Claims (25)
- 제1 편광자 및 제1 기능층을 포함하는, 제1 편광판;
상기 제1 편광판의 일면 상에 형성되는, 제1 투명 도전층;
제2 편광자 및 제2 기능층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 편광판과 대향하는, 제2 편광판;
상기 제2 편광판의 일면 상에 형성되며, 상기 제1 투명 도전층과 대향하는, 제2 투명 도전층; 및
상기 제1 투명 도전층 및 제2 투명 도전층 사이에 구비되는, 액정층을 포함하며,
상기 제1 기능층 및 제2 기능층은, 각각 상기 제1 편광자 및 상기 제2 편광자의 내측 상에 구비되어 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 것이며,
상기 제1 투명 도전층 및 제2 투명 도전층 중 적어도 하나의 투명 도전층은, 상기 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판 중 어느 하나의 편광판과 직접 접촉하여 형성되며,
상기 제1 기능층에 대한 제2 기능층의 두께 비는, 1.1 내지 2.0인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 기능층 및 제2 기능층의 두께는, 각각 1 내지 15 ㎛인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 기능층 및 제2 기능층 두께의 합은, 10 내지 20 ㎛인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 기능층 및 제2 기능층은, 편광판의 경도를 향상시키기 위한 것인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 기능층 및 제2 기능층은, 하드코팅층 및 저굴절률층 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 하드코팅층은, 트리아세틸 셀룰로오스, 아세틸 셀룰로오스부틸레이트, 에틸렌-아세트산비닐공중합체, 프로피오닐 셀룰오로스, 부티릴 셀룰로오스, 아세틸프로피오닐 셀룰로오스, 폴리에스테르, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아크릴, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리술폰, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리메틸펜텐, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐아세탈, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 저굴절률층은, SiO2, Al2O3, MgF2, CaF2 및 빙정석(cryolite)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 편광판은, 자외선 흡수제를 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수제는, 벤조트리아졸계, 살리실레이트계, 시아노아크릴레이트계, 트리아진계 및 벤조페논계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 편광판 측이 실외 측으로 제공되기 위한 것인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명 도전층 및 제2 투명 도전층 중 적어도 하나의 투명 도전층은, 상기 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판 중 어느 하나의 편광판과의 사이에 별도의 기재를 포함하지 않고, 직접 접촉하여 형성되는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명 도전층 및 제2 투명 도전층 중 적어도 하나의 투명 도전층은, 상기 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판 중 어느 하나의 편광판과의 사이에 접착 용이층을 포함하여, 직접 접촉하여 형성되는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명도전층 및 제2 투명도전층 중 적어도 하나의 투명 도전층은, 투명 도전성 산화물, 금속, 탄소계 물질, 전도성 고분자, 도전성 잉크 및 나노 와이어로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판 중 적어도 하나의 편광판은, 보호층, 위상차 조절층 및 굴절률 조절층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판 중 적어도 하나의 편광판은, 30 내지 200 ㎛의 두께를 갖는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액정층은, 볼 스페이서(Ball spacer) 및 컬럼 스페이서(Column spacer)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 스페이서(spacer)를 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 스페이서(spacer)는, 직경이 1 내지 10㎛인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 스페이서(spacer)의 액정층 내에서의 점유 면적은, 액정층 면적의 0.01% 내지 10%인, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 투과율 가변 광학 적층체는, 배향막 및 점접착층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는, 투과율 가변 광학 적층체.
- 청구항 1 내지 19 중 어느 한 항의 투과율 가변 광학 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 19 중 어느 한 항의 투과율 가변 광학 적층체를 포함하는, 스마트 윈도우.
