Claims (10)
- 스킨층, 코어층 및 씰층을 포함하는 수축 라벨용 필름으로서,
상기 스킨층 및 씰층은 환형 올레핀 수지를 포함하고,
상기 코어층은 프로필렌과, 에틸렌 또는 α-올레핀 중에 선택되는 2종의 올레핀과의 삼원 공중합체 40 내지 90 중량부; 연화점이 120 내지 140℃인 석유수지 5 내지 30 중량부; 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 5 내지 30 중량부;를 포함하되,
상기 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머는 밀도가 0.85 내지 0.9 g/㎤ 및 용융지수(230℃, 2.16 kg 하중)가 0.5 내지 10 g/10min인, 프로필렌-에틸렌 고무(PER)이고,
상기 코어층은 용융지수(230℃, 2.16 kg 하중)가 1 내지 10 g/10min인 프로필렌 단독 중합체를 1 내지 10 중량부 더 포함하고,
상기 필름은 하기 방법에 따라 측정된 종방향(MD) 인장강도가 260 내지 400 kgf/㎠이고, 횡방향(TD) 신율이 35% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름:
[측정방법]
제조된 시편(ASTM D638 Type IV 규격)에 대하여 ASTM D638에 따라 만능재료시험기를 이용하여 50 mm/min 조건 하에서 종방향(MD) 인장강도를 측정하고, 상기 인장강도 측정과 동일한 조건에서 필름이 파단할 때까지의 횡방향(TD) 신율을 측정함. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 환형 올레핀 수지는 유리전이온도(Tg)가 60 내지 75℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스킨층 및 씰층은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 삼원 공중합체는 융점(Tm)이 123 내지 138℃ 및 용융지수(230℃, 2.16 kg 하중)가 2 내지 10 g/10min이고, 상기 2종의 올레핀은 에틸렌 및 1-부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 필름은 밀도가 1 g/㎤ 미만이고, 하기 방법에 따라 측정된 수축률이 40% 이상이고, 고시성(stiffness)이 4.5 gf/50㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름:
[수축률 측정방법]
횡방향(TD)으로 연신된 필름을 50 mm × 50 mm 크기로 절단하여 100℃의 온수조에 각 10초 동안 침지시킨 후 치수를 측정하여, 하기 수학식 1에 따라 횡방향(TD) 수축률을 계산하고 평균 수축률로 나타냄.

[고시성(stiffness) 측정방법]
LOOP STIFFNESS TESTER(TOYOSEIKI사)를 이용하여, 연신된 필름을 25 mm × 150 mm 크기로 절단하여 시험기의 좌우 크램프(필름 고정 장치)의 간격을 50 mm로 하여 고정시킨 후 양 크램프의 바깥에 나와 있는 부분은 커팅 후 크램프 간격이 없어지도록 필름을 구부려 형성된 LOOP 형태의 시편의 끝부분이 Recoder(하중장치)로 60 mm/min 속도로 밀어질 때 걸리는 하중(gf)을 측정함. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 필름은 헤이즈(ASTM D1003, 두께 50 ㎛)가 8% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 수축 라벨용 필름.
