- 전방측 및 후방측을 갖는 본체를 포함하고, 상기 본체 주위에 환형 플랜지가 연장되며, 상기 본체의 전방측은 전방 광학 표면을 포함하고 후방측은 후방 광학 표면을 포함하는 광학 요소; 및
광학 요소에 커플링된 조직 통합 스커트로서, 조직 내성장을 촉진하도록 구성되고, 광학 요소의 전방측과 후방측 사이에 규정된 환형 플랜지의 주변부의 적어도 일부가 조직 통합 스커트에 의해 덮이도록 조직 통합 스커트가 광학 요소에 커플링되는 것인 조직 통합 스커트를 포함하고,
