- 하기 [화학식 1]로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 이온화 가능한 지질 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염:

R1 은 -Y 또는 -C1-10알킬-NRARB로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고,
R2 는 -C1-10알킬 또는 -C1-10알킬-NRARB이고,
R3 는 -Y이고,
R4 는 -C1-10알킬이거나,
R3 및 R4는 서로 연결되어 2 개의 N 원소를 갖는 4 내지 8원 헤테로사이클로알킬을 형성하고,
RA 및 RB는 둘다 -Y이고,
n은 1 내지 2 중 어느 하나의 정수이며,
Y는 하기 [화학식 2]으로 표시되고,
복수의 Y가 존재하는 경우 Y는 서로 다를 수 있으며,

o 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 3 내지 12 중 어느 하나의 정수이고,
q는 2 내지 5 중 어느 하나의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 2에서 o 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 4 내지 7 중 어느 하나의 정수이고,
q는 2 내지 5 중 어느 하나의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온화 가능한 지질 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지질 나노입자는 인지질, 콜레스테롤 또는 지질-PEG (polyethyleneglycol)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지질 나노입자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지질 나노입자는 이온화 가능한 지질 화합물 : 인지질 : 콜레스테롤 : 지질-PEG 접합체를 15 내지 35 : 15 내지 35 : 40 내지 60 : 0.1 내지 5 의 몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지질 나노입자.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 인지질은 DOPE, DSPC, POPC, EPC, DOPC, DPPC, DOPG, DPPG, DSPE, Phosphatidylethanolamine, dipalmitoylphosphatidylethanolamine, 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, POPE, POPC, DOPS, 및 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-[phospho-L-serine]으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 지질 나노입자.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 지질-PEG 접합체 내 지질은 세라미드(ceramide), 디미리스톨글리세롤(dimyristoylglycerol, DMG), 석시노일 디아글리세롤(succinoyl-diacylglycerol, s-DAG), 디스테아로일포스파티딜콜린 (distearoylphosphatidylcholine, DSPC), 디스테아로일포스파티딜에탄올아민 (distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine, DSPE), 및 콜레스테롤로 이루어진 군으로부 터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 지질 나노입자.
- (1) 제6항의 지질 나노입자; 및
(2) 음이온성 약물, 핵산, 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 음이온성 약물은 펩타이드, 단백질, 단백질-핵산 구조체 및 음이온성 생체고분자-약물 접합체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 핵산은 메신저 리보핵산(mRNA), 소간섭리보핵산(siRNA), 리보좀 리보핵산(rRNA), 리보핵산(RNA), 디옥시리보핵산(DNA), 상보성 디옥시리보핵산(cDNA), 앱타머(aptamer), 운반 리보핵산(tRNA), 가이드 리보핵산(gRNA), 단일 가이드 리보핵산(sgRNA), 안티센스 올리고뉴클레오티드, shRNA, miRNA, 리보자임(ribozyme), PNA, 및 DNAzyme로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 음이온성 약물, 핵산 또는 이의 조합은 상기 지질 나노입자 내부에 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 약물 전달용 조성물은 전신 또는 국소 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
