에스테르이고, 상기 카르복실산의 불포화 에스테르는 C1 내지 C20 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트이고/이거나; 상기 카르복실산의 불포화 에스테르는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 조합인, 마모방지 첨가제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응물질은 (ii) 상기 염기성 또는 중성 금속 화합물이며, 알루미늄, 납, 주석, 몰리브덴, 망간, 니켈, 구리, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 아연, 또는 이들의 조합의 금속 산화물, 금속 수산화물, 또는 금속 탄산염을 포함하고/하거나; 상기 염기성 또는 중성 금속 화합물은 몰과량의 산화아연인, 마모방지 첨가제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응물질은 (i) 상기 불포화 카르복실산이고, 상기 불포화 카르복실산은 C3 내지 C20 불포화 지방산이고/이거나; 상기 불포화 카르복실산은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 2-에틸 아크릴산, 또는 이들의 조합인, 마모방지 첨가제.
- 제8항의 마모방지 첨가제를 포함하는 윤활 조성물.
