본 발명은 음성신호를 초음파인 반송파로 변조하여 피치료자에게 송출하는 초음파 발생기; 상기 초음파 발생기가 수납되는 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 수납되며 상기 초음파 발생기에 변조된 음성신호를 제공하는 음성신호변조기; 및 상기 음성신호변조기에 음성정보를 제공하는 음원저장부를 포함하되, 상기 초음파 발생기로부터 송출되는 초음파를 수신하여 피치료자의 피부질환의 치료 내지 피부복원이 이루어지고, 송출된 음성정보에 의해 정보의 전달 내지 힐링이 가능한 초음파발생기를 포함하는 피부치료기를 제공한다.
