Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (i) (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 실릴 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 중합체를 포함하는 아크릴 결합제;
(ii) 1종 이상의 로진 또는 이의 유도체;
(iii) 1종 이상의 해양 방오제(marine antifouling agent); 및
(iv) 액상의, 비환식, 포화 C12-C24 모노카르복실산 또는 이의 염, 또는 액상의, 비환식, 분지형 C12-C24 모노카르복실산 또는 이의 염에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 모노카르복실산 또는 이의 염
을 포함하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물로서,
성분 (i)은 조성물의 5.0∼40 건조 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (iv)는 조성물의 0.5∼10 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노카르복실산은 14-20개의 탄소 원자, 또는 16-20개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산 성분 (iv)의 분지화도는 70%를 초과하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산은 이소팔미트산, 이소스테아르산, 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 건조 중량을 기준으로 한 (ii):(iv)의 비는 90:10 내지 40:60의 범위인 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 로진은 검 로진 또는 이의 유도체인 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (ii)는 조성물의 0.25∼20 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴 결합제 성분 (i)은 하기 단량체 중 적어도 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 잔기를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 중합체를 포함하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물: (메트)아크릴산, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, n-부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 2-(2-에톡시에톡시)에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 테트라히드로푸르푸릴 아크릴레이트 및 트리이소프로필실릴 (메트)아크릴레이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (i)은 조성물의 10∼25 건조 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 해양 방오제 (iii)은 산화제1구리, 구리 피리티온 또는 아연 에틸렌비스(디티오카바메이트) 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물은 400 g/L 미만의 VOC를 갖는 해양 방오 코팅 조성물.
- 기재 상에, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 해양 방오 코팅 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방오 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 기재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 정의된 바의, 액상의, 비환식, 포화 C12-C24 모노카르복실산 또는 이의 염, 또는 액상의, 비환식, 분지형 C12-C24 모노카르복실산 또는 이의 염에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 모노카르복실산을 사용하여, 해양 코팅 조성물 중의 침출층 두께를 감소시키는 방법으로서, 상기 해양 코팅 조성물은
(i) (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 실릴 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 중합체를 포함하는 아크릴 결합제;
(ii) 로진 및/또는 이의 유도체; 및
(iii) 해양 방오제
를 포함하고,
성분 (i)은 조성물의 5.0~40 건조 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인, 해양 코팅 조성물 중의 침출층 두께를 감소시키는 방법.
