Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a sealed structure.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cosmetic container having a sealed structure includes: a receiving portion having a space for receiving a cosmetic therein; a screw disposed inside the receiving portion and having a groove extending spirally along a longitudinal direction on an outer surface; a holder disposed to surround the receiving portion and coupled to one end of the screw to rotate integrally with the screw; a moving portion disposed inside the receiving portion and having a support surface that contacts the cosmetic, and connected to the screw to move up and down while rotating along the groove of the screw according to the rotation of the holder; and a cover portion disposed to surround the receiving portion and having at least a portion of an inner surface in contact with the receiving portion.

Description

Cosmetic container with sealing structure

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more specifically, to a cosmetic container having a sealed structure.

In general, cosmetics are used in their containers for a short period of time, from several days to several months, so it is important to keep the cosmetic containers airtight to prevent them from spoiling and maintain their original properties.

Conventional cosmetic containers maintain airtightness by placing a separate sealing material, such as an O-ring, between the inner container and the outer container. However, such sealing materials are often deformed or move out of their designated positions during the process of removing the outer container or cap to use cosmetics, which causes inconvenience in use and reduces the ability to maintain airtightness.

Such prior art is technical information that the inventor possessed for the purpose of deriving the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and cannot necessarily be said to be publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the application for the present invention.

The present invention is an invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, and provides a cosmetic container in which a container for containing cosmetics and a cover form a sealed structure, thereby preventing deterioration of the cosmetics.

However, these tasks are exemplary, and the tasks to be solved by the present invention are not limited to these.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cosmetic container having a sealed structure includes: a receiving portion having a space for receiving a cosmetic therein; a screw disposed inside the receiving portion and having a groove extending in a spiral direction along an outer circumferential surface; a holder disposed to surround the receiving portion and coupled to one end of the screw to rotate integrally with the screw; a moving portion disposed inside the receiving portion and having a support surface that contacts the cosmetic, and connected to the screw to move up and down while rotating along the groove of the screw according to the rotation of the holder; and a cover portion disposed to surround the receiving portion and having at least a portion of an inner surface in contact with the receiving portion.

In a cosmetic container having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cover portion may include a first region in which one end contacts the outer side of the holder, extends lengthwise from the one end to cover the upper end of the receiving portion, and has an inner surface spaced from the outer side of the receiving portion, and a second region in contact with the outer side of the receiving portion.

In a cosmetic container having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cover part may further include one or more first cover protrusions disposed in the second region and protruding radially inward.

In a cosmetic container having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cover part has a constant outer diameter, and the inner diameter of the first region may be larger than the inner diameter of the second region.

In a cosmetic container having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cover portion may further include a second cover protrusion disposed on an inner surface of one end and protruding radially inwardly to contact an outer surface of the holder.

In a cosmetic container having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, the second cover protrusions may be provided in a pair spaced apart in the height direction, and the holder may further include a joining protrusion inserted between the pair of second cover protrusions.

A cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent cosmetics from spoiling by reliably maintaining airtightness between the inside and outside of the cosmetic container.

A cosmetic container (10, hereinafter also referred to as a 'cosmetic container') having a sealed structure according to one embodiment of the present invention is a container that accommodates a solid or gel-type cosmetic inside, and a user can use the cosmetic accommodated inside by removing the cover. In one embodiment, the cosmetic container (10) may be a solid cosmetic container such as a lipstick. The shape of the cosmetic container (10) is not limited to a cylinder, and may be a polyhedron or a polyhedron with rounded corners.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a receiving portion (100), a screw (200), a holder (300), a moving portion (400), and a cover portion (500).

The receiving portion (100) has an internal space (110) in which cosmetics are received. The shape of the receiving portion (100) is not particularly limited and may correspond to the shape of the cosmetics. For example, the receiving portion (100) may have a hollow cylindrical shape. The receiving portion (100) is open at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the cosmetics may be exposed to the outside through one end while being received in the receiving portion (100).

In one embodiment, a moving part (400) may be placed inside the receiving part (100), and cosmetics may be supported on the support surface (410) of the moving part (400) while placed in the internal space (110) of the receiving part (100).

The receiving portion (100) may further include a coupling slit (120). As shown in FIG. 4, the coupling slit (120) may have a window shape that is long in the height direction on one side of the receiving portion (100). A catch projection (430) of the moving portion (400) may be inserted into the coupling slit (120), and accordingly, the moving portion (400) may be moved up and down along the coupling slit (120) as the screw (200) rotates. For example, the coupling slit (120) may be arranged on one side of the receiving portion (100), or on one side and the other side at a position symmetrical thereto, respectively.

The receiving portion (100) may further include a first receiving portion protrusion (130). As shown in FIG. 4, the first receiving portion protrusion (130) is arranged on the outer side of the receiving portion (100) and may be arranged continuously or discontinuously along the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). For example, the first receiving portion protrusion (130) may be arranged below in the height direction than the support surface (410) of the moving portion (400) and may be arranged to overlap with the coupling slit (120). The first receiving portion protrusion (130) may protrude radially outwardly from the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) by a predetermined height and may come into contact with the inner surface of the holder (300). Through this, the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10) may be maintained.

The number and shape of the first receiving portion protrusions (130) are not particularly limited. For example, the first receiving portion protrusions (130) may be arranged in a ring shape along the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), or a plurality of segments may be arranged discontinuously to come into contact with the inner surface of the holder (300).

The receiving portion (100) may further include an insertion groove (140). As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the insertion groove (140) is a groove formed concavely on one side of the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), and a sealing member (600) may be inserted into the insertion groove (140). For example, the sealing member (600) may be an O-ring having a predetermined elasticity, and may be a ring-shaped member corresponding to the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). The sealing member (600) may maintain airtightness by making contact with the inner surface of the holder (300) while being inserted into the insertion groove (140).

The receiving portion (100) may further include a second receiving portion protrusion (150). As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 10, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) may be positioned on the lower outer surface of the receiving portion (100). For example, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) positioned lower than the first receiving portion protrusion (130) may protrude along the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) and may contact the inner surface of the holder (300) to maintain airtightness.

In one embodiment, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) may be used to fasten the receiving portion (100) and the holder (300) and maintain their positions. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, when the receiving portion (100) and the holder (300) are fastened, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) of the receiving portion (100) may be arranged at different heights from the holder protrusion (320) of the holder (300). That is, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) and the holder protrusion (320) may be arranged adjacent to each other and may be arranged to overlap each other when viewed from above. Accordingly, the holder protrusion (320) may function as a stopper to prevent the second receiving portion protrusion (150) from moving out of a preset position in the height direction.

Here, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) can contact the inner surface of the holder (300), and the holder protrusion (320) can contact the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). Accordingly, the sealing at the bottom of the cosmetic container (10) can be better maintained.

The shape of the second receiving portion protrusion (150) is not particularly limited. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the second receiving portion protrusion (150) may have an upper portion extending vertically from the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), and a lower portion extending in a curved manner toward the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) or may be arranged to be inclined at a predetermined angle. Accordingly, when the holder (300) is inserted into the receiving portion (100), after the holder protrusion (320) is smoothly inserted through the lower portion of the second receiving portion protrusion (150), the upper portion of the second receiving portion protrusion (150) may serve to block the holder protrusion (320) from moving downward.

In another embodiment, as shown in Fig. 11, the second receiving portion protrusions (150') may be provided in pairs. That is, the second receiving portion protrusions (150') are arranged to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the height direction, and the second holder protrusions (320) may be inserted between the pair of second receiving portion protrusions (150'). Through this, the positions of the receiving portion (100) and the holder (300) can be maintained more firmly, and the sealing performance of the cosmetic container (10) can be improved.

The screw (200) is placed inside the receiving part (100) and elevates the moving part (400). More specifically, the screw (200) is placed inside the moving part (400) inserted inside the receiving part (100), and one end of the screw (200) can be in contact with the opposite side of the support surface (410) of the moving part (400). In addition, the other end of the screw (200) can be combined with a fixed rib (310) protruding from the bottom surface of the holder (300). Accordingly, when the holder (300) is rotated, the screw (200) rotates integrally with the holder (300). Then, the moving part (400) coupled to the screw (200) is raised and lowered.

In one embodiment, the screw (200) has a groove (210) extending in a spiral shape along the longitudinal direction on the outer surface. As shown in FIG. 3, the screw (200) has a groove (210) extending in a spiral shape along the outer surface and extending at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and being formed by being sunken to a predetermined depth. A sliding projection (420) of a moving part (400) described later can be inserted into the groove (210). Accordingly, when the holder (300) is rotated, the screw (200) rotates, and accordingly, the sliding projection (420) inserted into the groove (210) of the screw (200) moves up and down along the shape of the groove (210).

The holder (300) is arranged to surround the receiving portion (100), and is coupled to one end of the screw (200) to rotate integrally with the screw (200). As described above, the holder (300) may have a fixed rib (310) that is formed protrudingly on the bottom surface and has a shape corresponding to the screw (200). In addition, the fixed rib (310) is inserted into the inside of the screw (200), so that the outer surface contacts the inner surface of the screw (200). Accordingly, the screw (200) and the holder (300) rotate integrally.

In one embodiment, the holder (300) may be provided with a holder protrusion (320). As described above, as shown in FIG. 10, the holder protrusion (320) may be arranged continuously or discontinuously along the inner surface of the holder (300). In FIG. 10, the holder protrusion (320) is shown as being arranged above the second receiving portion protrusion (150), but may be arranged below it. The holder protrusion (320) may contact the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) to maintain sealing between the receiving portion (100) and the holder (300).

In one embodiment, the holder (300) may further include a coupling portion (330). For example, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 8, the holder (300) may include a coupling portion (330) having different outer diameters at one end coupled with the cover portion (500) and having a step formed on the outer surface. The coupling portion (330) may have a thickness L corresponding to the thickness of one end of the cover portion (500). Accordingly, one end of the cover portion (500) may maintain contact with the holder (300) while being secured to the coupling portion (330).

The moving part (400) is placed inside the receiving part (100) and may be provided with a support surface (410) that comes into contact with the cosmetic. In addition, the moving part (400) is connected to the screw (200) and may move up and down while rotating along the groove (210) of the screw (200) according to the rotation of the holder (300).

Referring to FIG. 5, the moving part (400) may have a support surface (410), a sliding projection (420), a catch projection (430), and an opening slit (440).

The support surface (410) is arranged on one side of the inside of the moving part (400), and can divide the inside space of the moving part (400) into two areas. For example, cosmetics accommodated in the receiving part (100) can be arranged in the space above the support surface (410), and a screw (200) can be inserted in the space below the support surface (410).

The sliding projection (420) is arranged on the inner surface of the moving part (400) and can be inserted into the groove (210) of the screw (200). In one embodiment, in order to prevent the sliding projection (420) from being easily detached when inserted into the groove (210), the groove (210) may have a step on the inner side and the sliding projection (420) may also have a step corresponding to the step. That is, the width of the inner side of the groove (210) may be larger than the width of the entrance into which the sliding projection (420) is inserted. Accordingly, the sliding projection (420) may not be easily detached when inserted into the groove (210), such as in the joint structure of a window frame and a window. In one embodiment, the sliding projections (420) may be provided in pairs at positions symmetrical to each other.

The catch projection (430) may be arranged on one side of the outer surface of the moving part (400). For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the catch projection (430) has a cylindrical shape and may be coupled to the coupling slit (120) of the receiving part (100). Accordingly, when the screw (200) rotates and the moving part (400) is raised and lowered, the moving part (400) may be raised and lowered in the height direction while the catch projection (430) remains inserted into the coupling slit (120). In one embodiment, the catch projections (430) may be provided in pairs at positions that are symmetrical to each other. For example, the catch projections (430) may be arranged in pairs at positions corresponding to the sliding projections (420).

The open slit (440) is a member formed by cutting a portion of the outer surface of the moving part (400), and can be placed at a position corresponding to the sliding protrusion (420) or the catch protrusion (430).

The cover part (500) is placed on the upper part of the cosmetic container (10) and can be placed to cover the open upper part of the receiving part (100). For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cover part (500) is a cylindrical member having one side closed and an internal space, and the lower part can come into contact with the holder (300) when fastened to the receiving part (100).

In one embodiment, the cover part (500) may be arranged to be in contact with the receiving part (100). For example, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, the cover part (500) may be arranged such that at least a portion of the inner surface thereof is in contact with the receiving part (100) when the cover part (500) is fastened to the receiving part (100). That is, the cover part (500) includes an area that is in contact with the outer surface of the receiving part (100), and through this, the contact area itself may serve to seal the receiving part (100) and the cover part (500). Through this, the cosmetic container (10) can maintain the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10) and prevent cosmetics contained inside from being spoiled, compared to a case in which there is a gap between the receiving part and the cover part in the past.

In one embodiment, the cover portion (500) may include a first region (500a), a second region (500b), and a third region (500c).

As shown in FIG. 3, the first region (500a) may be a region in which one end of the cover portion (500) contacts the outer side of the holder (300), extends lengthwise from the one end to cover the upper end of the receiving portion (100), and has an inner surface spaced apart from the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). As an example, as shown in FIG. 6, the first region (500a) may be spaced apart from the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) by a predetermined distance D.

The second region (500b) may be a region that comes into contact with the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). For example, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, the second region (500b) may come into direct contact with the receiving portion (100) to maintain the seal of the cosmetic container (10).

In one embodiment, the second region (500b) may further include a first cover protrusion (510). The first cover protrusion (510) is a protrusion formed to protrude radially inwardly from the inner surface of the second region (500b) toward the receiving portion (100) and may come into contact with the receiving portion (100). Through this, the first cover protrusion (510) strongly presses the receiving portion (100), thereby more firmly maintaining the seal between the receiving portion (100) and the second region (500b).

In one embodiment, the cover portion (500) has a constant outer diameter, and the inner diameter of the first region (500a) may be larger than the inner diameter of the second region (500b).

In another embodiment, the first cover protrusion (510) may be arranged between the third receiving portion protrusions (160) of the receiving portion (100). More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the receiving portion (100) may have the third receiving portion protrusion (160) on the outer surface. The third receiving portion protrusions (160) may be a pair of protrusions that are arranged to be spaced apart in the height direction on the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) and protrude toward the inner surface of the cover portion (500), more specifically, toward the inner surface of the second region (500b). In addition, the first cover protrusion (510) may be inserted between the third receiving portion protrusions (160).

Accordingly, a pair of third receiving portion protrusions (160) come into contact with the inner surface of the cover portion (500) (the inner surface of the second region (500b)), and the first cover protrusion (510) comes into contact with the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), thereby maintaining a more secure seal. In addition, the third receiving portion protrusion (160) and the first cover protrusion (510) are coupled with each other, so that the receiving portion (100) and the cover portion (500) can be firmly coupled.

In one embodiment, the cover portion (500) may further include a third region (500c). As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, the third region (500c) is positioned between the first region (500a) and the second region (500b), and may be a region that extends at a predetermined angle from the first region (500a) toward the outer surface of the receiving portion (100). Through the third region (500c), the first region (500a) and the second region (500b) are smoothly extended without forming a step therebetween, so that the receiving portion (100) and the cover portion (500) can be easily coupled.

In one embodiment, the cover portion (500) may further include a second cover protrusion (520). For example, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 8, the second cover protrusion (520) may be arranged on the inner surface of one end of the cover portion (500) where it is coupled with the holder (300) and may protrude radially inward. Accordingly, the second cover protrusion (520) may contact the outer surface of the holder (300) to maintain the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10). In one embodiment, the second cover protrusions (520) may be provided in pairs spaced apart from each other in the height direction.

In another embodiment, the fourth receiving portion protrusion (170) of the receiving portion (100) may be arranged between the second cover protrusions (520). For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the receiving portion (100) includes a fourth receiving portion protrusion (170) that is formed to protrude radially outwardly on the outer surface, and the fourth receiving portion protrusion (170) may be inserted between a pair of second cover protrusions (520). Accordingly, the fourth receiving portion protrusion (170) contacts the inner surface of the cover portion (500), and the pair of second cover protrusions (520) contacts the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), thereby reliably maintaining the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10). In addition, the fourth receiving portion protrusion (170) may be inserted between a pair of second cover protrusions (520), so that the receiving portion (100) and the cover portion (500) may be more firmly coupled.

Through this configuration, the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention can securely maintain the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10) by having the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) containing the cosmetic and the inner surface of the cover portion (500) in direct contact. In addition, the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention can form a sealed structure with at least one protrusion arranged along the longitudinal direction. Through this, the airtightness of the cosmetic container (10) can be more securely maintained, and the bonding between the components of the cosmetic container (10) can be solidified.

Fig. 12 shows a cross-section of a cosmetic container (20) according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 13 shows an enlarged view of D of Fig. 12.

Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, a cosmetic container (20) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a receiving portion (100), a screw (200), a holder (300), a moving portion (400), and a cover portion (500). In one embodiment, the cosmetic container (20) may have a different configuration of the cover portion (500) compared to the aforementioned cosmetic container (10), and the remaining configurations may be the same. The following description will focus on the cover portion (500).

The cover part (500) may include a first cover (500A) and a second cover (500B).

The first cover (500A) wraps around an open end of the receiving portion (100) and can come into contact with an outer surface of the receiving portion (100). For example, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the first cover (500A) may be arranged on the inner side of the cover portion (500) and may be arranged so that one end wraps around an outer surface of the receiving portion (100). Accordingly, the receiving portion (100) containing the cosmetic may be primarily sealed by the first cover (500A).

In one embodiment, the first cover (500A) is placed on the inner side of the second cover (500B) and the upper part can contact the second cover (500B).

In one embodiment, the first cover (500A) may include a contact portion (510A) and a fastening portion (520A).

The contact portion (510A) can be arranged so as to be in contact with each other between the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) and the inner surface of the second cover (500B). The inner surface of the contact portion (510A) can be in close contact with the outer surface of the receiving portion (100) to maintain airtightness.

In one embodiment, a first protrusion (511A) may be arranged on the inner surface of the contact portion (510A). For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the first protrusion (511A) may be a ring-shaped member that is arranged along the inner surface of the contact portion (510A) and protrudes radially inward. The first protrusion (511A) may press the outer surface of the receiving portion (100), thereby allowing the receiving portion (100) and the cover portion (500) to be more firmly coupled and to maintain airtightness.

The fastening portion (520A) extends lengthwise from the contact portion (510A) and can be fastened to the second cover (500B). For example, as shown in Fig. 13, the fastening portion (520A) extends downward from the upper portion of the first cover (500A) and can be positioned spaced apart from the inner surface of the second cover (500B) by a predetermined distance.

In one embodiment, the fastening portion (520A) may further include a second protrusion (521A). For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the second protrusion (521A) may be a protrusion that is arranged on the outer surface of the fastening portion (520A) and extends radially outward. The second protrusion (521A) may be arranged continuously or discontinuously along the circumferential direction and may be combined with the third protrusion (510B) of the second cover (500B). In this way, when the first cover (500A) and the second cover (500B) are combined, the first cover (500A) may not be easily separated.

The connecting portion (530A) is a region positioned between the contact portion (510A) and the fastening portion (520A), and can extend at a predetermined angle inwardly in the radial direction from the contact portion (510A). Through the connecting portion (530A), the contact portion (510A) and the fastening portion (520A) can be smoothly extended without forming a step therebetween, thereby allowing the receiving portion (100) and the cover portion (500) to be easily coupled.

The second cover (500B) may be arranged to cover the first cover (500A) and the receiving portion (100). For example, the second cover (500B) may have the first cover (500A) inserted into the inside, and one end may be secured to the holder (300) to cover the receiving portion (100).

In one embodiment, the first cover (500A) may be inserted into the second cover (500B) so that one end thereof is spaced apart from the upper end of the holder (300). That is, the length of the first cover (500A) is shorter than the length of the second cover (500B), and the area of the second cover (500B) corresponding to one end of the first cover (500A) and the upper end of the holder (300) can be maintained spaced apart from the outer surface of the receiving portion (100).

In this way, the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be configured by separating the cover portion (500) into a first cover (500A) and a second cover (500B). Accordingly, when the cover portion (500) is coupled to the receiving portion (100), the first cover (500A) presses the second cover (500B), thereby more reliably maintaining the seal between the second cover (500B) and the receiving portion (100).

A storage compartment having a space inside to store cosmetics;
A screw disposed inside the above-mentioned receiving portion and having a groove extending in a spiral shape along the length direction on the outer surface;
A holder arranged to surround the above-mentioned receiving portion, coupled with one end of the screw, and rotating integrally with the screw but not moving up and down; and
A moving part disposed inside the above-mentioned receiving portion, including a pair of sliding projections on the inner surface, each of which is connected to the groove and is provided at a position symmetrical to each other, and which moves up and down while the sliding projections move along the groove as the holder rotates; and
