Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 촉매 조성물 (예를들면, SCR 촉매 워시코트 조성물)을 포함할 수 있는 허니콤-유형 기재의 사시도이다;

Claims (27)
- 제 1 제올라이트 및 제 2 제올라이트를 포함하는, 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
상기 제 1 제올라이트는 촉진제 금속을 포함하고 제 1 프레임워크 구조를 가지며;
상기 제 2 제올라이트의 적어도 일부는 H+ 형태, NH4 + 형태, 알칼리 금속 형태, 알칼리 토금속 형태 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 형태이고 제 2 프레임워크 구조를 가지며;
상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임워크 구조들은 상이하고;
상기 촉매 조성물은 650℃ 초과의 온도에 노출되지 않았고 신품이고(fresh);
상기 제 1 제올라이트는 Cu-CHA를 포함하고 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H-페리어라이트를 포함하는,
촉매 조성물. - 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
제 1 제올라이트와 제 2 제올라이트를 혼합하여 블렌드를 얻는 단계로서, 상기 제 1 제올라이트는 촉진제 금속을 포함하고 제 1 프레임워크 구조를 가지며, 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H+ 형태, NH4 + 형태, 알칼리 금속 형태, 알칼리 토금속 형태 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 형태이고, 제 2 프레임워크 구조를 가지고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임워크 구조들은 상이하고, 상기 제 1 제올라이트는 Cu-CHA를 포함하고 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H-페리어라이트를 포함하는, 단계; 및
상기 블렌드를 적어도 650℃의 온도에서 열화 또는 소성하여 촉매 조성물을 얻는 단계
를 포함하는 공정에 의해 제조되는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제 2 제올라이트가 H+ 형태인, 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제 2 제올라이트가 0.01 중량% 미만의 전이 금속을 포함하는, 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 프레임워크 구조를 갖는 제 1 제올라이트 및 제 2 프레임워크 구조를 갖는 제 2 제올라이트를 포함하는, 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
상기 제 1 제올라이트는 촉진제 금속을 포함하고;
상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임워크 구조들은 상이하고;
상기 제 1 제올라이트는 Cu-CHA를 포함하고 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H-페리어라이트를 포함하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉진제 금속은 Cu, Co, Ni, La, Mn, Fe, V, Ag, Ce, Nd, Mo, Hf, Y, W 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는, 촉매 조성물.

상기 엔진으로부터 하류에 위치하는 제16항의 촉매 물품으로서, 상기 배기가스 스트림과 유체 연통하는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 제23항에 있어서, 디젤 산화 촉매 (DOC), 촉매화 매연 필터 (CSF), 매연 필터(soot filter), 선택적 촉매 환원 (SCR) 촉매, 필터 상에 코팅된 SCR 촉매 (SCRoF), 암모니아 산화 (AMOx) 촉매, SCR/AMOx 촉매, 희박 NOx 트랩 (LNT) 및 질소성 환원제 주입기 중 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는, 배출물 처리 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서,
(a) 상기 촉매 조성물은 DOC의 하류 및 매연 필터의 상류에 위치하거나; 또는
(b) 상기 촉매 조성물은 DOC 및 매연 필터의 하류에 위치하거나; 또는
(c) 상기 촉매 조성물은 DOC 및 매연 필터의 상류에 위치하거나; 또는
(d) 상기 촉매 조성물은 LNT의 하류에 위치하거나; 또는
(e) 상기 촉매 조성물은 매연 필터 상에 있거나; 또는
(f) 상기 촉매 조성물은 SCR 촉매 또는 SCR/AMOx 촉매 상에 있는, 배출물 처리 시스템. - 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
제 1 제올라이트와 제 2 제올라이트를 혼합하여 블렌드를 얻는 단계로서, 상기 제 1 제올라이트는 촉진제 금속을 포함하고 제 1 프레임워크 구조를 가지며, 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H+ 형태, NH4 + 형태, 알칼리 금속 형태, 알칼리 토금속 형태 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 형태이고, 제 2 프레임워크 구조를 가지고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임워크 구조들은 상이하고, 상기 제 1 제올라이트는 Cu-CHA를 포함하고 상기 제 2 제올라이트는 H-페리어라이트를 포함하는, 단계; 및
