Abstract

A bathroom flow drain is disclosed. The bathroom flow drain of the present invention is a bathroom flow drain provided on the upper side of a concrete floor slab of a bathroom to collect and discharge sewage, characterized by including: a drain body provided on the upper side of the concrete floor slab and having a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet spaced apart from each other on the side; an upper frame part coupled to the upper side of the drain body and having a sewage inlet hole formed therein so that bathroom floor sewage can flow into the drain body; and a pet litter plate detachably seated on the upper side of the upper frame part so that a portion is formed that is at least partially spaced from the upper surface of the upper frame part where the sewage inlet hole is formed when coupled with the upper frame part, and a through hole is formed so as to be communicated with the sewage inlet hole. According to the present invention, by providing a structure in which a pet litter plate is detachably coupled to the upper frame part of a flow drain buried in a bathroom floor, that is, by integrally forming a structure in the bathroom that can cleanly dispose of a pet's urine and feces, user convenience can be improved.

Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom flow drain that enables a user to more cleanly and conveniently clean up after a pet, such as a pet dog, defecates or urinates indoors.

Recently, the number of single-person households has been increasing, and the number of households adopting pets has increased. These pets are encouraged to defecate on pee pads through animal habits or repeated education or training.

These pee pads are made of disposable pee pads made of absorbent fabric material that can effectively absorb pet excrement while having a relatively small volume and thin thickness.

Pet pee pads that are currently widely used have the advantage of being convenient to use as they are disposable, but they also have the major disadvantage of inevitably increasing the cost of consumables due to long-term use.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a bathroom flow drain that can improve user convenience by forming a structure that can cleanly dispose of pet urine and feces integrally in a bathroom, and can significantly reduce periodic costs compared to the conventional one by permanently applying a structure that comes into contact with pet urine and feces so that it can be reused repeatedly.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a bathroom flow drain is provided for collecting and discharging bathroom sewage, the bathroom flow drain comprising: a drain body provided on the upper side of the floor concrete slab of the bathroom and having a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet spaced apart from each other on the side; an upper frame part coupled to the upper part of the drain body and having a sewage inlet hole formed therein so that bathroom floor sewage can flow into the drain body; and a pet waste plate which is detachably seated on the upper side of the upper frame part so that a portion is formed that is at least partially spaced apart from an upper surface of the upper frame part where the sewage inlet hole is formed when coupled with the upper frame part, and has a through hole formed therein so as to be in communication with the sewage inlet hole.

The above pet litter plate may include a litter plate body in which the through hole is formed; and a plurality of protrusions formed spaced apart from each other on the lower portion of the litter plate body facing the upper surface of the upper frame portion and coming into contact with the upper surface of the upper frame portion.

The upper surface of the above-mentioned defecation plate body may be formed to slope downward toward the through hole.

In a state where the pet litter plate is coupled to the upper frame, the regions between the plurality of protrusions can be respectively connected to the sewage inflow hole and the through hole.

Each of the plurality of protrusions or the regions between the plurality of protrusions may be formed in a straight line shape.

In the above-mentioned drain plate body, a plurality of drain holes can be formed spaced apart so as to penetrate in the thickness direction thereof and communicate with the regions between the plurality of protrusions.

An inclined surface may be formed at the upper surface of the above-mentioned toilet plate body and the connecting portion of the above-mentioned plurality of drain holes so as to slope downward toward the inside of the above-mentioned plurality of drain holes.

The above pet litter box may be made of rubber or silicone material that can be folded or unfolded to a certain extent.

The above pet litter box has a horizontal and vertical size of (200 mm * n), (200 mm * m), or a horizontal and vertical size of (300 mm * r), (300 mm * s), and the upper part of the upper frame part can be formed to have a horizontal and vertical size in which the pet litter box can be completely settled. (Here, n is 2 or 3, m is 2 or 3, and r and s are 2.)

According to the bathroom flow drain of the present invention described above, by providing a structure in which a pet waste plate is detachably attached to the upper base of the flow drain buried in the bathroom floor, that is, by forming a structure that can cleanly dispose of pet urine and feces as an integral part of the bathroom, user convenience can be improved.

In addition, since the pet litter box is designed to be reusable semi-permanently, the periodic costs associated with using consumable fabric litter boxes can be drastically reduced.

In addition, by forming a gap between the inner wall of the upper frame's mounting groove and the edge of the pet litter plate, and by forming a space that functions as a drainage channel between the bottom surface of the upper frame's mounting groove and the lower surface of the pet litter plate, not only the pet's urine but also the bathroom floor drain when using the bathroom can be smoothly drained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, but may be implemented in various different forms, and these embodiments are provided only to make the disclosure of the present invention complete and to fully inform a person having ordinary skill in the art of the scope of the invention. In the drawings, the same reference numerals refer to the same elements.

A bathroom flow drain according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a convenient structure so that a user can more conveniently and cleanly clean up after a companion animal, such as a pet dog, defecates or urinates indoors, and is formed in a form that can be reused, thereby reducing periodic costs and providing economic benefits.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a bathroom flow drain (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the upper side of a floor concrete slab (10) of a bathroom to collect and discharge bathroom sewage. The lower part of the drain is installed embedded in a foam concrete layer (20) poured on the upper side of the floor concrete slab (10) in a state of contacting the upper surface of the floor concrete slab (10), and the collected sewage is guided to a vertical drain pipe (not shown).

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a bathroom flow drain (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a drain body (100), an upper base part (200), and a pet litter plate (400).

First, the drain body (100) is installed embedded in the foamed concrete layer (20) poured on the upper side of the bathroom floor concrete slab (10), and a sewage inlet (110) is provided on the side to allow bathroom sewage to flow in and a sewage outlet (120) for discharging the introduced sewage is provided at a distance from each other.

For example, the drain body (100) may be formed as a container structure with an open upper side, and the sewage inlet (110) and the sewage outlet (120) may be formed to be spaced apart at equal or different intervals along the circumferential direction of the container.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper frame part (200) is connected to the upper part of the drain body (100), and a sewage inflow hole (211) is provided so that bathroom floor sewage drained from the bathroom flows into the drain body (100). This upper frame part (200) includes an upper frame (210) and an upper frame fastening part (220).

The upper frame (210) is formed with a sewage inflow hole (211) to allow bathroom floor sewage to flow into the drain body (100). The upper frame (210) has a floor sewage sealing fastening part (213) for fastening a floor sewage sealing trap part (240) that prevents backflow of odor.

The upper frame (210) is fastened to the upper frame fastening part (220), and can be fastened, for example, through a screw-joining structure, and a floor sewage trap part (240) composed of an outer tube (241) and an inner tube (242) is fastened.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a pet litter plate (400) is mounted on the upper side of the upper frame (210) and is joined, and as shown in FIG. 1, a mounting groove (215) is formed in the upper frame (210) so that the pet litter plate (400) is mounted.

The upper frame fastening part (220) is connected to the drain body (100) by being inserted downward from the upper side of the drain body.

The upper frame fastening part (220) is inserted into the upper side of the drain body (100) and has an upper frame joining part (221) that is fastened to the upper frame (210) to enable height adjustment.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the pet litter box (400) is detachably installed on the upper side of the upper frame (210) of the upper frame (200) so that, when combined with the upper frame (200), a portion is formed that is at least partially separated from the upper surface of the upper frame (200) where the sewage inflow hole (211) is formed, specifically, the upper surface of the upper frame (210) where the sewage inflow hole (211) is formed.

In addition, a through hole (411) is formed in the pet litter plate (400) so as to be in communication with the sewage inlet hole (211) of the upper frame (210). Therefore, when a pet, such as a dog, moves over the pet litter plate (400) to urinate or defecate, for example, urine can be guided toward the sewage inlet hole (211) through the through hole (411) and the spaced area (a type of drainage groove) between the pet litter plate (400) and the upper surface of the upper frame (210).

To dispose of pet feces on the pet litter box (400), the user can separate the pet litter box (400) from the upper frame (210), dispose of the feces separately, wash the pet litter box (400), and then reattach it to the upper frame for use.

The pet litter box (400) can be folded or unfolded to a certain degree, is easy to clean on the surface, and is made of waterproof rubber or silicone. Accordingly, the user can easily wash off the pet's feces and urine on the surface of the pet litter box (400) to maintain a clean state.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the pet litter box (400) is formed to have a large cross-sectional area that is approximately several times larger than the current bathroom floor tiles, and by forming the pet litter box (400) to have a large size in this way, the pet can sufficiently defecate and urinate within the pet litter box (400) without leakage of urine/feces outside the pet litter box.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the pet litter box (400) may have a width and height size of (200 mm * n) and (200 mm * m). Here, n may be 2 or 3, and m may be 2 or 3.

Therefore, assuming that the width and height of a typical bathroom floor tile is 200 mm x 200 mm, the pet litter box (400) can have a width and height size that is approximately 4 to 9 times that of a typical bathroom floor tile.

In addition, the pet litter box (400) may have a width and height size of (300 mm * r) and (300 mm * s). Here, r may be 2 and s may be 2.

Therefore, assuming that the width and height of a typical bathroom floor tile is 300 mm x 300 mm, the pet litter box (400) can have a width and height size that is approximately four times that of a typical bathroom floor tile.

Of course, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the upper part of the upper frame (200), that is, the upper frame (210) on which the pet litter box (400) is mounted, is also made to have sufficient width and height so that the pet litter box (400) can be mounted as a whole.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the pet litter plate (400) includes a litter plate body (410) and a plurality of protrusions (430).

The main body of the toilet plate (410) is formed in a plate-like shape, and a through hole (411) is formed at a position corresponding to the sewage inflow hole (211) of the upper frame (210).

As described above, the pet litter box (400), specifically the litter box body (410), may have a width and height size of (200 mm * n), (200 mm * m), or a width and height size of (300 mm * r), (300 mm * s), and it is preferable that the width and height size of the fixing groove (215) of the upper frame (210) be a certain size larger than that of the litter box body.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when the defecation plate body (410) is seated within the seating groove (215) of the upper frame (210), a gap of a certain size or greater can be formed between the edge of the defecation plate body (410) and the inner wall forming the seating groove (215) of the upper frame (210).

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, when a pet urinates on a pet litter plate (400), urine and bathroom floor drainage flows into the settling groove (215) through the gap, and urine flowing into the settling groove (215) flows toward the sewage inflow hole (211) along the area between a plurality of protrusions (430) described below and can then be discharged.

The protrusions (430) are formed in multiple protrusions spaced apart from each other on the lower part of the toilet plate body (410) facing the upper surface of the upper base part (200), that is, the bottom surface of the fixing groove (215) of the upper base (210).

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, when the pet litter plate (400) is placed on the upper portion of the fixing groove (215) of the upper frame (210), as described above, a gap of a certain size or greater is formed between the edge of the litter plate body (410) and the inner wall forming the fixing groove (215), and the lower surface of the protrusion (430) is made to contact the upper surface of the upper frame part (200), i.e., the bottom surface of the fixing groove (215).

As shown in FIG. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the litter plate body (410) is formed to slope downward toward the through hole (411), and accordingly, pet urine on the upper surface of the litter plate body (410) moves toward the through hole (411) along the inclined upper surface of the litter plate body (410) and then falls to flow toward the sewage inflow hole (211).

In addition, when the pet litter plate (400) is secured and connected to the upper base (200), the area between the plurality of protrusions (430) is connected to the sewage inflow hole (211) and the through hole (411), respectively.

Accordingly, pet urine and bathroom floor sewage that flow into the gap between the pet litter plate (400) and the inner wall of the fixing groove (215) flow toward the sewage inflow hole (211) along the area between the plurality of protrusions (430). Meanwhile, the bottom surface of the fixing groove (215) of the upper frame (210) is formed to slope downward toward the sewage inflow hole (211), and thus, urine that flows into the area between the plurality of protrusions (430) can flow smoothly toward the sewage inflow hole (211).

That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the area between the plurality of protrusions (430) can function as a kind of 'drainage groove' to allow pet urine flowing into the gap between the pet litter plate (400) and the inner wall of the fixing groove (215) to flow toward the sewage inflow hole (211) of the upper frame (210).

Here, as shown in Fig. 4, each of the plurality of protrusions (430) may be formed in a straight line shape. In addition, each of the regions between the plurality of protrusions (430) may be formed in a straight line shape. Accordingly, urine flowing into the region between the plurality of protrusions (430) can flow more quickly toward the sewage inflow hole (211), and there is an advantage in that the user can conveniently wash the protrusion (430) area using a washing brush or the like.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a plurality of drainage holes (413) are formed spaced apart from each other in the drainage plate body (410) so as to penetrate in the thickness direction thereof and communicate with the interspaces between a plurality of protrusions (430).

In this case, pet urine on the upper part of the litter plate body (410) can fall through the multiple drainage holes (413) and then flow along the area between the protrusions (430) to the sewage inlet hole (211) and be discharged. At this time, the upper surface of the litter plate body (410) can be formed to be inclined downward toward the through hole (411) as described above, but can also be formed in a flat state without being inclined.

Here, as illustrated in Fig. 8, an inclined surface (415) may be formed at the connection portion between the upper surface of the drain plate body (410) and the plurality of drain holes (413) so as to slope downward toward the inside of each of the plurality of drain holes (413).

Accordingly, pet urine on the upper part of the litter box body (410) can flow more smoothly into the drain hole (413) and then fall into the area between the protrusions (430) and be discharged.

While the present invention has been illustrated and described with reference to preferred embodiments for illustrating the principles of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the exact construction and operation as illustrated and described. Rather, it will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that numerous changes and modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (9)

A bathroom flow drain installed on the upper side of the bathroom floor concrete slab to collect and discharge bathroom sewage.
A drain body provided on the upper side of the above floor concrete slab, with a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet spaced apart on the side;
An upper base part which is connected to the upper part of the drain body and has a sewage inflow hole provided so that bathroom floor sewage flows into the drain body, and a fixing groove formed on the upper part thereof; and
