Claims (10)
- 탄소원 가스와 금속 촉매를 400℃ 내지 650℃ 에서 반응시켜 탄소나노튜브 전구체를 형성하는 예비 반응단계; 및
상기 전구체를 660℃ 내지 850℃에서 탄소원 가스와 반응시켜 탄소 나노튜브를 수득하는 본 반응단계;를 포함하는 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예비 반응단계에 투입되는 탄소원 가스는, 예비 반응단계 및 본 반응단계 전체 투입량의 30 내지 60 부피%인 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 나노튜브 전구체의 직경은 탄소나노튜브의 직경 대비 90% 내지 100%인 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예비 반응단계 및 본 반응단계는 동일한 반응기 또는 서로 다른 반응기 내에서 수행되며,
상기 본 반응단계는 유동층 반응기에서 수행되는 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예비 반응단계의 반응 시간은 본 반응단계의 반응시간의 0.01% 내지 75%인 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예비 반응단계의 반응온도는 500℃ 내지 630℃ 이고, 상기 본 반응단계의 반응온도는 660℃ 내지 800℃인 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.

상기 예비 반응단계 및 본 반응단계는 불활성 가스 하에서 반응이 수행되고, 상기 불활성 가스는 질소 및 아르곤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상을 포함하는 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.

상기 탄소원 가스는 메탄(CH4), 에탄(C2H6), 일산화탄소(CO), 아세틸렌(C2H2), 에틸렌(C2H4), 프로필렌(C3H6), 프로판(C3H8) 및 부탄(C4H10)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상을 포함하는 것인 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 예비 반응단계는,
반응기에 불활성 가스를 주입하고, 400℃ 내지 650℃로 승온하는 단계(S1-1); 및
상기 반응기에 탄소원 가스를 주입하고 반응을 수행하여 탄소나노튜브 전구체를 형성하는 단계(S1-2);를 포함하는 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본 반응단계는,
반응기에 불활성 가스를 주입하고, 660℃ 내지 850℃로 승온하는 단계(S2-1); 및
상기 반응기에서 탄소나노튜브 전구체의 존재하에, 탄소원 가스를 주입하고 반응을 수행하여 탄소나노튜브를 수득하는 단계(S2-2);를 포함하는 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법.
