도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 전력관리장치의 구성도이다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 감마용 기준전압생성부의 구성도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 전력관리장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
Claims (11)
- 일 프레임의 수직 액티브 기간에서 감마전압 생성장치로 감마용 기준전압을 출력하고, 상기 일 프레임의 수직 블랭크 기간에서 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력을 중지하고 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력단은 하이 임피던스 상태가 되는 감마용 기준전압생성부;
상기 수직 액티브 기간에 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압을 출력하도록 제어하고, 상기 수직 블랭크 기간에 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력을 중지하도록 제어하고 상기 출력단이 하이 임피던스 상태가 되도록 제어하는 제어부;
상기 출력단과 연결된 내부배선에 연결되어 상기 감마용 기준전압을 평활화하는 커패시터;
를 포함하고,
상기 수직 블랭크 기간에, 상기 제어부는 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압을 간헐적으로 출력하도록 제어해서 상기 커패시터의 전압을 일정하게 유지하고,
상기 수직 블랭크 기간에, 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력을 중지하고 상기 출력측이 하이 임피던스 상태로 되는 제1시구간과 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부가 상기 감마용 기준전압을 출력하는 제2시구간은 서로 상이하게 설정되는 전력관리장치. - 삭제

상기 제1시구간은 상기 제2시구간보다 짧게 설정되는 전력관리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수직 액티브 기간에서 상기 제어부는 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부로 바이어스 전류를 출력하고, 상기 수직 블랭크 기간에서 상기 제어부는 상기 바이어스 전류의 출력을 중지하는 전력관리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감마용 기준전압생성부는 외부로부터 입력되는 입력전압을 레귤레이팅해서 상기 감마용 기준전압으로 출력하는 LDO(Low Drop-out) 레귤레이터를 포함하는 전력관리장치. - 삭제
- 일 프레임의 수직 액티브 기간에서 감마용 기준전압을 출력하고, 상기 일 프레임의 수직 블랭크 기간에서 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력을 중지하고 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력단은 하이 임피던스 상태가 되는 감마용 기준전압생성부 및 상기 수직 액티브 기간에 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압을 출력하도록 제어하고, 상기 수직 블랭크 기간에 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압의 출력을 중지하도록 제어하고 상기 출력단이 하이 임피던스 상태가 되도록 제어하는 제어부, 상기 출력단과 연결된 내부배선에 연결되어 상기 감마용 기준전압을 평활화하는 커패시터를 포함하는 전력관리장치; 및
상기 수직 액티브 기간에는 인에이블되어 상기 전력관리장치로부터 상기 감마용 기준전압을 입력받고, 상기 수직 블랭크 기간에는 디스에이블되는 감마전압 생성장치
를 포함하고,
상기 수직 블랭크 기간에 상기 제어부는 상기 감마용 기준전압생성부에서 상기 감마용 기준전압을 간헐적으로 출력하도록 제어해서 상기 커패시터의 전압을 일정하게 유지하는 디스플레이장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 수직 블랭크 기간 동안, 상기 전력관리장치와 상기 감마전압 생성장치는 전기적으로 절연되는 디스플레이장치. - 삭제
