Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular interior shelf assembly capable of maintaining an interior aesthetic while allowing bathroom products of various types to be appropriately placed and used as needed.

The present invention relates to a modular interior shelf assembly, and more specifically, to a modular interior shelf assembly that is fixed to a wall in a bathroom and allows various types of washing and shower products to be placed and used.

In general, various types of toiletries and shower products are placed and used in the bathroom of a home, and various types of bathroom shelves are being developed to organize and store this large number of bathroom products.

As a prior art for the above purpose, a bathroom shelf (hereinafter referred to as “patent document”) is disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 0490022.

The above patent document comprises: a top plate formed in a flat plate shape of a horizontally long rectangle; a plurality of support members formed in a plurality of pieces and fixedly mounted on the lower portion of the top plate, and arranged at a set interval so that a plurality of joining grooves are formed; a plurality of joining members having a through hole formed in the center in the shape of an elongated hole extending vertically and penetrating forward and backward in the direction of the wall so as to be fixed to a wall to be installed in a hexahedral shape, and inserted into the joining grooves of the support members to support the top plate; a fixing means for fixing the joining members to the wall to be installed; a plurality of tile members attached to the side and the lower portion of the support members to form the outer appearance of the shelf, wherein the fixing means comprises a fixing anchor having a plurality of fixing protrusions formed on the outer surface such that a cross section is formed in a zigzag shape along the outer periphery and comes into close contact with the inner surface of the through hole; It includes a fixing bolt that is inserted and connected to the above-mentioned fixed anchor to fix and secure the above-mentioned connecting member to the wall surface, and the ratio of the length of the above-mentioned fixed anchor inserted into the wall surface and the length of the above-mentioned connecting member is 5:8.

Therefore, there is a need for the development of an interior shelf assembly with an improved structure that can maintain the aesthetic appeal of the interior while allowing various types of bathroom supplies to be placed and used appropriately as needed.

The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the conventional interior shelves as described above, and the problem that the present invention seeks to solve is to provide a modular interior shelf assembly that can appropriately display and use various types of bathroom products as needed while maintaining an interior aesthetic.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the modular interior shelf assembly according to the present invention comprises: a base member having a predetermined length in a horizontal direction while being fixedly installed on a wall; and a plurality of mounting members detachably installed on the base member, wherein the base member comprises: a rear plate having a predetermined width and length so as to be fixed in close contact with the wall; an upper plate having one end connected to an upper end of the rear plate and formed horizontally to have a predetermined width; a front plate having one end connected to the other end of the upper plate and having a predetermined length such that the other end extends vertically downward; a lower plate having one end connected to a lower end of the rear plate and the other end formed horizontally to have a predetermined width; And it includes a hanging plate having one end connected to the other end of the lower plate and the other end vertically upward by a predetermined length to form a gap spaced apart from the front plate by a predetermined distance, and the mounting member is provided with an insertion plate of a predetermined length that is inserted into the gap spaced apart between the front plate and the hanging plate, so that the plurality of mounting members are selectively attached or detached along the length of the base member as needed.

According to the present invention, a base member having a horizontal length is installed on a wall surface of a bathroom, and then, as needed, mounting members of various shapes are installed by fitting them onto the base member, thereby providing an advantage in that bathroom items of various shapes can be easily placed.

In addition, there is an advantage in that the mounting member installed on the base member can be easily replaced with a mounting member of a different type during use.

Hereinafter, a detailed description will be given with reference to the attached drawings illustrating preferred embodiments of the present invention.

The present invention is to provide a modular interior shelf assembly that can maintain an interior aesthetic while allowing various types of bathroom supplies to be appropriately placed and used as needed. The present invention is composed of a base member (10) and a mounting member (20) as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the direction of the base member (10) on which the mounting member (20) is installed is referred to as the 'front' or 'front side' with reference to FIG. 2, and conversely, the direction of the base member (10) facing the wall is referred to as the 'rear' or 'back side' and the longitudinal direction of the base member (10) is referred to as the 'both sides' or 'left and right sides'.

The base member (10) is fixedly installed on a wall inside a bathroom and is configured to support and fix a plurality of mounting members (20) described later.

This base member (10) includes a rear plate (11) of a predetermined width that is formed to have a predetermined length on both the left and right sides as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 and is fixed in close contact with a wall surface, an upper plate (12) of a predetermined width that is connected at one end to the upper end of the rear plate (11) and protrudes horizontally toward the front by a predetermined width, a front plate (13) of a predetermined length that is connected at one end to the other end of the upper plate (12) and protrudes vertically downward, a lower plate (14) of a predetermined width that is connected at one end to the lower end of the rear plate (11) and protrudes horizontally toward the front by a predetermined width, and a hanging plate (15) of which one end is connected at the other end of the lower plate (14) and protrudes vertically upward by a predetermined length so as to form a gap that is a predetermined distance from the front plate (13).

At this time, a plurality of hanging holes (11A) are formed at a predetermined interval on the back panel (11) so that fixing devices (not shown) such as nails or screws installed on the wall of a bathroom, etc. can be inserted.

And the front plate (13) can be formed to be relatively small compared to the vertical width of the rear plate (11) so that its lower end is spaced apart from the lower plate (14) by a predetermined distance, and through this, when the insertion plate (21) of the mounting member (20) described later is inserted into the spaced apart gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15), the lower end of the front plate (13) is freely elastically deformed and elastically adhered to one side of the hanging plate (15).

In addition, the hanging plate (15) can be formed to be less than half the width of the upper and lower sides of the rear plate (11), thereby securing sufficient space for attaching, engraving or printing a trademark or emblem along the length of the front plate (13).

Above, it has been described that a trademark or emblem, etc. is attached, engraved or printed on the front plate (13), but this can be changed to a case where a mounting groove (13A) of a predetermined depth is formed along the length of the front plate (13), and a lighting member (16) of a predetermined width and length is inserted and installed in this mounting groove (13A).

At this time, the lighting member (16) can be composed of an LED bar in which multiple LEDs are arranged, and through this lighting member (16), various bathroom items, etc., that are mounted on the mounting member (20) described later can be easily checked.

Alternatively, the lighting member (16) may be configured as an LED bar with UV-LEDs arranged therein, and the surface of the mounting member (20) or the surface of bathroom items may be selectively sterilized through ultraviolet rays irradiated through the lighting member (16).

In this case, the lighting member (16) may be installed in the mounting groove (13A) at a predetermined angle and inclined downward so that ultraviolet rays are irradiated toward the mounting member (20).

In addition, a silicone pad (S) having a predetermined thickness can be attached to the lower front portion of the front plate (13) and the rear portion of the hanging plate (15) so as to face each other, and the insertion plate (21) inserted into the gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15) is prevented from slipping by being pressed against the silicone pad (S), and as a result, the mounting member (20) is easily fixed so as not to move arbitrarily while being inserted into the gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15).

In addition, a plurality of water passages (14A) can be formed at a predetermined interval along the length of the lower plate (14), and even if foreign substances such as water enter the gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15) through these water passages (14A), they can be easily discharged to the outside.

Alternatively, instead of the lower plate (14) being formed as a flat surface, it may be implemented by changing it into a curved lower plate (14') formed in a semicircular shape with a predetermined diameter as shown in FIG. 7, and instead of the hanging plate (15) being formed to have a predetermined width vertically parallel to the front plate (13), it may be implemented by changing it into an inclined hanging plate (15') formed so that the upper end is inclined at a predetermined angle so that it is close to the hanging plate (15).

In the case where the above is implemented by changing to a curved lower plate (14') and an inclined hanging plate (15'), a guide portion (15A) may be further formed so that the upper portion of the inclined hanging plate (15') is bent to a predetermined width in a direction opposite to the front plate (13) so that the insertion plate (21) of the mounting member (20) can be easily inserted into the gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15).

And it can be implemented by attaching a silicone pad (S) to both sides where the front plate (13) and the inclined hanging plate (15') face each other, or by attaching the silicone pad (S) only to the lower side of the front plate (13).

Meanwhile, the base member (10) can be made of stainless steel so that it does not rust easily even in a humid environment such as a bathroom.

In addition, the above description only shows and explains that the rear plate (11), upper plate (12), front plate (13), lower plate (14) and hanging plate (15) are formed integrally by bending the metal plates, but unlike this, the lower end of the front plate (13) is formed integrally by contacting the lower plate (14), and then the rear end portions of the upper plate (12) and lower plate (14) are bent in a direction facing each other to form a hanging protrusion (not shown), and the rear plate (11) is separated from the upper and lower plates (12, 14) and assembled by fitting into the hanging protrusion.

In this case, instead of pre-installing a fixing member (not shown) on the wall, a separate rear plate (11) is attached to the wall, and fixing members such as screws are installed to penetrate the rear plate (11), so that the rear plate (11) is separately fixed to the wall. Afterwards, a base member (10) formed by an upper and lower plate (12, 14), a front plate (13), and a hanging plate (15) are assembled to the rear plate (11) fixed to the wall, thereby firmly fixing the base member (10) in a state of being attached to the wall.

The mounting member (20) is configured to be selectively mounted on the base member (10) fixedly installed on a wall surface so that various types of bathroom items can be installed thereon. The mounting member (20) is manufactured in multiple pieces with different sizes and shapes, and these multiple mounting members (20) are configured as one set, so that the user can selectively install and use the fixing member (20) of an appropriate size and shape as needed. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the mounting member (20) configured as one set will be described.

(1) Example 1

The mounting member (20) according to Example 1 is composed of a first shelf member (20A) including an insertion plate (21) having a predetermined width and length vertically as shown in FIG. 8(a, b), a mounting plate (22) formed so that one end is connected to the upper end of the insertion plate (21) and the other end has a predetermined length in the horizontal direction, and an inclined plate (23) formed so that one end is connected to the other end of the mounting plate (22) and the other end is bent so that it faces upward or downward at a predetermined angle.

As for the first shelf member (20A) as described above, the insertion plate (21) is inserted into the gap between the front plate (13) and the hanging plate (15) at an appropriate position along the left-right length of the base member (10), so that the mounting plate (22) is naturally installed horizontally, and various types of bathroom items are mounted on and used on the mounting plate (22).

The mounting member (20) according to Example 2 is formed of a second shelf member (20B) that is formed to have a relatively longer length in the left-right direction than the first shelf member (20A) according to Example 1, as shown in FIG. 9(a).

The mounting member (20) according to Example 3 is formed with an insertion plate (21), a fixing plate (22), and an inclined plate (23) each having the same size as the first shelf member (20A) as shown in Fig. 9(b), a hole having a predetermined diameter is formed in the center portion of the fixing plate (22), and then a third shelf member (20C) is formed with an insertion hole (22A) cut so that the hole is connected to one side of the fixing plate (22).

The third shelf member (20C) as described above is used to stably fix the position of a bathroom product container by inserting it into the insertion hole (22A).

(4) Example 4

The mounting member (20) according to Example 4 is formed with an insertion plate (21), a fixing plate (22), and an inclined plate (23) each having the same size as the first shelf member (20A), as shown in FIG. 10(a, b), and is composed of a fourth shelf member (20D) further provided with an “L” or inverted “L” shaped latch (24) on the bottom surface of the fixing plate (22).

The fourth shelf member (20D) as described above can be used to place various sized bathroom items on the mounting plate (22), and at the same time, it is used to hang roll-type toilet paper, etc. on the clasp (24).

The mounting member (20) according to Example 5 is composed of a cylindrical storage member (20E) including an insertion plate (21) having a predetermined width and length vertically as illustrated in FIG. 11, a mounting plate (22) having one end connected to the upper end of the insertion plate (21) and the other end formed to have a predetermined length in the horizontal direction, a vertical connection plate (25) having a predetermined length, one end connected to the other end of the mounting plate (22) and the other end pointing downward vertically, and a storage box (26) of a predetermined size integrally installed on the front side of the vertical connection plate (25).

The storage member (20E) as described above is used to store bathroom items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, and razor in the storage box (26).

The mounting member (20) according to Example 6 is composed of an insertion plate (21) having a predetermined width and length vertically as illustrated in FIG. 12, a mounting plate (22) having one end connected to the upper end of the insertion plate (21) and the other end formed to have a predetermined length in the horizontal direction, a vertical connection plate (25) having one end connected to the other end of the mounting plate (22) and having a predetermined length that extends vertically downward, and a hanging member (20F) including a ring portion (27) formed by bending in an “L” shape while one end is connected to the other end of the vertical connection plate (25).

The hanging member (20F) as described above is installed between the first, second, third, and fourth sun visor members (20A, 20B, 20C, and 20D) and the storage member (20E) that are optionally mounted on the base member (10), and is used to easily hang shower balls and shower towels on the hook (27).

Meanwhile, the mounting member (20) can be formed integrally by banding a stainless steel metal plate like the base member (10).

As described above, the present invention installs a base member having a horizontal length on a bathroom wall, and then, as needed, attaches and installs mounting members of various shapes to the base member, thereby making it possible to easily place bathroom items of various shapes.

In addition, the mounting member installed on the base member can be easily replaced with a mounting member of a different type during use.
