Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 전기 변색 소자를 개략적으로 도시한 단면도이다.
도 3a 및 b는 실시예1에 따른 전기 변색 소자에 전압을 인가하여 전기 변색이 되는지 확인한 결과이다. 도 3a는 상기 전기 변색 소자에 전압을 인가하기 전이고, 도 3b는 전압을 인가한 뒤의 결과이다.
도 4a 내지 c는 실시예1 및 실시예2에 따른 전기 변색 소자에 인가하는 전압을 달리하며 투과율을 측정한 결과이다. 도 4a는 실시예1에 따른 전기 변색 소자에 전압을 인가하기 전의 결과이고, 도 4b는 3.0V의 전압을 인가하였을 때의 결과이며, 도 4c는 4.5V의 전압을 인가하였을 때의 결과이다.
도 5는 실시예1 및 실시예2에 따른 전기 변색 소자에 0V ~ 4.5V의 전압을 인가하였을 때, 투과율을 도시한 그래프이다.
도 6은 실시예2에 따른 전기 변색 소자의 응답속도를 측정한 결과이다.

Claims (10)
- 서로 대향하는 2개의 전극층; 및
상기 2개의 전극층 사이에 마련되고, 페로브스카이트 화합물을 포함하는 전기변색층을 포함하고,
상기 페로브스카이트 화합물은 산화환원 반응에 의해 색이 변화하며,
상기 전기변색층은 산화니켈을 포함하지 않는,
전기 변색 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극층은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), FTO(Fluor doped Tin Oxide), AZO(Aluminium doped Zinc Oxide), GZO(Galium doped Zinc Oxide), ATO(Antimony doped Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium doped Zinc Oxide), NTO(Niobium doped Titanium Oxide), ZnO, OMO(Oxide/Metal/Oxide), CTO(Cadmium Tin Oxide) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 투명 전도성 산화물(transparent conductive oxide)인 전기 변색 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 페로브스카이트 화합물은 하기 화학식1 내지 화학식3으로 표현되는 화합물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전기 변색 소자.

여기서, A는 알칼리 금속 원소, 유기 암모늄 물질 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것이고,
M은 2가의 전이 금속 원소, 희토류 금속 원소, 알칼리 토류 금속 원소, Pb, Sn, Ge, Ga, In, Al, Sb, Bi, Po 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것이며,
X는 할로겐 원소이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기변색층은 고분자 매트릭스; 및
상기 고분자 매트릭스에 분산된 페로브스카이트 화합물을 포함하는 것인 전기 변색 소자. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 매트릭스는 폴리아크릴로니트릴(Polyacrylonitrile, PAN), 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(Poly(methyl methacrylate), PMMA), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로 프로필렌 코폴리머(Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene), PVDF-co-HFP), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머(poly(vinylidene chloride-co-acrylonitrile), PVDC-co-AN) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전기 변색 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기변색층은 용매; 및
상기 용매에 분산된 페로브스카이트 화합물을 포함하는 것인 전기 변색 소자. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 N,N-다이메틸아세트아미드(Dimethylacetamid), 1,4-다이옥산(dioxane), 다이에틸아민(diethylamine), 에틸아세테이트(ethylacetate), 테트라하이드로퓨란(tetrahydrofuran), 피리딘(pyridine), 메탄올(methanol), 에탄올(ethanol), 디클로로벤젠(dichlorobenzene), 글리세린(glycerin), 디메틸술폭시드(dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO), N,N-다이메틸포름아미드(dimethylformamide, DMF) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 전기 변색 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기변색층은 페로브스카이트 화합물을 1중량% 내지 15중량% 포함하는 것인 전기 변색 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
구동 전압을 조절하여 투과율을 변경할 수 있는 전기 변색 소자. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 변색 소자를 포함하는 자동차용 글라스 제품.
