여기서 화학식 I의 실란 대 화학식 II의 실란의 몰비는 20:80-90:10이다.
본 발명에 따른 실란 혼합물은 화학식 I의 실란 및 화학식 II의 실란을 혼합함으로써 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 화학식 I의 실란 및 화학식 II의 실란을 포함하는 실란 혼합물:
(R1)y(R2)3-ySi-R3-(S-R4)n-S-R5 (I)
(R1)y(R2)3-ySi-R3-(S-R4)z-S-R3-Si(R1)y(R2)3-y (II)
여기서 R1은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C10-알콕시 기, 페녹시 기, C4-C10-시클로알콕시 기 또는 알킬 폴리에테르 기 -O-(R6-O)r-R7이고,
여기서 R6은 각각 독립적으로 분지형 또는 비분지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 지방족, 방향족 또는 혼합 지방족/방향족 2가 C1-C30 탄화수소 기이고, r은 1 내지 30의 정수이고, R7은 비치환 또는 치환된, 분지형 또는 비분지형 1가 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴 또는 아르알킬 기이고,
R2는 각각 독립적으로 C6-C20-아릴 기, C1-C10-알킬 기, C2-C20-알케닐 기, C7-C20-아르알킬 기 또는 할로겐이고,
R3은 각각 독립적으로 분지형 또는 비분지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 지방족, 방향족 또는 혼합 지방족/방향족 2가 C1-C30 탄화수소 기이고,
R4는 각각 독립적으로 분지형 또는 비분지형, 포화 또는 불포화, 지방족, 방향족 또는 혼합 지방족/방향족 2가 C1-C30 탄화수소 기이고,
R5는 -C(=O)-R8 기이고, 여기서 R8은 수소, C1-C20-알킬 기, C6-C20-아릴 기, C2-C20-알케닐 기, 또는 C7-C20-아르알킬 기이고,
n은 1, 2 또는 3이고, y는 각각 독립적으로 1, 2 또는 3이고, z는 1, 2 또는 3이고,
화학식 I의 실란 대 화학식 II의 실란의 몰비는 20:80 내지 90:10이다. - 제1항에 있어서, n이 1이고, z가 1인 실란 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 실란이 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-(S-(CH2)6)n-S-C(=O)-R8이고, 화학식 II의 실란이 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OEt)3이며, 여기서 n은 1인 실란 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 실란이 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-CH3, (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-C7H15 또는 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-C17H35이고, 화학식 II의 실란이 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OEt)3인 실란 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 실란 대 화학식 II의 실란의 몰비가 30:70 내지 75:25인 실란 혼합물.
- 화학식 I의 실란과 화학식 II의 실란을 20:80 내지 90:10의 몰비로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
(R1)y(R2)3-ySi-R3-(S-R4)n-S-R5 (I)
(R1)y(R2)3-ySi-R3-(S-R4)z-S-R3-Si(R1)y(R2)3-y (II) - 제6항에 있어서, n이 1이고, z가 1인, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 실란 대 화학식 II의 실란의 몰비가 30:70 내지 75:25인, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 실란이
(EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-CH3, (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-C7H15 또는 (EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-C(=O)-C17H35
이고, 화학식 II의 실란이
(EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-S-(CH2)6-S-(CH2)3-Si(OEt)3
인, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 제2항에 따른 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법이며,
화학식 III의 메르캅토실란과 화학식 IV의 할로겐 화합물을 34:66 내지 76:24의 화학식 III의 메르캅토실란 대 화학식 IV의 할로겐 화합물의 몰비로 반응시켜, 생성물을 수득하는 단계
(R1)y(R2)3-ySi-R3-SH (III)
Hal-R4-Hal (IV)
여기서 Hal은 F, Cl, Br 또는 I임;
및
상기 생성물을 화학식 V의 티오카르복실산의 염과 반응시키거나,
NaS-C(=O)-R8 (V)
상기 생성물을 NaSH, 이어서 화학식 VI의 산 클로라이드와 반응시키는 단계
Cl-C(=O)-R8 (VI)
를 포함하는, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 메르캅토실란이

이고, 화학식 IV의 할로겐 화합물이

이고, 화학식 V의 티오카르복실산이
NaS-C(=O)-CH3, NaS-C(=O)-C7H15 또는 NaS-C(=O)-C17H35
인, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 메르캅토실란이
(EtO)3Si-(CH2)3-SH
이고, 화학식 IV의 할로겐 화합물이
Cl-(CH2)6-Cl
이고, 화학식 VI의 산 클로라이드가
Cl-C(=O)-CH3, Cl-C(=O)-C7H15 또는 Cl-C(=O)-C17H35
인, 실란 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
