Claims (14)
- 망간 함유 캐소드 활물질 및 식(I)으로 표시되는 캐소드용 첨가제를 포함하는, 캐소드 슬러리로서,

여기서, A=B이고, A 및 B는 N 원자이며,
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8은 수소, 탄소수 1~7의 알킬로부터 각각 독립적으로 선택되며, 상기 캐소드 슬러리는 도전제를 포함하며, 상기 도전제는 초전도성 카본, 아세틸렌 블랙, 카본 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 카본 도트, 카본 나노튜브, 그래핀 및 카본 나노파이버에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 도전제의 함량은 캐소드 슬러리의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.9 중량% ~ 1.5 중량%인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 식(1)으로 표시되는 캐소드용 첨가제에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8은 수소, 탄소수 1~3의 알킬기로부터 각각 독립적으로 선택되는, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드용 첨가제는 N,N,N',N'-테트라키스(2-벤즈이미다졸메틸렌)-1,2-에틸렌디아민(EDTB)인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드용 첨가제의 함량은 캐소드 슬러리의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.06 중량% ~ 1.5 중량%인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 망간 함유 캐소드 활물질과 캐소드용 첨가제의 중량비는 40:1 ~ 1000:1인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 망간 함유 캐소드 활물질은 리튬 망간 산화물, 리튬 망간 코발트 산화물, 리튬 알루미늄 망간 산화물, 리튬 니켈 망간 산화물, 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간 산화물 및 이들의 변성 화합물에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 망간 함유 캐소드 활물질의 함량은 캐소드 슬러리의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% ~ 75 중량%인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
바인더를 포함하며,
상기 바인더는 스티렌, 아크릴레이트, 아세트산비닐, 지방산 비닐 에스테르, 에폭시수지, 선형폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리스티렌, 폴리설파이드 고무, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리이미드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 스티렌 부타디엔고무 및 젤라틴에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 바인더의 함량은 캐소드 슬러리의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 중량% ~ 1 중량%인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
분산제를 더 포함하며,
상기 분산제는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 직쇄 알킬벤젠술폰산나트륨, 알킬폴리옥시에틸렌에테르, 라우릴황산나트륨 및 알칸 설포네이트에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 분산제의 함량은 캐소드 슬러리의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.05 중량% ~ 0.1 중량%인, 캐소드 슬러리. - 캐소드 집전체; 및
캐소드 집전체의 적어도 일면에 배치되고 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 캐소드 슬러리를 포함하는 캐소드 필름층;을 포함하는, 캐소드 극판. - 제9 항에 따른 캐소드 극판을 포함하는, 리튬 이온 전지.
- 제10 항에 따른 리튬 이온 전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전지 모듈.
- 제11 항에 따른 전지 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전지 팩.
- 제12 항에 따른 전지 팩에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치.
