Claims (16)
- 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고,
아미노산의 함유량이 100 ㎎/100 g 이상 500 ㎎/100 g 이하이고,
상기 아미노산에 있어서의 세린, 트레오닌, 리신 및 아르기닌의 합계의 비율이, 상기 아미노산의 총량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 10 질량부 이상이고,
포스파티딜콜린을 70 질량% 이상 함유하고,
포스파티딜에탄올아민을 10 질량% 이상 함유하는, 난황 인지질 조성물로서,
상기 난황 인지질의 총량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 상기 난황 인지질의 함유량에 대한 상기 아미노산의 함유량이, 0.06 질량부 이상 0.6 질량부 이하이고,
상기 포스파티딜콜린의 함유량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 상기 포스파티딜콜린의 함유량에 대한 상기 아미노산의 함유량이 0.1 질량부 이상 0.8 질량부 이하이고,
상기 포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 상기 포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량에 대한 상기 아미노산의 함유량이 0.2 질량부 이상 10 질량부 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아미노산에 있어서의 세린 및 트레오닌의 합계의 비율이, 상기 아미노산의 총량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 10 질량부 이상인, 난황 인지질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량을 100 질량부로 한 경우, 상기 포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량에 대한 상기 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 3 질량부 이상 15 질량부 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
콜레스테롤의 함유량이 1.5 질량% 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유리 지방산의 함유량이 1.0 질량% 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난황 인지질 조성물을 포함하는 유화 입자와, 상기 유화 입자가 분산된 수상을 포함하는, 지방 유제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난황 인지질 조성물 및 약제를 포함하는 유화 입자와, 상기 유화 입자가 분산된 수상을 포함하는, 리포화 제제.
- 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 0 ㎎/100 g 이상 250 ㎎/100 g 이하인 제 1 난황 인지질 조성물과,
리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 를 초과하고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 250 ㎎/100 g 이상 700 ㎎/100 g 이하인 제 2 난황 인지질 조성물을 혼합하여,
리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 50 ㎎/100 g 이상 500 ㎎/100 g 이하인 최종 난황 인지질 조성물을 얻는 공정을 포함하는, 난황 인지질 조성물의 제조 방법. - 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 초과 3 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 500 ㎎/100 g 초과인 제 1 원료 난황 인지질 조성물에 대해 제 1 이온 교환 수지를 사용하여 수지 처리를 실시함으로써, 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 0 ㎎/100 g 이상 250 ㎎/100 g 미만인 제 1 난황 인지질 조성물을 얻는 제 1 수지 처리 공정과,
리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 초과 3 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 500 ㎎/100 g 초과인 제 2 원료 난황 인지질 조성물에 대해 제 2 이온 교환 수지를 사용하여 수지 처리를 실시함으로써, 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 를 초과하고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 250 ㎎/100 g 이상 500 ㎎/100 g 이하인 제 2 난황 인지질 조성물을 얻는 제 2 수지 처리 공정과,
상기 제 1 난황 인지질 조성물과, 상기 제 2 난황 인지질 조성물을 혼합하여, 리소포스파티딜에탄올아민의 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고, 또한, 아미노산의 함유량이 50 ㎎/100 g 이상 500 ㎎/100 g 이하인 최종 난황 인지질 조성물을 얻는 공정을 포함하는, 난황 인지질 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수지 처리 공정에 있어서, 난황 인지질 조성물 중의 아미노산의 함유량의 1 분당 저하 속도가 100 ㎎/100 g 이상 200 ㎎/100 g 이하이고,
상기 제 2 수지 처리 공정에 있어서, 난황 인지질 조성물 중의 아미노산의 함유량의 1 분당 저하 속도가 5 ㎎/100 g 이상 30 ㎎/100 g 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 제 1 난황 인지질 조성물/상기 제 2 난황 인지질 조성물 (질량비) 이 0.2 이상 5 이하인, 난황 인지질 조성물의 제조 방법. - 삭제
