Claims (8)
- 모재부와 전봉 용접부를 갖는 전봉 강관으로서,
모재부의 성분 조성은, 질량% 로,
C : 0.040 % 이상 0.50 % 이하,
Si : 0.02 % 이상 2.0 % 이하,
Mn : 0.40 % 이상 3.0 % 이하,
P : 0.10 % 이하,
S : 0.050 % 이하,
Al : 0.005 % 이상 0.10 % 이하,
N : 0.010 % 이하를 포함하고,
잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,
강 조직은, 체적률로, 페라이트가 30 % 초과, 베이나이트가 10 % 이상을 함유하고,
그 페라이트 및 그 베이나이트의 체적률의 합계가, 70 % 이상 95 % 이하이며,
잔부가 펄라이트, 마텐자이트, 오스테나이트에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 갖고,
이웃하는 결정의 방위차가 15°이상인 경계로 둘러싸인 영역을 결정립으로 했을 때, 그 결정립의 평균 결정 입경이 7.0 ㎛ 미만이며, 또한 결정 입경으로 40.0 ㎛ 이상인 결정립이 체적률로 30 % 이하이며,
내외 표면에 있어서의 관축 방향의 압축 잔류 응력의 크기가 250 ㎫ 이하이며, 항복 응력이 380 ㎫ 이상이며, -40 ℃ 에 있어서의 샤르피 흡수 에너지가 70 J 이상이며, 강관의 축 압축 시험에 있어서의 좌굴 개시 변형 εc (%) 가 (1) 식을 만족하는, 전봉 강관.

단, (1) 식에 있어서, εc 는, 축 압축 시험에 있어서, 압축 하중이 최대가 되었을 때의 변형량 (%), D 는 외경 (㎜), t 는 관 두께 (㎜) 이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더해 추가로, 질량% 로,
Nb : 0.15 % 이하,
V : 0.15 % 이하,
Ti : 0.15 % 이하
Cu : 1.0 % 이하,
Ni : 1.0 % 이하,
Cr : 1.0 % 이하,
Mo : 1.0 % 이하,
Ca : 0.010 % 이하,
B : 0.0050 % 이하
중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 포함하는 전봉 강관. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
관 두께가 17 ㎜ 초과 30 ㎜ 이하인 전봉 강관. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
관 두께가 17 ㎜ 초과 30 ㎜ 이하인 전봉 강관. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전봉 강관의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 성분 조성을 갖는 열연 강판을 냉간 롤 성형에 의해 상기 열연 강판을 원통상으로 성형한 후 전봉 용접하여 전봉 강관으로 하고,
그 전봉 강관에 대해 강관 둘레 길이가 0.30 % 이상 2.0 % 이하의 비율로 감소하도록 축경하는 전봉 강관의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전봉 강관의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 성분 조성을 갖는 강 소재를,
가열 온도 : 1100 ℃ 이상 1300 ℃ 이하로 가열한 후,
조압연 종료 온도 : 850 ℃ 이상 1150 ℃ 이하, 마무리 압연 종료 온도 : 750 ℃ 이상 850 ℃ 이하, 또한, 930 ℃ 이하에서의 합계 압하율 : 65 % 이상인 열간 압연을 실시하고,
이어서, 판두께 중심 온도에서 평균 냉각 속도 : 10 ℃/s 이상 30 ℃/s 이하, 냉각 정지 온도 : 450 ℃ 이상 650 ℃ 이하에서 냉각시키고,
이어서, 권취 온도 : 450 ℃ 이상 650 ℃ 이하에서 권취 열연 강판으로 하고,
이어서, 냉간 롤 성형에 의해 상기 열연 강판을 원통상으로 성형한 후 전봉 용접하여 전봉 강관으로 하고,
그 전봉 강관에 대해 강관 둘레 길이가 0.30 % 이상 2.0 % 이하의 비율로 감소하도록 축경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전봉 강관의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전봉 강관을 사용한 라인 파이프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전봉 강관을 사용한 건축 구조물.
