Claims (6)
- 서브프레임의 복수 지점에 연결부를 매개로 연결되고 조향 너클에는 단일 지점에 연결부를 매개로 연결되며, 서브프레임 연결된 연결부 중 어느 하나는 서브프레임에서 이동 가능하게 연결되어 형태가 변형 가능하게 이루어진 가변로워암; 및
서브프레임에 설치되고, 서브프레임에서 이동 가능하게 연결된 연결부에 연결되어 연결부의 위치를 이동시킴으로써, 가변로워암의 형태 변형을 통해 조향 너클의 위치가 이동되도록 하여 캐스터 특성이 변경되도록 하는 액추에이터;를 포함하고,
연결부는, 액추에이터의 구동시 이동되는 제1연결부와 제1연결부에서 이격 배치된 제2연결부와 조향 너클에 마련된 제3연결부로 구성되며,
가변로워암은 일단부가 제1연결부를 매개로 서브프레임에 연결되고 타단부가 제3연결부를 매개로 조향 너클에 연결된 래터럴암과, 일단부가 제2연결부를 매개로 서브프레임에 연결되고, 타단부가 래터럴암에 회전 가능하게 연결된 가이드암으로 구성되며,
제1연결부는 내통과 외통 및 내통과 외통 사이에 구비된 탄성체로 구성되고, 내통에는 액추에이터가 연결되며 외통에는 래터럴암의 일단부가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 캐스터 특성 조절장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
액추에이터는 동작시 동력을 전달하는 구동부와, 구동부로부터 동력을 전달받아 차량의 전후방향으로 입출되는 로드부로 구성되고,
제1연결부는 서브프레임에서 차량의 전후방향으로 이동 가능하게 마련되어 액추에이터의 구동시 전후방향으로 위치가 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 캐스터 특성 조절장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
가이드암은 타단부가 래터럴암의 일단부에 전후방향으로 회전 가능하게 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 캐스터 특성 조절장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
서브프레임에서 제1연결부가 마련되는 단부에는 전후방향으로 연장되어 제1연결부가 이동 가능하게 마련되는 가이드슬롯과, 가이드슬롯에서 래터럴암이 외부로 통과되도록 전후방향으로 연장되게 개통된 개통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 캐스터 특성 조절장치.
