- 가속도 조건 10G 내지 18G 범위, 행정 거리 300㎜ 이내, 하중 조건 400Kgf/㎟ 이하, 0.30초 이하의 방향전환시간에 따른 일일 345,600회 정지 마찰력을 반복적으로 받는 공정 조건에서 사용되는 LM 베어링, 볼스크류 베어링, 일반 볼구름 베어링, 크로스롤러 베어링 부품들에 적용되며,
퍼플루오로폴리에테르(perfluoropolyether: PFPE) 2~15 wt%, 에텐 테트라 플루오로(Ethene, tetrafluoro-) 5~10 wt%, 폴리테트라풀루오로에틸렌(polytetrafluoroethylene: PTFE) 25~38 wt%, 폴리알파올레핀(polyalphaolefin) 20~35 wt%, 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 1~5 wt%, 2-헥실-1-데칸올(2-Hexyl-1-decanol) 0.5~3 wt%, 겔(GEL)타입의 황계 극압 첨가제-(Overbased Sulfonates) 1~5 wt%, 설퍼라이즈드 비스(다이뷰틸카마보다이싸이오에이토)다이-μ-옥소다이옥소다이 몰리브데넘(sulfurized bis (dibutylcarbamodithioato)di-μ-oxodioxodimolybdenum)) 1~5 wt%를 적어도 포함하고,

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퍼플루오로폴리에테르(perfluoropolyether: PFPE), 폴리알파올레핀(polyalphaolefin) 및 에텐 테트라 플루오로(Ethene, tetrafluoro-)로 구성되는 윤활기유의 점도가 40℃에서 15 내지 32cSt이고, 100℃에서 6 내지 12cSt인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 생산장비 적용 불소 함유 그리스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 그리스의 이유도(wt%)가 0.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 생산장비 적용 불소 함유 그리스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 그리스의 4볼 마모테스트(ASTM D2266) 결과가 0.40mm 내지 0.49mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 생산장비 적용 불소 함유 그리스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 그리스의 4볼 하중테스트(ASTM D2596) 결과가 200kgf 내지 400kgf인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 생산장비 적용 불소 함유 그리스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
