Claims (9)
- 냉각수와 배기가스가 열교환 하는 이지알 쿨러 어셈블리에 있어서,
내부에 냉각수가 유동되는 이지알 쿨러; 및
상기 이지알 쿨러가 삽입되는 하우징 및 상기 배기가스를 후처리하는 필터부를 포함하는 배기가스 후처리장치를 포함하고,
상기 하우징의 내부는 격벽에 의해 상기 이지알 쿨러가 삽입되는 제1 공간 및 상기 필터부와 접촉하는 제2 공간으로 구분되고,
상기 격벽에는 상기 이지알 쿨러로 상기 배기가스를 유동시키기 위한 유동홀이 정의되고,
상기 하우징에는 상기 배기가스를 차량 외부로 배출하는 배출구가 정의되고,
상기 배출구는 상기 격벽에 의해 제1 배출구 및 제2 배출구로 구분되고,
상기 제1 배출구는 상기 제1 공간을 개방하는 영역이고,
상기 제2 배출구는 상기 제2 공간을 개방하는 영역인,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽에는 상기 배기가스의 유동을 제어하는 밸브가 제공되는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브가 개방되는 경우, 상기 배기가스 후처리장치로부터 전달된 상기 배기가스는 상기 제1 공간 내에 삽입된 상기 이지알 쿨러의 외면과 접촉하는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브가 닫히는 경우, 상기 배기가스 후처리장치로부터 전달된 상기 배기가스가 상기 이지알 쿨러로 유동되어 상기 냉각수에 의해 상기 배기가스의 온도가 낮아지는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수의 온도를 측정하는 센서 및 상기 밸브를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 센서가 측정한 냉각수의 온도가 기설정된 온도보다 낮은 경우 상기 밸브를 개방시키는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각수의 온도가 상기 기설정된 온도보다 높아지는 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 밸브를 닫아 상기 배기가스가 상기 이지알 쿨러로 유동되어 냉각되도록 제어하는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽에는 상기 배기가스의 유동을 제어하는 밸브가 제공되고,
상기 밸브가 닫히는 경우, 상기 배기가스는 상기 제1 배출구로 유동되고,
상기 밸브가 개방되는 경우, 상기 배기가스는 상기 제1 배출구 및 상기 제2 배출구로 유동되는,
이지알 쿨러 어셈블리. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 제1 공간을 정의하는 제1 하우징 및 상기 제2 공간을 정의하는 제2 하우징으로 구분되고,
상기 제1 하우징은 상기 이지알 쿨러의 일단을 감싸도록 배치되는,
