- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 금속 화합물은 하기의 화학식2-1로 표시되는 유기 금속 화합물.

- 기판 상에 하기의 화학식 2의 유기 금속 화합물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 텅스텐 함유 박막의 제조방법.
