Claims (11)
- 복수의 웨지(wedge)를 가지며, 촉매가 코팅되어 있는 금속폼, 그리고
상기 복수의 웨지의 꼭지점마다 설치되어 있는 복수의 플러그
를 포함하고,
질소산화물을 포함하는 유체가 상기 금속폼을 통과하면서, 금속폼에 코팅되어 있는 촉매에 의해 질소산화물이 물과 질소로 분해되고,
상기 복수의 웨지는 산(mountain) 모양의 웨지와 골(valley) 모양의 웨지를 포함하고, 상기 산 모양의 웨지와 상기 골 모양의 웨지가 교대로 형성되어 있고,
상기 복수의 플러그는 상기 산 모양의 웨지 위에 접촉하여 위치하는 플러그, 그리고 상기 골 모양의 웨지 아래에 접촉하여 위치하는 플러그를 포함하고,
상기 금속폼의 기공의 크기는 450 ㎛ 내지 6000 ㎛인, 선택적 촉매 환원을 이용한 금속폼 촉매 장치.

를 포함하고,
질소산화물을 포함하는 유체가 상기 금속폼을 통과하면서, 금속폼에 코팅되어 있는 촉매에 의해 질소산화물이 물과 질소로 분해되고,
상기 복수의 웨지는 산(mountain) 모양의 웨지와 골(valley) 모양의 웨지를 포함하고, 상기 산 모양의 웨지와 상기 골 모양의 웨지가 교대로 형성되어 있고,
상기 복수의 플러그는 상기 산 모양의 웨지 위에 접촉하여 위치하는 플러그, 그리고 상기 골 모양의 웨지 아래에 접촉하여 위치하는 플러그를 포함하고,
상기 금속폼의 기공의 크기는 450 ㎛ 내지 6000 ㎛인, 질소산화물 저감 장치.

상기 본체 안에서, 상기 플러그와 이격된 상태로 상기 플러그 위 또는 아래에 위치하는 커버 금속폼을 포함하는, 질소산화물 저감 장치.
