Claims (17)
- 전방 하우징 및 후방 하우징;
상기 전방 하우징과 후방 하우징 사이에 결합되는 실린더블록;
상기 전방 하우징과 상기 실린더블록에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 구동축;
상기 구동축에 결합되어 구동축과 함께 회전하는 로터;
상기 로터에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되며 경사각이 변할 수 있도록 상기 구동축 상에 설치되는 사판;
상기 구동축과 상기 전방 하우징 사이에 설치되어 그 사이를 밀봉하는 실링부재;
상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에 형성되어 오일이 유동되는 복수 개의 유동 홈;
상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에 형성되어 상기 복수 개의 유동 홈을 연결하는 연결 홈;
상기 연결 홈과 상기 실링부재가 설치되는 시일(seal) 영역을 연결하여 상기 시일 영역으로 오일을 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 오일 공급홀; 및
상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면 상에 위치되며, 상기 연결 홈을 덮어 상기 오일 공급홀과 연통되는 오일 챔버(oil chamber)를 형성하는 레이스(race);를 포함하며,
상기 연결 홈의 양단이 경계부에 의해 오일 유동이 막히도록 형성되고,
상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에 형성되어 오일을 순환시키기 위한 순환 홈;을 더 포함하며,
상기 순환 홈은 상기 경계부를 기준으로 상기 연결 홈의 반대편에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레이스는 상기 유동 홈의 적어도 일부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레이스는 상기 오일 공급홀의 적어도 일부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 오일 공급홀은 상기 연결 홈 내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 유동 홈은 상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에 방사상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 유동 홈은 상기 전방 하우징의 상측부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 홈은 상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에 상기 구동축이 삽입되는 삽입공을 중심으로 원주방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 홈은 상기 전방 하우징의 상측부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 연결 홈의 폭은 상기 오일 공급홀의 직경보다 크거나 같게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오일 공급홀의 개수는 상기 유동 홈의 개수보다 적게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 오일 공급홀은 상기 연결 홈의 양단과 상기 시일 영역을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.

상기 적어도 하나 이상의 오일 공급홀은 상기 전방 하우징의 내측벽면에서 돌출된 보스부보다 반경방향 외측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가변용량형 사판식 압축기.
