- 차량 (1) 으로서 :
상기 차량 (1) 의 회생 제동륜에 대해 형성되는 회생 제동 장치 (24) 로서, 상기 회생 제동륜은 상기 차량 (1) 의 전륜 (2f) 및 후륜 (2r) 중 어느 일방인 회생 제동 장치 (24) ;
상기 전륜 (2f) 및 상기 후륜 (2r) 에 부여되는 마찰 제동력 (FFB) 을 개별적으로 제어하도록 구성되는 마찰 제동 장치 (26) ; 및
회생 제동을 실시하고 있는 상기 회생 제동륜의 차륜 속도 (Vw) 가 상기 차량 (1) 의 차체 속도 (V) 와 안티 록 브레이크 제어의 작동 임계값 사이에 위치하는 슬립 판정 임계값 (THs) 을 하회하는 슬립 상태를 검지한 경우에, 상기 슬립 판정 임계값 (THs) 에 대한 상기 회생 제동륜의 차륜 속도 (Vw) 의 편차를 작게 하는 회생 제동력 (FRB) 을 발생시키도록 상기 회생 제동 장치 (24) 를 제어하는 회생 제어 처리를 실행하도록 구성되는 전자 제어 유닛 (40) 을 구비하고,

상기 전자 제어 유닛 (40) 은, 상기 회생 제어 처리를 실시하고 있는 제동 중에 상기 요구 차량 제동력 (Freq) 이 증가된 경우에, 상기 제 1 보충 처리에 의해 제어되는 상기 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력이 특정 임계값 (D) 에 도달한 후에, 상기 회생 제어 처리에 의해 제어되고 있는 회생 제동력 (FRB) 을 상기 회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력에 의해 교체하는 교체 처리를 실행하도록 구성되는, 차량 (1). - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 교체 처리에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 유닛 (40) 은, 상기 회생 제어 처리를 계속하면서 상기 회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력을 증가시키도록 구성되는, 차량 (1). - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 마찰 제동 장치 (26) 는, 전륜용 휠 실린더 및 후륜용 휠 실린더를 포함하고,
상기 특정 임계값 (D) 은, 상기 제 1 보충 처리에 의해 증가하는 상기 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력이, 상기 전륜용 휠 실린더 및 상기 후륜용 휠 실린더에 대해 서로 동등한 유압의 브레이크 플루이드가 공급되는 경우에 얻어지는 실제동력 배분선 (L5) 에 도달했을 때에 얻어지는 상기 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력의 값에 상당하는, 차량 (1). - 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 제어 유닛 (40) 은, 상기 교체 처리의 실행 중에 상기 요구 차량 제동력 (Freq) 을 만족하도록 상기 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력을 증가시키는 제 2 보충 처리를 실행하도록 구성되는, 차량 (1). - 회생 제동 장치 (24) 와 마찰 제동 장치 (26) 를 포함하는 차량 (1) 을 제어하는 차량 제어 방법으로서, 상기 회생 제동 장치 (24) 는 상기 차량 (1) 의 전륜 (2f) 및 후륜 (2r) 중 어느 일방인 회생 제동륜에 대해 형성되고, 상기 마찰 제동 장치 (26) 는 상기 전륜 (2f) 및 상기 후륜 (2r) 에 부여되는 마찰 제동력 (FFB) 을 개별적으로 제어하도록 구성되고,
상기 차량 제어 방법은,
회생 제동을 실시하고 있는 상기 회생 제동륜의 차륜 속도 (Vw) 가 상기 차량 (1) 의 차체 속도 (V) 와 안티 록 브레이크 제어의 작동 임계값 사이에 위치하는 슬립 판정 임계값 (THs) 을 하회하는 슬립 상태를 검지한 경우, 상기 슬립 판정 임계값 (THs) 에 대한 상기 회생 제동륜의 차륜 속도 (Vw) 의 편차를 작게 하는 회생 제동력 (FRB) 을 발생시키도록 상기 회생 제동 장치 (24) 를 제어하는 회생 제어 처리를 실행하는 것과,
상기 회생 제어 처리의 실행 중에 요구 차량 제동력 (Freq) 을 만족하도록, 상기 전륜 (2f) 및 상기 후륜 (2r) 의 타방인 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력을 발생시키는 제 1 보충 처리를 실행하는 것과,
상기 회생 제어 처리를 실시하고 있는 제동 중에 상기 요구 차량 제동력 (Freq) 이 증가된 경우에, 상기 제 1 보충 처리에 의해 제어되는 상기 비회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력이 특정 임계값 (D) 에 도달한 후에, 상기 회생 제어 처리에 의해 제어되고 있는 회생 제동력 (FRB) 을 상기 회생 제동륜의 마찰 제동력에 의해 교체하는 교체 처리를 실행하는 것을 구비하는, 차량 제어 방법.
