Claims (16)
- 광을 출사하는 광원부;
상기 광원부에서 출사된 광을 외부로 조사하는 렌즈부; 및
상기 광원부와 상기 렌즈부 사이에 구비되는 쉴드부를 포함하고,
상기 광원부는,
적어도 하나의 제1 광원과, 상기 제1 광원에 대응 배치되어 상기 제1 광원의 광을 상기 렌즈부로 출사하는 적어도 하나의 제1 광학부재를 포함하는 제1 광원모듈; 및
상기 제1 광원모듈의 상측에 구비되고, 적어도 하나의 제2 광원과, 상기 제2 광원에 대응 배치되어 상기 제2 광원의 광을 상기 렌즈부로 출사하는 적어도 하나의 제2 광학부재를 포함하는 제2 광원모듈을 포함하며,
상기 제1 광학부재의 전면에는 상기 제1 광원의 광이 출사되는 제1 출사면이 형성되고, 상기 제1 광학부재의 후면에는 상기 제1 광원의 광이 입사되는 제1 입사면이 형성되며,
상기 제1 출사면은 복수의 상기 제1 입사면에 대하여 공용되고,
상기 제1 출사면은 볼록하게 형성되되, 중앙 부분은 평면으로 형성되며,
상기 복수의 상기 제1 입사면 각각에는 적어도 두개의 상기 제1 광원들이 배치되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원부의 후면에는 상기 제1 광원과 상기 제2 광원을 함께 실장하는 기판부가 더 구비되는 차량용 램프. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 기판부는 상측에서 하측으로 갈수록 상기 렌즈부 측으로 가까워지는 방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 광학부재는 상기 제1 광학부재의 상측에 위치되되, 상기 제1 광학부재와 상기 제2 광학부재는 일체형으로 형성되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 광원은 상기 제1 광학부재 하나에 복수개씩 대응되게 구비되고,
상기 제2 광원은 상기 제2 광학부재 하나에 하나씩 대응되게 구비되는 차량용 램프. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 출사면은 중앙의 평면을 중심으로 양측으로 상기 제1 입사면 방향으로 경사진 경사면을 형성하는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 광학부재의 전면에는 상기 제2 광원의 광이 출사되는 제2 출사면이 형성되고, 상기 제2 광학부재의 후면에는 상기 제2 광원의 광이 입사되는 제2 입사면이 형성되며,
상기 제2 출사면에는 하나의 상기 제2 입사면이 연계되고,
상기 제2 출사면은 오목하게 형성되며,
상기 제2 입사면에는 하나의 상기 제2 광원이 배치되는 차량용 램프. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 광학부재의 상측으로 상기 제2 광학부재가 복수개 대응 배치되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉴드부는 상기 광원부에서 상기 렌즈부 측으로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지게 형성되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉴드부의 하면은 상기 광원부에서 상기 렌즈부 측으로 광축과 수평하게 구비되고,
상기 쉴드부의 상면은 상기 광원부에서 상기 렌즈부 측으로 하면을 향하여 경사지게 구비되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 광원모듈의 초점은 상기 제2 광원모듈의 초점보다 광진행방향 후방에 배치되고,
상기 제1 광원모듈의 초점은 상기 쉴드부의 단부 또는 단부와 인접한 위치에 형성되며,
상기 제2 광원모듈의 초점은 상기 쉴드부의 단부에서 상기 렌즈부측으로 소정 이격되어 형성되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈부는,
상기 쉴드부 전면에 배치되고, 상기 제1 광학부재 및 상기 제2 광학부재에서 출사되는 광이 입사되는 제1 렌즈; 및
광 진행방향으로 상기 제1 렌즈의 전방에 배치되고, 상기 제1 렌즈에서 출사되는 광을 입사시켜 전방으로 출사하는 제2 렌즈를 포함하며,
상기 제1 광학부재에서 출사되는 광과 상기 제2 광학부재에서 출사되는 광은 상기 제1 렌즈 및 상기 제2 렌즈를 통과하여 각각 소정의 배광패턴을 형성하는 차량용 램프. - 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈는 서로 다른 재질로 형성되고,
상기 제1 렌즈는 내열완화를 위한 재질을 포함하며,
상기 제2 렌즈는 색수차 완화를 위한 재질을 포함하는 차량용 램프. - 제13 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 렌즈와 상기 제2 렌즈의 입사면은 각각 볼록면으로 형성되고,
상기 제1 렌즈의 출사면은 비구면으로 형성되며,
상기 제2 렌즈의 출사면은 곡면 또는 평면 중 하나로 구비되는 차량용 램프. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원부의 후면에는 방열부가 더 구비되고,
상기 방열부, 상기 광원부, 상기 쉴드부 및 상기 렌즈부가 고정 지지되는 지지부재가 더 구비되는 차량용 램프.
