Description
도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 SMD 퓨즈를 실장한 필름형 케이블의 일부분을 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필름형 케이블의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도체선 한 가닥의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필름형 케이블의 일 영역의 평면도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 A-A'에 따른 필름형 케이블의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필름형 케이블의 과전류 시험시 방연 코팅액의 충진 두께별 결과값을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 도 3에 대응하는 도면으로 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 필름형 케이블의 도체선 한 가닥의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 절연 필름 및 상기 절연 필름으로 피복되고 상호 간 소정 간격을 두고 연장되는 복수 개의 도체선들을 포함하고,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들 각각은,
정격전류를 초과하는 전류가 흐를 시 끊어지도록 마련된 퓨즈 패턴구간;과 정격전류를 초과하는 전류가 흘러도 끊어지지 않게 마련된 노멀구간을 포함하고,
상기 퓨즈 패턴구간은 상기 노멀구간보다 두께가 얇고 상기 노멀구간과 폭이 동일하게 형성되고,
서로 인접한 상기 도체선들의 각 상기 퓨즈 패턴구간은 엇갈림 배치되고,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들의 상기 퓨즈 패턴구간의 상부에 도포되는 방연 코팅액을 더 포함하고,
상기 절연 필름은 상기 퓨즈 패턴구간의 상부를 커버할 수 있는 면적만큼 절취된 영역을 갖고, 상기 절취된 영역에 상기 방연 코팅액이 충진되어 경화된 방연 코팅층을 갖고,
상기 퓨즈 패턴구간의 도체선은 길이가 50㎜이고 단면적은 0.028㎟이고,
상기 절연 필름은 폴리이미드 소재이고 두께가 25㎛~50㎛이며,
상기 방연 코팅층은 우레탄 수지로 형성되고 상기 방연 코팅층의 두께는 0.35㎜~0.4㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 케이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연 필름은,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들의 하부에 배치되는 베이스 필름;과 상기 복수 개의 도체선들의 상기 노멀구간 상부에 배치되는 커버 필름;을 포함하고,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들은 상기 베이스 필름의 표면에 인쇄되는 은나노 잉크로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 케이블. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들의 상기 노멀구간의 상부와 상기 커버 필름 사이에는 접착제층이 구비되고,
상기 방연 코팅액은 상기 커버 필름, 상기 접착제층, 상기 퓨즈 패턴구간에 의해 형성되는 오목한 홈부에 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 케이블. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 도체선들은 각각,
상기 퓨즈 패턴구간에서 상기 노멀구간과 폭은 동일하고 두께는 작게 마련되고 'ㄹ' 형 또는 'S' 형으로 패턴이 반복되며 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 케이블. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름형 케이블을 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
