Abstract
본 발명에 따르는 협 베젤 표시 장치는 게이트 회로부들의 출력단과 점핑부들을 연결하는 배선을 다단의 배선 경로를 갖도록 구성하여 협 베젤을 이룰 수 있고, 다단의 배선 경로의 하부에 다른 배선을 삭제함과 아울러, 해당 영역에 절연층을 배치함으로써, 하부 배선과의 불균일한 캡이 형성되는 것을 방지하여, 표시 장치 구동시 딤 발생 및 정전기 검사시 쇼트 발생 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

도 3은 종래의 협 베젤이 적용되는 표시 장치를 개략적으로 보여주는 구성도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 게이트 출력부의 배치 상태를 보여주는 평면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따르는 신호 전달부의 제 1예가 채택된 협 베젤 표시 장치를 보여주는 평면도이다.

도 8은 본 발명의 협 베젤 표시 장치의 하단부를 개략적으로 보여주는 평면도이고, 도 9는 본 발명에 따르는 협 베젤 표시 장치의 하단 좌측부를 보여주는 평면도이고, 도 10은 본 발명에 따르는 협 베젤 표시 장치의 하단 우측부를 보여주는 평면도이다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따르는 게이트 회로부들로 부터의 출력 신호가 기판의 좌측으로 전달되는 상태를 보여주는 개념도이다.
도 12는 본 발명에 따르는 동기화 부에 의해 보정된 제 2출력 신호의 파형을 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 비 표시 영역에 마련되며, 간격을 이루어 배치되는 다수의 게이트 회로부;
표시 영역에 마련되며, 상기 다수의 게이트 회로부의 위치와 비대칭을 이루는 위치에 배치되는 다수의 점핑부;
상기 비 표시 영역에 마련되며, 상기 다수의 게이트 회로부와 상기 다수의 점핑부를 다단의 배선 경로를 이루어 전기적으로 연결하는 신호 전달부; 및
상기 신호 전달부의 하부에 마련되는 절연층을 포함하고,
상기 점핑부의 하부에는,
공통 전압 배선층이 마련되되,
상기 공통 전압 배선층과 상기 다단의 배선 경로와의 중첩 영역이 균일하게 이루어지는,
표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 다단의 배선 경로는,
직선 경로들과, 상기 직선 경로들을 비스듬하게 연결하는 경사 경로를 포함하는,
표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 다단의 배선 경로는,
직선 경로들과, 상기 직선 경로들과 직교되도록 상기 직선 경로들을 연결하는 직각 경로들을 포함하는,
표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 표시 영역과, 비 표시 영역을 정의하는 하부 기판;
상기 비 표시 영역에 배치되도록 상기 하부 기판 상에 적층되며, 게이트 회로부와 공통 전압 배선층이 서로 이격 영역을 이루어 배치되는 구동층;
상기 이격 영역에 채워지는 절연층;
상기 구동층 상에 적층되는 보호층;
상기 이격 영역의 상부에 대응되도록 상기 보호층에 마련되는 픽셀; 및
상기 보호층의 상부에 배치되는 상부 기판을 포함하고,
상기 게이트 회로부는, 서로 간격을 이루어 다수로 배치되고,
상기 표시 영역에는,
상기 다수의 게이트 회로부의 위치와 비대칭을 이루는 위치에 배치되는 다수의 점핑부가 배치되고,
상기 다수의 게이트 회로부와 상기 다수의 점핑부는,
상기 비 표시 영역에 마련되는 신호 전달부에 의해 다단의 배선 경로를 이루어 전기적으로 연결되며,
상기 공통 전압 배선층과 상기 다단의 배선 경로는,
상하를 따라 서로 균일한 중첩 영역을 갖는,
표시 장치.

상기 구동층의 상단에는, 안료층이 배치되되,
상기 안료층은,
상기 이격 영역의 상단을 덮는,
표시 장치.

상기 상부 기판의 하단에는, 블랙 칼럼 스페이서가 마련되되,
상기 블랙 칼럼 스페이서는,
상기 이격 영역의 상부를 덮는,
표시 장치.

상기 비 표시 영역은,
상기 표시 영역을 경계로 양측에 배치되는 제 1비 표시 영역과, 제 2비표시 영역을 구비하되,
상기 제 2비 표시 영역에는,
상기 게이트 회로부로부터 발생되는 출력 신호를 동기화 시키는 동기화 부가 배치되는,
표시 장치.
