Abstract
본 발명은 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 관한 것으로, PDO 물질로 구성된 실, 코그 타입 형태로 구성된 실, 모노 타입 형태로 구성된 실을 포함하는 실의 표면에 코팅물질로서 히알루론산이 코팅되어 있는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실을 제공함에 따라, 코팅실의 피부 자입에 따른 피부 괴사와 같은 부작용의 방지, 인체내에서의 안정적 적응, 피부 탄력의 향상, 및 통증의 경감을 이룰 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
Description
본 발명은 피부의 처짐과 주름을 개선할 수 있는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 관한 것이다.
피부는 세월이 흐르면서 기후에 따른 온습도 변화, 대기의 공해, 자외선 등의 외부 환경 요인으로 자극을 받아, 피부의 노화가 진행되면서 피부의 주름과 처짐 현상이 나타난다.
즉, 일종의 피부 노화 과정으로 볼 수 있는데, 이러한 피부의 노화는 주름 및 처짐 현상 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 현상으로도 나타나게 되는데, 예컨대 자외선에 오랫동안 노출될 경우 피부의 색소 침착이나 기미 혹은 주근깨와 같은 잡티들의 발현도 촉진된다.
특히, 피부의 주름과 처짐은 피부의 탄력 섬유라고 불리는 콜라겐과 엘라스틴이 분해되면서 발생되는 현상이며, 피부의 표면이 거칠어지는 현상도 나타나게 된다.
피부의 탄력성은 진피조직의 콜라겐(collagen) 및 엘라스틴(elastin) 및 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid) 등에 의해 유지될 수 있는데, 이러한 콜라겐은 진피의 90%를 차지하는 아교질 섬유성 단백질이며, 피부, 건, 뼈 및 치아의 유기물질의 대부분을 형성하고 있다.
피부 조직의 견고성, 저항력 및 결합력을 위해서는 콜라겐의 성분이 감소되지 않고 지속적으로 촉진되어야 하는데, 피부 노화 현상이 나타나게 되면서 이러한 콜라겐 성분이 감소되고 있다.
즉, 콜라겐이 노화에 의해 감소되는 것이며, 이러한 콜라겐의 감소는 피부의 주름 및 처짐 현상에 관여하고 있다. 또한, 엘라스틴은 진피 성분의 2~3%를 차지하는 탄성이 매우 풍부한 단백질로서 콜라겐과 함께 그물망 구조를 형성하여 피부의 탄력성을 제공한다.
이러한 이유로, 콜라겐의 합성과 엘라스틴의 합성을 증가토록 하거나 진피의 섬유아세포의 증식을 증가토록 하는 것이 바람직하고, 콜라겐 및 엘라스틴의 분해를 억제하는 것이 관건이다.
하기의 선행기술문헌에 개시된 특허문헌은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제2019-0115298 호(2019.10.11 공개, 발명의 명칭: 피부볼륨감 증진 또는 피부탄력 증진용 피부외용제 조성물)에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실은 피부의 주름과 처짐 및 탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함에 그 목적을 두고 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실은 피부의 자극으로 인한 예상치 못한 피부의 괴사와 같은 문제들을 개선하면서 인체에 무해함을 제공하고자 함에 그 목적을 두고 있다.
전술된 목적들을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, PDO 물질로 구성된 실, 코그 타입 형태로 구성된 실, 모노 타입 형태로 구성된 실을 포함하는 실의 표면에 코팅물질로서 히알루론산이 코팅되어 있는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 코팅물질은 자유 히알루란산 및 가교 히알루론산을 포함하거나 이들 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 코팅물질은 리프팅의 지속을 위해 다당류겔 조성물이 더 포함되는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 다당류겔 조성물은 분해효소를 억제하는 억제 물질의 복합체로 조성되어 있는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 억제 물질의 복합체는 콩로부터 추출된 분해효소 억제 작용을 하는 제1 추출물, 및 포도씨와 소나무껍질로부터 추출된 분해효소 억제 작용을 하는 제2 추출물을 포함하는 복합성 물질로 구성되는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 제1 추출물은 대두로부터 추출되는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 대두로부터 추출되는 상기 제1 추출물은 이소플라본(isoflavone)의 물질인 피부 자입 및 피프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
상기 제2 추출물은 프로안토시아니딘(Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin (OPC)) 물질인 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실에 그 일례의 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실은 피부의 자극에 따른 예상치 못한 피부 괴사와 같은 부작용을 방지하며, 인체서의 안정적 적응과 함께, 피부의 탄력 향상에 따른 피부의 주름 및 처짐을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
발명을 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지기술 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략할 것이다.
그리고 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 발명을 설명하는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실은 PDO 물질로 구성된 실, 코그 타입 형태로 구성된 실, 모노 타입 형태로 구성된 실을 포함하는 실의 표면에 코팅물질이 코팅되는 것이다.
물론, 상기에서 언급된 PDO(polydioxanone) 물질로 구성된 실, 코그 타입 형태로 구성된 실, 모노 타입 형태로 구성된 실뿐만 아니라, 언급되지 않은 다양한 타입으로 가공된 형태의 그 어떠한 실 표면에도 코팅물질이 코팅될 수 있다. 코그(cog) 타입은 돌기가 있는 실의 형태를 의미하며, 모노(mono) 타입은 돌기가 없는 실의 형태를 의미한다.
상기의 코팅물질은 가교된 히알루론산 물질을 포함할 수도 있으며, 경우에 따라 가교되지 않은 자유 히알루론산 물질을 포함할 수도 있고, 경우에 따라서는 가교 히알루론산 및 자유 히알루론산을 혼합한 물질을 포함할 수도 있다.
이렇게 실의 표면에 코팅되는 상기의 코팅물질은 예컨대 다당류겔 조성물이 더 함유될 수 있으며, 이러한 다당류겔 조성물은 리프팅의 지속성을 위해 수반되는 물질인 것이다.
상기의 다당류겔 조성물은 예컨대 콜라겐 및 엘라스틴에 대한 분해를 억제하는 억제 물질의 복합체로 조성될 수 있으며, 이러한 억제 물질의 복합체는 콩으로부터 추출된 제1 추출물 및 포도씨와 소나무껍질로부터 추출된 제2 추출물을 포함하는 복합 물질일 수 있다.
이러한 상기의 제1 추출물 및 제2 추출물은 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 분해를 촉진하는 분해효소에 대한 억제 작용을 하는 물질인 것이다.
특히, 상기 제1 추출물은 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 분해를 촉진하는 분해효소에 대한 억제 작용을 위해 콩으로부터 추출된 물질이 가능하되, 대두로부터 추출된 물질이 바람직하며, 상기의 제2 추출물은 포도씨와 소나무껍질로부터 추출된 물질이 바람하다.
더군다나, 상기의 제1 추출물은 상기 대두로부터 추출된 이소플라본(isoflavone) 이란 물질이 바람직하며, 상기의 제2 추출물은 프로안토시아니딘(Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin (OPC)) 물질임이 바람직하다.
이러한 이소플라본(isoflavone) 이란 물질과 프로안토시아니딘(Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin (OPC)) 이란 물질은 엘라스틴과 콜라겐의 분해를 촉진하는 분해효소를 억제하기 때문에, 결과적으로 엘라스틴과 콜라겐의 분해가 억제될 수 있는 것이다.
특히, 이소플라본(isoflavone) 이란 물질에는 포르모노네틴(formononetin), 쿠메스트롤(coumestrol), 다이드제인(Daidzein)과 제니스테인(Genistein), 비오카닌 A(Biochanin A) 등이 있다.
이러한 이소플라본 분자구조로는 예컨대 그 화학 구조에 따라 배당체(글리코시드, Glycoside)와 비배당체(Aglycone)로 구분될 수 있으며, 배당체(글리코시드)란 하나 이상의 당으로 이루어진 탄수화물과 하이드록시기(-OH) 화합물이 결합한 물질로서 콩 이소플라본의 배당체로는 다이드제인과 제니스테인의 7번 탄소에 탄수화물이 결합한 다이드진(Daidzin)과 제니스틴(Genistin) 등이 있다.
물론, 콩 이소플라본의 비배당체로는 다이드제인과 제니스테인과 글리시테인(Glycitein)이 있다.
이러한 이소플라본은 인체 내에서 에스트로겐과 유사한 기능적 작용을 하는 물질로서 에스트로겐을 수용하는 단백질군인 에스트로겐 수용체(Estrogen Receptor)와 결합해 약한 에스트로겐 활성을 발휘하며, 이를 통해 엘라스틴과 콜라겐의 분해를 촉진하는 분해효소의 억제 효과가 있는 것이다.
특히, 이소플라본 중에서도 다이드제인과 제니스테인은 뛰어난 항산화 기능이 있어 뼈세포의 생성을 촉진해 노화나 폐경으로 인한 골다공증의 예방 뿐만 아니라, 암과 성인병의 예방 치료에도 일조할 수 있다.
따라서, 억제 물질의 복합체는 콜라겐이나 엘라스틴과 같은 결합조직의 파괴를 막을뿐만 아니라 강한 항산화력 작용도 있는 관계로, 피부 내의 혈관 탄력과 함께 피부의 탄력도 개선될 수 있는 것이다.
쥐의 복부 대동맥류에 대한 실험에 있어서, 대동맥 혈관의 지름이 늘어지는 현상이 관찰될 수 있고, 이렇게 늘어진 혈관세포으 틈새로 혈액이 새어 나올 수 있으며, 갈수록 혈관이 늘어나며 터지게 되는데, 이는 결국 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 손상 결과에 따른 지방 세포에 지방이 차며 염증 물질이나 MMP와 같은 콜라겐 분해효소의 분비가 늘어나게 된다.
쥐의 복부 대동맥류를 억제하는 실험예로서 프로안토시아니딘(Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin (OPC)) 물질이 쥐에게 kg 당 예컨대 약 400mg와 800mg 투여된 것으로 실시할 수 있다.
시간이 경과되면서 TNF-알파로 혈관 평활근 (Vascular smooth muscle cells, VSMCs)을 자극시켰을 때, 포도씨 폴리페놀(GSP)이 최초 염증 유발물질인 인터루킨 1 베타를 낮추고 다른 염증 유발물질도 낮추는 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
결국 이러한 실험예에서도 알 수 있듯이, 억제 물질의 복합체는 피부에서의 예상치 못한 괴사와 같은 염증뿐만 아니라 콜라겐 및 엘라스틴의 분해를 억제하는 정도를 확인할 수 있다.
따라서, 코팅실의 자입으로 콜라겐 및 엘라스틴의 분해효소를 억제하는 방식이 검증되지 않은 콜라겐 및 엘라스틴 성분을 섭취하는 것보다 효과적이며, 피부의 탄력과 주름 및 처짐의 개선에도 그 탁월함이 입증될 수 있는 것이다.
더욱이, 억제 물질의 복합체는 코팅실의 자입에 따른 피부 자입 부위의 상처 치유와 피부 자극의 완화와 함께 피부 조직의 성장 촉진에 일조할 수 있는 기여물질을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 기여물질에는 뮤신의 물질이 이용될 수 있고, 이러한 뮤신의 주성분은 콘드로이틴 설페이트(chondroitin sulfate)로서 자가치유능력에 필요한 물질이며, 알란토인(allantoin) 및 글리콜릭산(glycolic acid)을 함유하고 있다.
상기 알란토인은 상처를 치유하고 피부자극을 완화시킬 뿐만 아니라 건강한 조직의 성장을 촉진하는데 도움을 주며, 이러한 알란토인은 피부진정 및 모공수축작용이 있다.
게다가, 억제 물질의 복합체는 피부 자입에 따른 통증의 완화를 위해 부작용이 없는 천연 물질의 통증완화 조성물이 더 포함될 수 있으며, 이러한 천연 물질의 통증완화 조성물은 기존 리프팅용 실의 자입 과정에서 통증 완화를 위한 진통제의 투여로 발생되는 부작용 및 중독을 예방할 수 있다.
진통제는 예컨대 오피오이드(opioids: 아편 비슷한 작용을 하는 합성 진통마취제)가 사용되는 경우가 허다한데, 이러한 진통제는 심각한 부작용 및 중독성이 야기될 수 있을뿐만 아니라, 이외에도 이부프로펜, 나프록센 등이 있다.
즉, 천연 물질의 통증완화 조성물은 이러한 진통제의 부작용 및 중독성을 예방하며 피부 자입에 따른 통증을 경감시킬 수 있는 예컨대 피이에이(PEA-palmitoylethanolamid: 팔미토일에탄올아미드), 세라펩타제(serrapeptase), 호노키올(honokiol), 커큐민(curcumin), 생강, 엠에스엠(Methylsulfonylmethane: MSM), 당귀, 캡사이신(capsaicin), DL- 페닐알라닌(phenylalanine), 벤포티아민(benfotiamine: 업그레이드된 B1유도체)을 포함할 수 있다.
특히, 피이에이(PEA-palmitoylethanolamid: 팔미토일에탄올아미드)는 체내에서 염증을 낮추기 위해 자연적으로 생성되는 지질 화합물로서, 달걀노른자, 콩 및 해바라기 기름으로부터 추출될 수 있다.
특히, 하악관절(temporomandibular joint: TMJ) 통증 환자들을 대상으로 실시한 임상시험에서 피이에이를 복용한 사람들은 높은 함량의 이부프로펜을 복용한 사람들보다 통증이 더 많이 감소하였으며, 피이에이(PEA)를 적절히 사용하면 장기적으로 통증을 안전하고 효과적으로 관리하는데에 일조할 수 있다.
세라펩타제는 누에에서 발견되는 박테리아에서 분리된 효소이다. 여러 가지 원인으로 인한 염증과 통증을 줄이기 위한 단백질 분해 효소로서 손상된 조직을 분해하되, 생체 조직에는 유해한 영향을 끼치지 않는다.
호노키올(honokiol)은 목련나무 껍질에서 추출한 폴리페놀 화합물로서, 다른 폴리페놀과 마찬가지로 호노키올은 산화스트레스 감소 및 항염작용을 하며, 염증성 통증 치료에 탁월한 효능을 발휘한다.
커큐민은 카레의 주원료 강황(tumeric)의 주성분으로서, 강력한 항산화제이며, 염증과 통증을 완화시키는 효능을 발휘한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 하기 실시예는 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 범위가 하기 실시예에 한정되지는 않는다. 여기에 기재되지 않은 내용은 이 기술 분야에서 숙련된 자이면 충분히 기술적으로 유추할 수 있는 것이므로 그 설명을 생략하기로 한다.

- PDO(polydioxanone) 물질로 구성된 실 및 코그 타입 형태로 구성된 실 및 모노 타입 형태로 구성된 실을 포함하는 실의 표면에, 코팅물질로서 히알루론산이 코팅되고, 상기 코팅물질은 자유 히알루란산 및 가교 히알루론산을 포함하거나 이들 중 어느 하나로 이루어지며, 상기 코팅물질은 리프팅의 지속을 위해 다당류겔 조성물이 더 포함되고, 상기 다당류겔 조성물은 분해효소를 억제하는 억제 물질의 복합체로 조성되며, 상기 억제 물질의 복합체는 콩로부터 추출된 분해효소 억제 작용을 하는 제1 추출물, 및 포도씨와 소나무껍질로부터 추출된 분해효소 억제 작용을 하는 제2 추출물을 포함하는 복합성 물질로 구성되고,
상기 억제 물질의 복합체는 기여물질을 더 포함하되, 상기의 기여물질로서 뮤신이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 추출물은 대두로부터 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 대두로부터 추출되는 상기 제1 추출물은 이소플라본(isoflavone)인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2 추출물은 프로안토시아니딘(Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin (OPC)) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 자입 및 리프팅용 코팅실.
