Claims (12)
- 실린더부와, 브레이크디스크를 사이에 두고 실린더부와 마주하여 배치되는 배력지지부가 형성되는 캘리퍼바디;
상기 실린더부의 내부에 설치되고, 전류의 인가에 의해 회전변위를 발생시키는 내설모터;
상기 내설모터와 동축 상에 배치되는 푸쉬로드;
상기 내설모터와 상기 푸쉬로드의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 내설모터의 회전변위를 직선변위로 전환하여 상기 푸쉬로드에 전달하는 볼인램프; 및
상기 실린더부의 개방부에 배치되고, 상기 푸쉬로드에 밀려 이동되는 피스톤;을 포함하고,
상기 내설모터는,
상기 실린더부에 고정 설치되는 스테이터부; 및
상기 스테이터부와의 사이에 형성되는 전자기장에 의해 회전되며, 상기 볼인램프를 사이에 두고 상기 푸쉬로드와 마주하게 배치되는 로터부;를 포함하며,
상기 로터부, 상기 볼인램프, 상기 푸쉬로드는 동축 상에 배치되며,
상기 로터부는,

상기 피스톤에 결합되고, 상기 브레이크디스크의 일측에 배치되는 제1마찰패드; 및
상기 배력지지부에 결합되고, 상기 브레이크디스크의 타측에 배치되는 제2마찰패드;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.

상기 볼인램프는,
상기 로터부와 상기 푸쉬로드 중 일측에 형성되는 제1볼안내경사부;
상기 로터부와 상기 푸쉬로드 중 타측에 형성되고, 상기 제1볼안내경사부와 마주하여 배치되는 제2볼안내경사부; 및
상기 제1볼안내경사부와 상기 제2볼안내경사부의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 로터부의 회전에 연동하여 구름이동되면서 상기 푸쉬로드를 축방향으로 가압하는 가압볼;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1볼안내경사부는,
상기 로터부 중 상기 푸쉬로드와 마주하는 일측부에 원형 또는 원호형상으로 함몰되게 형성되고, 상기 가압볼의 일측부가 인입되는 제1볼안내홈부; 및
상기 가압볼이 상기 제1볼안내홈부를 따라 이동되면서 축방향 변위를 가지게 상기 제1볼안내홈부의 연장방향을 따라 연속된 경사면을 형성하는 제1원주방향경사부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2볼안내경사부는,
상기 푸쉬로드 중 상기 로터부와 마주하는 일측부에 원형 또는 원호형상으로 함몰되게 형성되고, 상기 가압볼의 타측부가 인입되는 제2볼안내홈부; 및
상기 가압볼이 상기 제2볼안내홈부를 따라 이동되면서 축방향 변위를 가지게 상기 제2볼안내홈부의 연장방향을 따라 연속된 경사면을 형성하는 제2원주방향경사부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 푸쉬로드는,
상기 로터부의 회전 시, 상기 가압볼이 상기 제1원주방향경사부를 따라 이동되면서 가지는 축방향의 제1직선변위와, 상기 제2원주방향경사부를 따라 이동되면서 가지는 축방향의 제2직선변위를 합한 만큼의 직선변위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탄성소재를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 실린더부에 설치되며, 내경부가 상기 피스톤과 접하는 부트씰;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 부트씰은,
상기 실린더부에 결합되는 실린더설치부; 및
상기 실린더부의 내부로 돌출되게 형성되고, 상기 피스톤과 접하며, 상기 피스톤을 상기 푸쉬로드측으로 탄성가압하는 피스톤가압부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치

상기 내설모터의 회전 변위를 감지하는 센서를 구비하여, 상기 내설모터의 구동을 제어하는 전자제어부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.

상기 센서는,
영구자석을 포함하여, 상기 내설모터에 결합되는 마그넷부; 및
상기 전자제어부의 회로기판에 설치되고, 상기 내설모터의 회전 시 상기 마그넷부와의 사이에 형성되는 전자기장의 변화를 감지하는 마그넷감지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전자 브레이크 장치.
