Abstract

DISPLAY SHELF

The present invention relates to a display shelf, and more specifically, to a frame that fixes and supports a pedestal by being configured to be made of two layers of a first frame and a second frame, so that an adjustment hole and an adjustment pin formed in the second frame for adjusting the mounting height of the pedestal are surrounded by the first frame so that they cannot be seen from the outside, thereby improving the appearance and aesthetics of the entire display shelf. In addition, by configuring that pedestals manufactured in various shapes can be respectively hung and fixed on two adjustment pins spaced apart by a certain distance, not only can the height of the pedestal be easily and conveniently adjusted according to the intended use, but also the pedestal can be easily replaced with a pedestal of a different shape as desired, thereby enabling convenient use.

In general, display shelves should be able to adjust the height according to the size, width, and height of the items to be displayed, and for items such as books that need to be displayed at a certain angle to enhance the display effect, the stand should be able to function like a bookend. However, these conventional shelves have the following problems:

(1) Since the height of the stand can be adjusted according to the size and height of the item placed on the stand, holes or protrusions formed on the pillar or stand formed to adjust the height of the stand are exposed to the outside.

(2) These holes or protrusions are convenient when adjusting the height of the stand to display items, but when fixing the stand, the holes or protrusions that are not used are exposed to the outside, which acts as a factor that reduces the appearance and aesthetic appeal of the area around the shelf.

(3) In particular, these holes or protrusions are often formed with narrow gaps between them so that the height of the stand can be adjusted more precisely. However, if the gaps are narrow, there is a limit to the items that can be supported by the stand. In other words, as more holes or protrusions are formed on the pillar or stand, the rigidity of the pillar or stand becomes weaker, making it impossible to sufficiently support the stand.

(4) This requires the use of thick columns or stands that support the entire load of items placed on the shelf and stand at the corners of the shelf, or the use of separate fixing means.

The present invention has taken these points into consideration, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a display shelf in which a frame supporting a stand is formed as a double structure of a first frame and a second frame, and a stand can be hung on the second frame fitted inside, thereby improving the aesthetics and appearance of the entire shelf while firmly supporting and fixing the stand by making the adjustment hole and adjustment pin formed in the second frame for hanging the stand invisible from the outside of the frame.

In addition, the present invention provides a display shelf that enables easy and convenient height adjustment of the stand through the adjustment pins formed in the frame without being visible from the outside, while enhancing aesthetics and appearance, by configuring that two hooks formed on each side of the stand can be hung on or removed from adjustment pins formed in the second frame at regular intervals within the first frame.

Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a display shelf that can be combined in various forms to suit the items to be displayed by manufacturing the stand in various forms, such as a flat plate shape, a flat plate shape with at least one partition, and a shape that can be displayed by hanging books and the like at an angle.

In order to achieve the above object, the display shelf according to the present invention comprises: at least two first frames (100) installed vertically in parallel on a wall (W); a second frame (200) installed by being inserted into each of the first frames (100); and a support (300) mounted to be able to be adjusted in height by being hung on two adjacent second frames (200); wherein the first frame (100) has a lattice-shaped cross-section, and a part of one side is cut along the entire length to form a cut groove (110), and a plurality of mounting holes (120) are formed through the surface facing the cut groove (110); and the second frame (200) has a 'ㄷ'-shaped cross-section, and a plurality of adjustment holes (210) are formed through the surfaces facing each other at equal intervals to allow adjustment pins (211) to be inserted therein so as to be assembled; The above-mentioned stand (300) is characterized in that at least two hooks (310) are formed on each side so that it can be hung and mounted on two adjacent second frames (200), and the hooks (310) are configured to be hung on the adjustment pin (211) so that the height of the stand (300) can be adjusted.

The display shelf according to the present invention has the following effects.

(1) Since the second frame, which actually supports the stand, is inserted into the first frame to form a double structure, the adjustment hole and adjustment pin formed in the second frame to fix the stand are not exposed outside the frame.

(2) Accordingly, the aesthetics and appearance of the display shelf can be prevented in advance by exposing the adjustment holes and adjustment pins to the outside.

(3) Since the second frame is configured as a double structure with the first frame fixed to the wall, the rigidity of the frame can be reinforced. Accordingly, the load that can be supported by the support through the frame can be increased, making it safe and convenient to use.

(4) In addition, the stand can be installed or removed by hanging it on an adjustment pin provided on the frame using a hanger, so that the display shelf according to the present invention can be easily installed or removed.

(5) In addition, since the stand is configured to be hung in this manner with a hanging structure and the second frame is configured with multiple adjustment holes and adjustment pins, multiple stands can be conveniently installed at appropriate intervals vertically, taking into account the size of the items to be placed on the stand.

(6) It is possible to select and use a stand among those with a flat structure as a stand, those with a flat structure with at least one partition, and those with a structure that can be opened and hung with books, etc., so that it is convenient to select and use an appropriate stand according to the item to be displayed.

(7) By selecting the length and number of frames according to the installation space in which the shelf according to the present invention is to be installed, the shelf can be easily and conveniently expanded to a desired size and width.

Therefore, it should be understood that there may be various equivalents and modifications that can replace them at the time of filing this application.

[Composition of display shelves]

The display shelf according to the present invention includes, as shown in [Fig. 1] to [Fig. 6], at least two first frames (100), a second frame (200) installed on each of the first frames (100), and a support (300) installed between two adjacent second frames (200).

In particular, the second frame (200) is assembled so as to be fitted into the first frame (100) so that the mounting position of the support (300) can be adjusted, thereby allowing the first frame (100) to wrap around the second frame (100) to reinforce rigidity while minimizing the exposure of the second frame (200) to the outside, thereby improving aesthetics and appearance.

In addition, the stand (300) is configured to be usable in a flat structure, a flat structure with at least one partition, a structure that can be opened and supported by a book, etc., so that an appropriate stand (300) can be selected and assembled according to the item to be placed on the stand (300).

Below, the configuration is described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.

A. Frame 1

The first frame (100) is formed in a grid-like cross-section as shown in [Fig. 1] and [Fig. 2], and at least two of them are installed vertically and parallel to each other on the wall (W). At this time, since the first frame (100) is installed between two adjacent first frames (100), the length of the support (300) is taken into consideration when installing it.

In addition, it is preferable that the first frame (100) be manufactured in a length-free form, as shown in [Fig. 1] and [Fig. 4], so that it can be cut to a desired height and used. In addition, it is preferable that the shelves according to the present invention be installed in a place where they are to be installed, and an appropriate number of them are arranged side by side, considering the width in the horizontal direction, so that the shelves can be manufactured in a desired size and used.

In this first frame (100), a cut groove (110) and a mounting hole (120) are formed through it, as shown in [Fig. 2] to [Fig. 4].

1. Incision groove

The cut groove (110) is formed by cutting along the entire length of one side of the lattice-shaped cross-section, as shown in [Fig. 2] to [Fig. 4]. At this time, it is preferable to form the cut groove (110) by cutting only a portion of the width thickness of one side of the lattice, so that the second frame (200) to be inserted into the first frame (100), which will be described later, is prevented from being detached or separated from the first frame (100) by being caught on the portion that is not cut.

2. Mounting holes

The mounting hole (120) is formed on the surface facing the above-described cut groove (110), as shown in [Fig. 2] and [Fig. 4]. In particular, the mounting hole (120) is a hole used when fixing and securing the first frame (100) to the wall (W), and it is preferable to determine the spacing between the mounting holes (120), the number of holes, and the diameter so that the first frame (100) can be firmly fixed.

B. Second frame

The second frame (200) has a cross-section in the shape of the letter 'ㄷ' as shown in [Fig. 2] and [Fig. 4], and is fitted and mounted on the first frame (200) described above. At this time, the second frame (200) is assembled on the first frame (100) so that the open portion faces the cut groove (110) described above, so that the space between the opposing surfaces is utilized as a space for mounting the support (300) described below.

In this second frame (200), as shown in [Fig. 2] to [Fig. 5], an adjustment hole (210) and an adjustment pin (211) are formed.

1. Adjustment hole

The adjustment hole (210) is formed on the surface facing each other in the 'ㄷ'-shaped cross-section of the second frame (200), as shown in [Fig. 2], [Fig. 4], and [Fig. 5]. At this time, the adjustment holes (210) are configured so that a plurality of them are formed at positions facing each other at regular intervals, so that the support (300) to be described later is caught on the adjustment pin (211) installed therein, so that the vertical height of the support (300) can be adjusted. It is preferable that two of these adjustment holes (210) are formed at intervals of 30 to 50 mm, so that the installation height of the support (300) can be adjusted in units of this interval.

2. Adjustment pin

The adjustment pins (211) are installed one by one in each of the adjustment holes (210) described above, as shown in [Fig. 2] and [Fig. 5]. At this time, the adjustment pins (211) may be used by inserting them so that they do not fall into the adjustment holes (210), or they may be fixed by assembling them by forcibly inserting each adjustment pin (211) into the adjustment holes (210) or by fusion through welding, etc.

All. Pedestal

The stand (300) is configured to be able to place an item by hanging it between the two second frames (200) described above, as shown in [Fig. 1], [Fig. 2], and [Fig. 5]. Accordingly, the stand (300) is configured to have a hook (310) formed at each end, and the hook (310) is configured to be able to support and fix the stand (300) to the second frame (200) by the above-described adjustment pin (311).

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that at least two of the hangers (310) are formed on one side of the stand (300). This is because when one hanger (310) is formed on each side of the stand (300), the stand (300) may rotate due to the weight of the item placed on it, causing the item to fall down. Accordingly, it is preferable that at least two hangers (310) firmly fix the stand (300) to stably support and fix it.

In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stand (300) is preferably configured so that an appropriate stand (300) can be selected and used depending on the item to be placed on the stand (300), by using a stand formed in the shape of a flat plate, as shown in [FIG. 1] and [FIG. 8], a stand manufactured in the shape of a flat plate but having at least one partition, and a stand having four sides so as to be able to support an open book and have a chin formed at the bottom so as to be able to support the book, as shown in FIG. 6, the stand shows as examples two stands manufactured flat from above, the stand below and the lowest stand each having partitions formed at both ends, and the stand in the middle being able to display books or pamphlets by opening them.

As described above, the present invention is configured so that a stand can be mounted between frames having a double structure of a first frame and a second frame, so that the second frame, on which the stand is actually mounted, is wrapped by the first frame, thereby improving the aesthetics and appearance of the shelf by preventing the structure configured in the second frame to support the stand from being exposed to the outside.
