Claims (6)
- 제1 및 제2 전극들; 및
상기 제1 및 제2 전극들 사이에 배치되고 온도에 따른 저항 변화가 서로 상반된 소재로 된 제1 저항체 및 제2 저항체가 절연 이격되게 적층되는 저항소자를 포함함으로써,
상기 제1 저항체 및 상기 제2 저항체를 상기 제1 및 제2 전극들로 병렬 연결하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극을 통해 전류가 흐르면 상기 제1 저항체에 의해 발열된 열기가 상기 제2 저항체로 전달되어 동적 열평형상태가 되어 상기 제1 저항체 및 상기 제2 저항체 간의 저항값이 서로 상쇄되어 저항온도계수(TCR)이 0(zero)에 근접하는 저항값 변화를 가지게 되며,
상기 제1 저항체는
양(+)의 저항온도계수를 가지는 구리(Cu), 망간(Mn), 니켈(Ni) 중 적어도 둘 이상을 함유한 금속 합금소재로 이루어지는 플레이트 형상의 금속 기반 저항체이고,
상기 제2 저항체는
음(-)의 저항온도계수를 가지는 Mn-Ni계 산화물 또는 Mn-Co-Ni계 산화물의 반도체성 물질로 이루어지는 상기 제1 저항체와 동일한 플레이트 형상의 NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) 소자 기반 저항체로서, 상기 제1 저항체의 상면에 절연 이격되게 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 센싱 저항기.

저항비에 따라 상기 제1 저항체 및 상기 제2 저항체 간의 폭이나 두께를 조절하여 체적을 서로 다르게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 센싱 저항기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
정격전류에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 전극들 사이에 복수의 상기 저항소자가 다층으로 절연 이격되게 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 센싱 저항기.
