Abstract

The present invention relates to corrective panties that support the entire buttocks of a user upward to make the buttocks look elastic and voluminous while preventing the buttocks from being pinched, the panties being characterized by including: a body part having an open upper portion and two leg insertion holes on both sides of the lower portion into which the user's legs can be inserted respectively; two buttock support parts formed on both sides of the rear portion of the body part for inserting and supporting the buttocks of the user upward; and an anti-pinch part formed between the buttock support parts for preventing the body part from being pinched in the user's buttocks.

Description

{Panties for correction}

The present invention relates to corrective panties, and more particularly, to corrective panties that support the entire buttocks of a user upward to make the buttocks look elastic and voluminous while preventing the buttocks from being pinched.

In general, underwear is divided into underwear such as running shorts, panties, and bras that absorb sweat and are hygienic; lingerie such as slips and chemises that help the outerwear look stylish; and foundation, which is functional underwear such as girdles and bodysuits that provide physical correction along with the look of the outerwear.

Among these, panties refer to underwear for the lower body that sticks tightly to the waist and has little leg area.

Recently, as the desire for appearance and body shape has increased, interest in the hip line that determines the style of clothing for the lower body has increased, and corrective panties that correct the shape of the hips are being sold to meet the needs of these consumers.

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0473335 (registered on June 19, 2014) discloses a body-correcting panty, and according to the disclosed technology, the body-correcting panty includes a cylindrical panty body that is open at the top and has leg holes formed on both sides of the bottom into which a pair of legs can be inserted, and a correction part integrally connected to the top of the body-correcting panty, and the body-correcting part and the correction part are each made of different materials, and the correction part is formed as a cylindrical structure that elastically wraps from the waist to the abdomen as well as the lower abdomen of the wearer, and is made of highly elastic fiber, and when viewed from the front, the upper line of the body-correcting part becomes higher from the center to both sides, and the upper line of the correction part is formed at the same height on the front and back, and a reinforcing lace that compresses the abdomen of the wearer is sewn and attached to the front of the correction part.

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0477919 (registered on July 30, 2015) describes women's panties. According to the disclosed technology, women's panties are characterized by a front portion in which a ribbed tissue that has excellent elasticity and can enhance close contact with the skin is formed in the front central portion, the insertion portions of both legs, and the lower vulva, and a mesh tissue that allows comfortable movement and facilitates ventilation is formed in the lower portion of the waistband; a hip-up portion that sufficiently wraps the hip line is formed in the shape of a hip in the central portion of the back portion, and a ribbed tissue that can raise the hip line is formed at the edge of the hip-up portion, and a mesh tissue that allows comfortable movement and facilitates ventilation is formed in the lower portion of the waistband; and a waistband that provides elastic support along the waist circumference of the front and back portions.

As described above, conventional panties have the disadvantage of having poor hip-up and hip shape correction effects because they cannot support the entire buttocks while making the shape of the user's buttocks round.

In addition, there was a problem in that the panties would get caught between the user's buttocks depending on the user's movements, such as when the user sat down and then stood up or walked, which reduced the comfort and cleanliness.

The technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and to provide corrective panties that support the entire buttocks of a user so that the buttocks appear elastic and voluminous, while preventing the buttocks from being caught.

In order to solve such a problem, according to one feature of the present invention, a corrective panty is provided, which comprises: a body part having an open upper portion and two leg insertion ports on both sides of the lower portion into which the user's legs can be inserted respectively; two buttock support parts formed on both sides of the rear portion of the body part for inserting and supporting the user's buttocks upward; and an anti-jamming part formed between the buttock support parts for preventing the body part from being caught in the user's buttocks.

In one embodiment, the present invention is characterized by further including: a pressure sensing unit formed on the body unit for detecting pressure applied to the body unit; a memory unit for setting and storing an allowable pressure range; a control unit for generating a notification signal when the pressure detected by the pressure sensing unit exceeds the allowable pressure range stored in the memory unit; and a notification unit for receiving a notification signal from the control unit and notifying the user.

According to the present invention, by making the shape of the user's buttocks round and supporting the entire buttocks upward to make them look elastic and voluminous, it is possible to produce a natural and beautiful clothing style, and there is an effect of being able to wear them comfortably without a sense of incongruity when worn.

Additionally, it has the effect of improving comfort and cleanliness by preventing the panties from getting caught between the user's buttocks even when the user moves.

Now, a corrective panty according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating corrective panties according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to Fig. 1, the corrective panties include a body part (100), a buttocks support part (200), and an anti-jamming part (300).

The body part (100) is open at the top and is provided with two leg insertion holes (110) on both sides of the bottom to allow the user's legs to be inserted, respectively, so that it is worn by inserting and wrapping the user's lower abdomen and buttocks.

In one embodiment, the body portion (100) may be made of a material with excellent elasticity (e.g., cotton, nylon, etc.).

In one embodiment, the body part (100) may be provided with a waist band that adheres closely to the user's waist area and prevents it from slipping down.

In one embodiment, the body part (100) may be formed in various shapes, such as a triangle panty shape or a square panty shape, and decorative lace may be formed on the leg insertion port (100) side to improve aesthetics.

The hip support part (200) is composed of two pieces and is formed on each side of the rear of the body part (100) to support the user's hips upward.

In one embodiment, the hip support portion (200) is formed on the rear left and rear right sides of the body portion (100) corresponding to the positions corresponding to the hips when worn, and can support the left and right hips of the user upward.

In one embodiment, the hip support member (200) may be made in a size corresponding to the size of the user's hips and may cover and support the entire hips of the user.

In one embodiment, the anti-jamming member (300) may be formed by connecting the buttocks supporting members (200).

The corrective panties having the configuration described above can create a natural and beautiful fashion by supporting the entire buttocks upwards without pressing the user's buttocks through the buttock support part (200) and making the buttocks look round and elastic and voluminous, and can be worn comfortably without a foreign feeling when worn.

In addition, the body part (100) can be prevented from getting caught between the user's buttocks even when the user moves through the anti-jamming part (300), thereby improving the wearing comfort and cleanliness.

Figure 2 is a drawing illustrating another example of the buttocks support part in Figure 1.

Referring to FIG. 2, the buttocks support part (200) may be formed so that the sewing interval becomes narrower toward the outside among the plurality of circular shapes.

Accordingly, the inner side of the plurality of circular shapes is formed with a relatively wide sewing interval to provide a certain degree of fluidity, so that it can stretch appropriately according to the size and shape of the user's buttocks, naturally creating the shape of the buttocks and providing a comfortable fit, and the outer side of the plurality of circular shapes is formed with a relatively narrow sewing interval to increase sturdiness, so that it can support and lift the user's buttocks more effectively.

FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating a corrective panty according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3, the corrective panties include a body part (100), a buttocks support part (200), a pinch prevention part (300), and an antibacterial and deodorizing part (400). Here, the body part (100), the buttocks support part (200), and the pinch prevention part (300) are similar to the components of FIG. 1, so their descriptions are omitted and only the other parts are described below.

The antibacterial and deodorizing part (400) is formed on the lower inner surface of the body part (100) and performs antibacterial and deodorizing effects.

In one embodiment, the antibacterial and deodorizing portion (400) may be made of bamboo fiber, and may be fixed by sewing the edge portion of the bamboo fiber to the lower inner surface of the body portion (100).

Here, bamboo fiber is a fiber made by extracting cellulose from bamboo and using the Viscose Rayon process. It is environmentally friendly, has natural antibacterial and deodorizing functions, and has a cooling sensation as well as a wicking function, so it has excellent moisture absorption.

In one embodiment, the antibacterial and deodorizing unit (400) may be made of various materials having antibacterial and deodorizing functions other than bamboo fiber.

Corrective panties having the above-described composition can maintain a sanitary condition by preventing the growth of bacteria caused by sweat, feces, foreign substances, etc., sterilizing the bacteria, and providing a deodorizing effect.

FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a corrective panty according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, the correction panties further include a pressure sensing unit (500), a memory unit (600), a control unit (700), and a notification unit (800).

The pressure sensing unit (500) is formed in the body (100) and senses the pressure applied to the body (100).

In one embodiment, the pressure sensing unit (500) may be placed on the inner surface of the body part (100) and may detect pressure applied to the body part (100) when a user wears the body part (100).

In one embodiment, the pressure sensing unit (500) may be formed of a piezoelectric sensor or the like to sense pressure generated by contact with the user's body.

The memory unit (600) sets and stores the allowable pressure range in advance. At this time, the range of pressure generated when the user wears a body unit (100) of a size appropriate for the user's body size can be set as the allowable pressure range.

The control unit (700) receives the pressure detected by the pressure sensing unit (500) and generates a notification signal when the received pressure exceeds the allowable pressure range stored in the memory unit (600).

The notification unit (800) receives a notification signal generated by the control unit (700) and notifies the user.

In one embodiment, the notification unit (800) may be formed on the outer surface of the body unit (100) and may be equipped with a speaker for receiving a notification signal generated by the control unit (700) and outputting a notification sound.

In one embodiment, the notification unit (800) may be formed on the outer surface of the body unit (100) and may include an LED for receiving a notification signal generated by the control unit (700) and visually notifying the user.

The corrective panties having the configuration described above can determine that the body part (100) does not fit the user's body size when the pressure detected by the pressure sensing part (500) is outside the allowable pressure range, and by informing the user of this, the user can wear the body part (100) that fits his/her body size, thereby providing an optimal corrective effect.

Accordingly, it is possible to prevent blood circulation problems that may occur when wearing a body part (100) that is smaller than the user's body size, and to resolve the problem of not being able to properly perform the hip-up function when wearing a body part (100) that is larger than the user's body size.

FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating a corrective panty according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5, the corrective panties further include a pressing portion (900).

The pressing parts (900) are formed on the left and right sides of the body part (100) respectively, and press on both sides of the user's pelvis.

In one embodiment, the pressing portions (900) may be formed on each side of the body portion (100) at positions corresponding to the user's pelvis, and may press the user's pelvis in a mutually symmetrical direction.

In one embodiment, the pressing part (900) may be formed of an elastic band having elasticity, and presses both sides of the user's pelvis to hold in flab, thereby allowing the clothes to look smooth.

In one embodiment, the pressing portion (900) may be integrally formed on both sides of the body portion (100) through sewing or the like.

In one embodiment, the pressing portion (900) may be formed by sewing tightly with nylon thread, carbon thread, or the like at a set interval (for example, 0.1 to 1 mm) on the left and right sides of the body portion (100).
