Claims (11)
- (S1) 리튬양극활물질 입자, 무기 바인더 입자 및 용매를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 혼합물을 다공성 고형 폼(foam)의 표면 및 기공 내로 함침시키는 단계; 및
(S3) 상기 다공성 고형 폼을 열처리하는 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 (S3) 단계의 열처리로 인하여 상기 다공성 고형 폼이 열분해되어 제거되어 상기 다공성 고형 폼을 포함하지 않는, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬양극활물질은 리튬(Li); 및 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 철(Fe), 마그네슘(Mg), 티타늄(Ti) 및 알루미늄(Al)의 조합으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속; 을 포함하는 산화물인, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 무기계 바인더인, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계의 혼합물은 고분자계 바인더를 더 포함하는, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S2) 단계는 상기 다공성 고형 폼을 상기 혼합물에 담지하여 함침하는 것인, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 고형 폼은 알칼리 용액으로 표면처리된 것인, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬양극활물질 입자 및 상기 무기바인더 입자는 각각 독립적으로 평균입경이 500 μm 이하인 것인, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은 상기 리튬양극활물질 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 무기바인더가 5 내지 50 중량부 포함되는, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계의 혼합물은 상기 리튬양극활물질 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 무기바인더가 5 내지 50 중량부 및 상기 고분자계 바인더가 1 내지 30 중량부 포함되는, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된, 리튬흡착용 다공성 폼.
