Abstract
본 발명에 따라 다양한 조성의 불순물을 도핑함으로써, 부 온도계수를 가지는 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 도 1에 따라 제조된 부 온도계수 세라믹 조성물의 소결 특성을 나타낸 것으로, (a)는 Fe3O4 기반 세라믹 조성물, (b)는 Mn3O4 기반 세라믹 조성물 및 (c)는 ZnO 기반 세라믹 조성물의 선형수축률과 밀도 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- 스피넬 구조를 가지는 Fe3O4 또는 Mn3O4에서 선택되는 세라믹; 및
Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Cr, Y, Fe, Mn, Si 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종을 포함하는 금속원소 또는 금속산화물 기반의 하나 이상의 불순물(dopant)을 포함하며,
상기 세라믹은 상기 불순물로 도핑되어 부 온도계수(NTC)를 가지는 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,
상기 세라믹이 Fe3O4로 선택될 때,
상기 세라믹 조성물은 하기 화학식 1의 조성으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물:

(M2xM3yM4zA3-x-y-z)O4
상기 화학식 1에서 A는 Fe이고,
M2는 NiO, CuO 및 ZnO의 2가 금속원소, M3는 Y2O3의 3가 금속원소, M4는 SiO2 및 ZrO2의 4가 금속원소를 모두 포함하며,
이 때 x, y, 및 z는 각각 0.06 < x < 0.07, 0.001 ≤ y < 0.002, 0.06 ≤ z < 0.07 이다. - 스피넬 구조를 가지는 Fe3O4 또는 Mn3O4에서 선택되는 세라믹; 및
Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Cr, Y, Fe, Mn, Si 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종을 포함하는 금속원소 또는 금속산화물 기반의 하나 이상의 불순물(dopant)을 포함하고,
상기 세라믹은 상기 불순물로 도핑되어 부 온도계수(NTC)를 가지는 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,
상기 세라믹이 Mn3O4로 선택될 때,
상기 세라믹 조성물은 하기 화학식 1의 조성으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물:

상기 화학식 1에서 A가 Mn이고,
M2는 NiO, CoO, CuO 및 ZnO의 2가 금속원소, M3는 CrO3, Y2O3 및 Fe2O3의 3가 금속원소, M4는 SiO2 및 ZrO2의 4가 금속원소를 모두 포함하며, 이 때 x, y, 및 z는 각각 0.17 < x < 0.2, 0.06 < y < 0.07, 0.1 < z < 0.2 이거나,
상기 화학식 1에서 A가 Mn이고,
M2는 NiO, CoO, 및 CuO의 2가 금속원소, M3는 CrO3, Y2O3 및 Fe2O3의 3가 금속원소, M4는 SiO2의 4가 금속원소를 모두 포함하며, 이 때 x, y, 및 z는 각각 0.15 < x < 0.25, 0.1 < y < 0.2, 0.001 ≤ z < 0.2 이다. - 단일 반도성 물질 기반의 ZnO 세라믹; 및
Ni, Co, Cu, Cr, Y, Fe, Mn, Si 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종을 포함하는 금속원소 또는 금속산화물 기반의 하나 이상의 불순물(dopant)을 포함하며,
상기 세라믹은 상기 불순물로 도핑되어 부 온도계수(NTC)를 가지는 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 조성물은 하기 화학식 2의 조성으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물:

상기 화학식 2에서,
M2는 NiO 및 CoO의 2가 금속원소, M3는 CrO3 및 Y2O3의 3가 금속원소, M4는 MnO2의 4가 금속원소를 모두 포함하며,
이 때 x, y, 및 z는 각각 0.02 ≤ x < 0.03, 0.02 ≤ y < 0.03, 0.01 ≤ z < 0.02 이다. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 조성물은,
상온 비저항 값이 10 ~ 104 KΩcm 이고, 25℃/85℃의 B 정수 값이 2000 내지 5000 K 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 온도 센서용 서미스터 세라믹 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 세라믹 조성물을 포함하는, 온도 센서용 서미스터 소자.
- 제 6 항에 따른 온도 센서용 서미스터 소자를 포함하는, 온도 센서.
