본 발명은 스틱형 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 스틱형 화장품 용기는 스틱화장품이 수용되는 수용공간이 형성되어 있고, 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 용기본체; 상기 용기본체를 감싸는 형태로 결합되되 그 용기본체의 외주면과의 사이에 부품이 삽입될 수 있는 환 형상의 삽입공간을 형성시키는 통 형상의 공간형성부와, 상기 공간형성부의 하단에 마련되어서 하단 개방부위를 폐쇄시키고, 상기 용기본체와 함께 회전 가능하게 결합되는 결속부를 구비하는 하부캡; 상하부가 개방된 통 형상으로 형성되어 상기 삽입공간에 이동 가능하게 개재되는 것으로, 내주면에 상기 용기본체와 나사결합되는 결합부를 구비하여서, 상기 하부캡이 회전운동 불가능하게 구속된 상태에서 그 하부캡에 대한 회전에 따라 상하로 승강되어 상기 용기본체에 수용되어 있는 스틱화장품을 노출시키는 노출부재; 및 상기 스틱화장품을 사용하지 않는 경우 밀폐 보관이 가능하도록 상기 용기본체와 하부캡들 중 어느 하나에 결합되는 커버 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 노출부재는 상기 하부캡의 공간형성부와 용기본체 사이에 형성된 삽입공간에 상하방향으로 승강 가능하게 설치되는 제1노출요소와 제2노출요소를 포함하되, 상기 제1노출요소는 상기 용기본체에 대해 회전운동을 할 수 있도록 그 용기본체에 나사결합되고, 상기 제2노출요소는 상기 제1노출요소에 대해 회전운동을 할 수 있도록 그 제1노출요소에 나사결합되어서, 상기 스틱화장품의 사용으로 추가적인 노출이 요구되는 경우에는 제2노출요소를 하부캡에 대해 회전시켜 하강되게 하고, 상기 제2노출요소의 하강 동작에 의해 그 하단부가 제1노출요소의 바닥면에 접촉된 경우에는 제2노출요소와 함께 제1노출요소가 하부캡에 대해 추가적으로 하강되어 스틱화장품의 사용되지 않은 부분을 노출시킬 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 화장품 용기.A container body having a space for accommodating a stick cosmetic and a screw thread formed on an outer surface thereof; a cylindrical space-forming portion that is combined in a form that surrounds the container body and forms an annular insertion space between the outer surface of the container body and the container body into which a part can be inserted; a lower cap provided at a lower end of the space-forming portion to close a lower open portion and having a fastening portion that is rotatably coupled together with the container body; an exposure member formed in a cylindrical shape with open upper and lower portions and movably interposed in the insertion space, and having a fastening protrusion that is screw-coupled with the container body on an inner surface thereof so that the lower cap is lifted up and down in accordance with rotation of the lower cap while the lower cap is restrained so as not to rotate, thereby exposing the stick cosmetic accommodated in the container body; and a cover unit that is combined with one of the container body and the lower caps so that the stick cosmetic can be stored in a sealed state when not in use.
A stick-type cosmetic container characterized in that the above exposure member includes a first exposure element and a second exposure element that are installed so as to be able to move up and down in an insertion space formed between the space-forming portion of the lower cap and the container body, wherein the first exposure element is screw-connected to the container body so as to be able to rotate with respect to the container body, and the second exposure element is screw-connected to the first exposure element so as to be able to rotate with respect to the first exposure element, such that when additional exposure is required due to use of the stick cosmetic, the second exposure element is lowered by rotating with respect to the lower cap, and when the lower end of the second exposure element comes into contact with the bottom surface of the first exposure element due to the lowering motion of the second exposure element, the first exposure element together with the second exposure element is additionally lowered with respect to the lower cap so as to expose an unused portion of the stick cosmetic.
