Abstract
Description
도 1은, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실시예 1의 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC, Gel permeation chromatography)에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선을 나타낸 것이다.
도 2는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비교예 1의 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC, Gel permeation chromatography)에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비교예 2의 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC, Gel permeation chromatography)에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비교예 3의 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC, Gel permeation chromatography)에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC, Gel permeation chromatography)에 의한 분자량 분포 곡선이 유니모달(unimodal) 형태를 갖고,
분자량 분포(PDI; MWD)가 1.0 이상 1.7 미만이며,
하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 변성 단량체 유래 작용기를 포함하고, 적어도 일 말단에 피페라진계 변성제 유래 작용기를 포함하고,
상기 피페라진계 변성제는 하기 화학식 2 내지 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이고,
X1 및 X2는 서로 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 -O[CH2CH2O]aCH3이되, X1 및 X2는 둘 중 하나는 -O[CH2CH2O]aCH3이고, 다른 하나는 수소원자이며, a는 1 내지 11의 정수이고,

상기 화학식 2에서,
Ra1 및 Ra2는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬렌기 또는 -Ra7[ORa8]n3-이고, 여기에서 Ra7 및 Ra8은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬렌기이고, n3는 1 내지 30의 정수이며,
Ra3 내지 Ra6은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이고,
n1 및 n2는 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 3에서 선택된 정수이되, n1+n2는 1 이상의 정수이며,

Rb1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, -Rb19SiRb9Rb10Rb11 또는 -Rb12A이고, 여기에서 상기 Rb9 내지 Rb11은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고, 상기 Rb12는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이고, Rb19는 단일결합 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이며, 상기 A는 하기 화학식 3a로 표시되는 치환기이고,
Rb2 내지 Rb4는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이고,
Rb5 내지 Rb8은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고,
m1 및 m2는 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 3의 정수이고,

상기 화학식 3a에서, Rb13 및 Rb14는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이고, Rb15 내지 Rb18은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이며, m3 및 m4는 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 3의 정수이며,

상기 화학식 4에서,
A1 및 A2는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기로 치환되거나 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌기이고,

상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아릴알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 탄소수 2 내지 20의 알콕시알킬기 또는 탄소수 7 내지 20의 페녹시알킬기인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.

상기 화학식 2에서, Ra1 및 Ra2는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기 또는 -Ra7[ORa8]n3-이고, 여기에서 Ra7 및 Ra8은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기이고, n3는 1 내지 30의 정수이며, Ra3 내지 Ra6은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기일 수 있으며, n1 및 n2는 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 3에서 선택된 정수이되, n1+n2는 1 이상의 정수인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 Si 함량 및 N 함량 각각 중량을 기준으로 50 ppm 이상인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 100℃에 측정된 무니 완화율이 0.7 이상 3.0이하인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 점도 검출기를 구비한 겔 투과 크로마토그래피-광산란법 측정에 의해 구해지는 수축인자가 0.8 내지 3.0인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 커플링 수(C.N.)는 1<C.N.<F이며, 여기에서 F는 변성제의 관능기 수인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 및 충진제를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물은 상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.1 중량부 내지 200 중량부의 충진제를 포함하는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 충진제는 실리카계 충진제 또는 카본블랙계 충진제인 고무 조성물
