브래킷(10) 상에 튜브(20)를 고정 설치하기 위한 튜브 클램프에 있어서,
상기 튜브의 상측으로부터 씌우는 상태로 상기 브래킷 상에 설치하도록 절곡 형성되고, 절곡된 좌우 하단에는 상기 브래킷에 끼워 걸도록 걸림부가 형성되며, 상단에는 수직방향으로 체결구가 관통된 본체(100);
상기 체결구에 체결되어 수직방향으로 조이거나 풀도록 형성된 조임 볼트(200);
상기 본체 내측에 위치하여 승강하면서 상기 튜브의 상부에 밀착하도록 형성되고, 하단에는 상기 튜브의 상부 곡면을 감싸도록 밀착면이 요입 형성된 상부 클립부재(300); 및
상기 본체 내측에 위치하면서 상기 브래킷의 상단에 올려진 상태로 상기 튜브의 하부를 받치도록 형성되고, 전후에는 상기 브래킷의 전후에 걸리도록 하향 절곡편이 형성된 하부 클립부재(400);를 포함하고,
상기 상부 클립부재(300)의 상단에 일체로 형성된 위치고정돌기(310)가 형성되고,
상기 위치고정돌기(310)에는 상기 조임 볼트(200)의 나사산의 반경에 맞추어 원통형으로 형성된 삽입홈(311)이 형성되고, 상기 조임 볼트(200)의 하단부는 상기 상부 클립부재(300)에 밀착되지 않은 상태로 상기 삽입홈(311)에 끼워져 걸리도록 구성되고,
상기 위치고정돌기(310)의 삽입홈(311) 상부에는 상기 조임 볼트(200)의 삽입을 안내하기 위한 확관부(312)가 형성되고,
상기 상부 클립부재(300)의 위치고정돌기(310)는 외면이 원통형 또는 다각형 형태로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이탈 방지 튜브 클램프.
